For context, I'm speaking from a recruiter's perspective.
I wrote the review above a few months back and I was prompted today to write another one.
This ATS is clearly behind the times. Yes, it does the job but I want to be competitive as a recruiter.
Labor Edge is like buying a hammer from Harbor Freight. It does the job but breaks often. I want a hammer from Home Depot that's reliable and drastically improves my carpentry.
It's been 1-year since Open AI API was released. This has no AI usage still.
There is no email automation and sequencing avalable at the recruiter level.
Candidate matching is archaic and clunky, not automated.
Columns aren't customizable and often not sortable. It's nearly 2025, this is a very basic function that should be in there.
I can see the value of this ATS for a small, new agency that needs this functionality.
But for anyone that wants to leverage their ATS to be more competitive in the realm of AI and Automation, this isn't it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
