"LaborEdge - has been a game changer for us"
What do you like best about LaborEdge?

We migrated from another ATS/CRM to LaborEdge in early 2023. Many of the features imbedded in LaborEdge were add on features with our previous ATS/CRM. It is extremely easy to use at the user and admin levels. Features such as job matching, deal sheets, and sending pay packages are increasing efficiencies for our recruiters. Their support/ticketing process is helpful and responsive. We also have an absolutely awesome Account Manager in Denisa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaborEdge?

What do you like best about LaborEdge?

LaborEdge is very easy to use, It is like a one platform for all solution. we can send pay package and matching jobs email directly through LaborEdge, which saves our lot of time of drafting and sending an email. It has Customer Support, if we are facing any issue, LaborEdge Customer support team work very proactively on the issue and try to solve it as soon as possible.

LaborEdge have some other features like Ease of Implementation, Frequency of Use and Ease of Integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaborEdge?

The only problem I am facing with LaborEdge is due to the large number of Data, its process is little bit slow, It takes time to refresh the page or shift from one page to another page. Rest everything is fine, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LaborEdge?

I like using the Nexus BI to determine average bill/pay rates for different specialties. But it's not very granular, it doesn't get very specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaborEdge?

There is a lot about LE that I don't like. The technology is not competetive with other ATS's, they were very misleading regarding it's integration capabilities, lacks features, lacks automation, service is sub par. When we first signed up, they stated they integrated with many 3rd parties, only to find out that this was misleading at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LaborEdge?

What do you dislike about LaborEdge?

Zero AI use.

For context, I'm speaking from a recruiter's perspective.

I wrote the review above a few months back and I was prompted today to write another one.

This ATS is clearly behind the times. Yes, it does the job but I want to be competitive as a recruiter.

Labor Edge is like buying a hammer from Harbor Freight. It does the job but breaks often. I want a hammer from Home Depot that's reliable and drastically improves my carpentry.

It's been 1-year since Open AI API was released. This has no AI usage still.

There is no email automation and sequencing avalable at the recruiter level.

Candidate matching is archaic and clunky, not automated.

Columns aren't customizable and often not sortable. It's nearly 2025, this is a very basic function that should be in there.

I can see the value of this ATS for a small, new agency that needs this functionality.

But for anyone that wants to leverage their ATS to be more competitive in the realm of AI and Automation, this isn't it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LaborEdge?

Being a recruiter it is quite easy to track down your candidates in Nexus, and they can also create their leap account and complete their credentials.

What do you dislike about LaborEdge?

They fetch out jobs, even though it is closed,

They take resumes for CB or Monster which are not even relatable which is pretty annoying too

They still create a new candidate account without checking whether the candidate is still added or not, Too many duplicate accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sourcing candidates from its database is so easy, we have so many filters which leads to yeild exact result we look for, jobs are updated on time and true replica of Job description present on the job portal with no descripancies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LaborEdge?

Navigatimg from one page to another page was easy, I use it everyday to check my candniates and to prepare the deal sheet for my candidates. The platform pretty much integrates with other platforms that we have. The customer support expereince is also evry good. Overall the Number of features that this platform has and the ease of implementation makes it easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
