**What do you like best about LaborEdge?**

We migrated from another ATS/CRM to LaborEdge in early 2023.  Many of the features imbedded in LaborEdge were add on features with our previous ATS/CRM.  It is extremely easy to use at the user and admin levels.  Features such as job matching, deal sheets, and sending pay packages are increasing efficiencies for our recruiters.  Their support/ticketing process is helpful and responsive.  We also have an absolutely awesome Account Manager in Denisa.

**What do you dislike about LaborEdge?**

Bulk additions of candidates can be cumbersome.

**What problems is LaborEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's ease of use and its features making our recruiting team more efficient is the biggest benefit.   The mobile app/LEAP is also a great benefit for our travelers.

**What do you like best about LaborEdge?**

LaborEdge is very easy to use, It is like a one platform for all solution. we can send pay package and matching jobs email directly through LaborEdge, which saves our lot of time of drafting and sending an email. It has Customer Support, if we are facing any issue, LaborEdge Customer support team work very proactively on the issue and try to solve it as soon as possible.
LaborEdge have some other features like Ease of Implementation, Frequency of Use and Ease of Integration.

**What do you dislike about LaborEdge?**

The only problem I am facing with LaborEdge is due to the large number of Data, its process is little bit slow, It takes time to refresh the page or  shift from one page to another page. Rest everything is fine,

**What problems is LaborEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaborEdge is continuously working on upgrading its features and services.
Like right now LaborEdge is working on process speed, as It takes too much time to refresh pages or in searching things. It will be benefit me in saving more time as I am totally depends on LaborEdge for 90% of my work.

the best thing i like about Labor edge is its in resume building feature that means we can create a formatted resume from laboredge.

The dashboad of labor edge can be improved as there are not any 2d visulations of data its quite simple dash board

I do Recruitment and it is one of the  best platform i came across, from candidate search to job search itsvery easy to operate also the document sorting and uploding section is very cool

**What do you like best about LaborEdge?**

I like using the Nexus BI to determine average bill/pay rates for different specialties. But it's not very granular, it doesn't get very specific.

**What do you dislike about LaborEdge?**

There is a lot about LE that I don't like. The technology is not competetive with other ATS's, they were very misleading regarding it's integration capabilities, lacks features, lacks automation, service is sub par. When we first signed up, they stated they integrated with many 3rd parties, only to find out that this was misleading at best.

**What problems is LaborEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know that LE is solving any problems in an innovative way. They are seemingly just trying to keep up with what the technology should be, as compared to other ATS's.

The basic functionality - ATS, Deal Sheet, Email Templates.

**What do you dislike about LaborEdge?**

Zero AI use. 
Zero AI use.

No email marketing cadence. 
The Email template per user. 
The rigidity if changes are wanted. 
Display of information in the columns. 
Unsortable columns for most data types.

Review update as of 6/27/24: 

For context, I'm speaking from a recruiter's perspective. 

I wrote the review above a few months back and I was prompted today to write another one. 

This ATS is clearly behind the times. Yes, it does the job but I want to be competitive as a recruiter. 

Labor Edge is like buying a hammer from Harbor Freight. It does the job but breaks often. I want a hammer from Home Depot that's reliable and drastically improves my carpentry.

It's been 1-year since Open AI API was released. This has no AI usage still. 

There is no email automation and sequencing avalable at the recruiter level. 

Candidate matching is archaic and clunky, not automated. 

Columns aren't customizable and often not sortable. It's nearly 2025, this is a very basic function that should be in there. 

I can see the value of this ATS for a small, new agency that needs this functionality. 

But for anyone that wants to leverage their ATS to be more competitive in the realm of AI and Automation, this isn't it.

Being a recruiter it is quite easy to track down your candidates in Nexus, and they can also create their leap account and complete their credentials.
Candidates can apply for new jobs
Candidates can check their submittal status.

**What do you dislike about LaborEdge?**

They fetch out jobs, even though it is closed, 
They take resumes for CB or Monster which are not even relatable which is pretty annoying too
They still create a new candidate account without checking whether the candidate is still added or not, Too many duplicate accounts.

Sending Skill checklist, 
Candidate can add their credentials by themself
They can add their references as well

Sourcing candidates from its database is so easy, we have so many filters which leads to yeild exact result we look for, jobs are updated on time and true replica of Job description present on the job portal with no descripancies.

There are some cases where job status is not updated on timely manner.

**What problems is LaborEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily access to all the jobs based on the filters we select, which in turn reduces our time and effort, can send multiple jobs directly to the provider which help them to choose an option.

It’s easy, very handy experience, no features are hidden. Everything is right there where is it supposed to be.
Whatever update or feedback shared by the management is implemented immediately on the portal.

There is nothing much to dislike, it is a wonderful package as a whole

I have used multiple ATS including Job Diva, CEIPAL and now I am using Labor Edge NEXUS.
The best thing is it is covering all the drawbacks that other ATS have. 
On Nexus everything is filter based.

Navigatimg from one page to another page was easy, I use it everyday to check my candniates and to prepare the deal sheet for my candidates. The platform pretty much integrates with other platforms that we have. The customer support expereince is also evry good. Overall the Number of features that this platform has and the ease of implementation makes it easy to use

I use Nexus from Labor Edge. It is the pillar of our organization. Our whole data is present here. It's integration with Dialpad is just excellent and really quick. It has a number of features which are useful to us. The best thing is we can customize it according to our needs. The customer service is excellent.

**What do you dislike about LaborEdge?**

I h ave nothing to dislike but if I have to mention something then it would be that sometimes the website works too slow.

Our business's pillar is Nexus. We have everything on Labor Edge's Nexus. Every record of the candidate, their documents, submittals, notes, everything is on Nexus!

It's really a smooth software to work. They always update prior even if they update or make any changes in there system. The logo design is also cool.

It's really a rare situation when we face the system running low a bit, rest everything is smooth.

**What do you like best about LaborEdge?**

What I like most about the LaborEdge is that, us, recruiters, have an access to all the hot jobs in the market. We can see all of it in just one click! We can search for a hot jobs in a certain state, with a specific specialty and it will populate you a list of the available jobs in the market.

**What do you dislike about LaborEdge?**

Some of the features are not available/accessible for everyone. I can recall that we have to escalate for a certain tab to be available on our end, and the client has to do it on his end for it to be available/accessible on ours.

With the list of the candidates in the field, and the hot jobs available in the market with a specific specialty, I think that is one beneficial part of LaborEdge - with us having an access to it.

LaborEdge is a very user-friendly compared to other ATS' in the industry. It's pretty basic, but they are consistently taking feedback from customers, and making upgrades to the system.

There are some standard features that still need to be implemented in the system regarding reporting, and personalization.

Tracking expirations is huge for our industry, because if we have employees who have items expiring that we don't catch, they could get pulled from the floor.

LaborEdge has lots of great tools, chief among them: 1) The ability to customize display settings (i.e. to add or remove info like vendor, etc.)  2) The ability to generate quick template emails for things like pay packs. 3) The ability to powerfully sort candidates into various pools to optimize communication with candidates.

**What do you dislike about LaborEdge?**

The dislikes are parallel to the likes. Each good feature above has missing elements. 1) The inability to sort by things like bill rate. Every category should be sortable. 2) The templates are not exceptionally customizable (i.e. I can add attachments to a pay pack email, but I can't add something like our health insurance packet to our 'welcome, here is your account info' email. Having to send those in multiple emails is time-consuming and results in gaps. 3) The candidate sorting could be more varied. There should be classes of pending, ranging from 'already submitted' to 'follow up extensively, could go from prospect to pending in 2-3 days with a push.'

**What problems is LaborEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LaborEdge does conduct good periodic updates to improve bug-fixing and their other offerings. I do appreciate that hard work. The hard part is applying them. I've never seen a browser tab require more steps to resume functionality following a system update. While I understand this is complex software, it does seem like there should be a more user-friendly way to apply updates afterwards.
