What do you like best about CloudCall?

The best thing about Cloudcall is its Bullhorn integration. It is also easy to use, reliable and they have a great tech support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudCall?

What do you like best about CloudCall?

"Easy way to do a phone call from the site."
What do you like best about CloudCall?

I like how easy it is to hop on a phone call with a candidate or a client. With the click of a button, I can call them without it overtaking the entire screen. All I have to make sure is everything in my system is put in correctly. It also is beneficial since it auto pops a note, so on the call, I can write down anything I find important or be able to tag the job I am calling to pitch them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudCall?

I do not like that I seem to have a lot of issues at the beginning of every day when it comes to the connection of the calls to Bullhorn. Often, I call the candidate and hear no ring on the other side until it is time to leave a voice mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudCall?

The simplest and easiest integration with Bullhorn to provide you with the most accurate representation of your data inside of your CRM. No other competitor on the market seemed to have as tightly integrated with Bullhorn as CloudCall did. Certainly saved us in this new world of hybrid working and working from home mandates. Has the ability to listen to any recorded calls directly in the CRM which is great for situations where staff need to be able to work together, and know what people have been speaking about. Had no issues with call quality, and the ability to SMS directly in the product and see inside of the CRM as well is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudCall?

As a person on the tech side, it would be nicer to have more administrative options, however this is fairly consistent with most hosted telephony products on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudCall?

The support team and the responsiveness of the team is truly amazing. Configuration of some parts of the system isn't difficult, which keeps some often changing configs flexile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudCall?

Ease of how the transition has been for 3 sites in 3 countries. Has enabled the office to continually function during lockdowns. RemoteWorking, Visability and Productively enhancements are just a few of the great elements of CloudCall.

What do you dislike about CloudCall?

No ability for WhatsApp integration currently, this would be very bennifical to have DM functionality, SMS is good, but most of our clients use WhatsApp and respond quicker. It would be great to know when as been advised; it's on the roadmap! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not sure where to start, but everything has been great with CloudCall from the initial demo to starting using the system. We have found there to be a great ROI, so much time has been saved and there is a huge benefit seen across the user base with how easily it integrates with the crm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
