**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

I use CloudCall to manage calls related to appointments, follow-ups, and internal communication, which makes patient communication easier. I like how straightforward it is and how call logs and details are easy to access. It's accessible and reliable. I value the call logging and call history features the most because being able to see past calls and notes makes follow-ups easier and helps keep communication organized. Setup was fairly easy, and we were able to start using it quickly.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

Call quality can sometimes depend on internet connectivity, and the interface could be a bit more intuitive. Maybe provide offline services.

**What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CloudCall to organize and track calls easily, handle appointments, follow-ups, and internal communications without personal numbers. It eliminates the hassle of noting everything down.

**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

I really appreciate how CloudCall has enabled me to smoothly contact my candidates both during and after hours. The mobile app is a standout feature, allowing me to use it conveniently on my personal cellphone, which is crucial for my work in Healthcare where many physicians work irregular hours and need to communicate outside of traditional business times. It’s incredibly valuable that I can maintain seamless communication 24/7, giving me the flexibility I need to stay connected with physicians. Additionally, the integration with Bullhorn CRM is fantastic because it automatically leaves notes in the CRM for my colleagues to access, which significantly enhances our team’s collaboration and streamlines our workflow. The setup process was impressively easy and was done virtually with my IT team with no issues. Overall, CloudCall has significantly boosted my productivity and communication efficiency.

**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

They offer live dashboards with frequent refresh rates, which has been a game changer for our sales and critical calling teams. Real-time metrics displayed in the office help us track performance instantly and take quick action when needed. The ease of implementation made it even better: simple to set up, quick to get going, and immediately impactful.


It’s the outstanding customer service team especially Ashley, Filippe, Gee, and their manager Martin. 
While being a super admin can get quite technical with various settings to navigate, CloudCall makes it manageable. 
The platform is intuitive, but what truly sets it apart is the support. 
The team never rushes you to closure instead every time I email or call they guide you step by step, ensure everything is resolved, and even follow up to check if you need anything else. It’s rare to find that level of commitment and care and thats what sets them apart.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

Nothing, when you have a team to lean on for support and the tool works great, there nothing to complain.

It is fairly easy to use. I like that it has an SMS feature, it integrates into bullhorn, and I also enjoy that it has caller ID.

The application glitches regularly and I have to contact my internal IT department too often to fix it's glitches.

As an agency recruiter, it has made it so that I can easily take calls from my phone!

**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

Straightforward to set up and packed with features. It was incredibly simple to get our sales team up and running with both the app and the desk phone. We configured CloudCall to integrate smoothly with our current ATS/CRM system, as well as the future CRM we plan to adopt. The customer support team was also highly responsive, friendly, and made the implementation process smooth and stress-free.

Setting up call recording According to each state law.

Our old VoIP system did not integrate or track calls on Salesforce. Cloudcall was able to integrate into our Salesforce platform within a 30 second set up and now works flawlessly. It also saved us money per user.

Support is a nightmare, and isn't 27/4 so if you have an issue on the weekend, you're stuck!

**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

I use CloudCall as an SDR in a company. CloudCall is integrated into my sales outreach tool, and I don't know anything about integrations, but I know that the calls are clean and perfect. Cleanliness, voicemails, and simplicity are all advantages that make it easier for me to make calls smoothly.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

No matter how hard I try, I can't find any faults, apart from the fact that sometimes it simply fails to connect a call if I call in the MENA region, but I suspect that this is more due to my sales outreach application than to CloudCall.

**What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudCall enables me as an SDR who makes over 100 calls a day to make clean and clear calls regardless of the quality of equipment I use and in which environment. My equipment is quite solid, my company invests money in the equipment and the microphones are top-notch, but a couple of times I found myself in a situation where I didn't have my microphone and headphones and the calls were clear.

Not a lot to be honest. Couldn't wait to get rid of it, I lobbied to get rid of it in our organisation for 2 years.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

It logs out randomly. It also has a ridiculous login process that require remembering an obscure number and password.
It drops out too frequently to be reliable. .
It is slow and clunky to use.
Poor support on offer in Australia
When we told them we were changing software they turned off our phone number 2 weeks before the changeover. 
The mobile tool is next to useless. 
It doesn't login when we open our CRM that it links to, and there are two apps you need to have running for it to work.
It is terrible for occasional users, when you go to use it, it isn't ready.

The dial pad is easy to use. The navigate buttons are easy to see.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

Log in is a bit confusing, and you can get lost. Calls drop quite easily. When I am connected to my laptop via my headset, I cannot walk around if I have bad service or it gets loud, like I can with my cell.

**What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no issues to solve.  It is me accepting the platform. I am not quite sure what the benefits are at this time. It has not improved my business performance.

**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

The reporting side is generally pretty good for what we need and it's good to have a dedicated account manager looking after us. It's easy to reassign unused numbers to new staff, create hunt groups and set up campaigns.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

It's currently not possible to have itemised old call recordings from the archives, so these come through as bulk files with no particular identifiers other than the timescale requested. It can also sometimes take a little while for the support team to respond to tickets, though I assume this is possibly due to large workloads and maybe not enough staff.

**What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The call recordings on the portal are helpful in ascertaining vital information we need to resolve complaints and investigate various customer issues. We can also get an accurate idea of agent activity on the phones and monitor their interactions with our customers (live if required through the real-time call listening function).

**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

Easy to use platform.  My coworkers love the inter-changablility between the app and their computer.  Makes logging calls super easy and efficient.  And pulling call recordings couldn't be easier.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

Constantly requires a log out and log back in, needs fresh cache and cookies upon every session, if this app could instantly refresh its cache and cookies daily, it would drastically improve its quality.

**What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefits us by integrating our calls directly into our CRM.  It makes it easy for the Recruitment team to submit their calls, and for the management team to be able to view that note, and see the recording.

The best thing about Cloudcall is its Bullhorn integration.  It is also easy to use, reliable and they have a great tech support team.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

The biggest issues that we have arise from using headsets that don't always behave.  Cloudcall itself is terrific.

**What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudcall automates a lot of our workflow by opening notes automatically in Bullhorn.  That saves a lot of time and clicks.

**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

I like how easy it is to hop on a phone call with a candidate or a client. With the click of a button, I can call them without it overtaking the entire screen. All I have to make sure is everything in my system is put in correctly. It also is beneficial since it auto pops a note, so on the call, I can write down anything I find important or be able to tag the job I am calling to pitch them

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

I do not like that I seem to have a lot of issues at the beginning of every day when it comes to the connection of the calls to Bullhorn. Often, I call the candidate and hear no ring on the other side until it is time to leave a voice mail.

I think it is excellent for any company to use this software because it is very efficient to use and can help boost the call volume for your company.

**What do you like best about CloudCall?**

The simplest and easiest integration with Bullhorn to provide you with the most accurate representation of your data inside of your CRM. No other competitor on the market seemed to have as tightly integrated with Bullhorn as CloudCall did. Certainly saved us in this new world of hybrid working and working from home mandates. Has the ability to listen to any recorded calls directly in the CRM which is great for situations where staff need to be able to work together, and know what people have been speaking about. Had no issues with call quality, and the ability to SMS directly in the product and see inside of the CRM as well is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

As a person on the tech side, it would be nicer to have more administrative options, however this is fairly consistent with most hosted telephony products on the market.

**What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudCall without a doubt, was crucial for our business to being able to continue providing a service throughout 2020 when people began to work from home. Have also seen a much larger percentage of notes being logged and saved in our CRM for calls, ensuring we are capturing more of our communication data.

The support team and the responsiveness of the team is truly amazing. Configuration of some parts of the system isn't difficult, which keeps some often changing configs flexile.

The setup don't seem transparent and some design choices are making it difficult to make the best out of the service. Some of the partners of CloudCall are making the cooperation more difficult.

Be sure to check if your numbers can be hosted directly on their platform.

Decent VoIP solution. IVRs are reliable and easy to set up. We're using it for inbound and outbound of our sales and service departments. Yet sometimes they inbound failed.

RemoteWorking, Visability and Productively enhancements are just a few of the great elements of CloudCall.
Salesforce Integration has made it so much easier to review our departments contacts with their contacts.

**What do you dislike about CloudCall?**

No ability for WhatsApp integration currently, this would be very bennifical to have DM functionality, SMS is good, but most of our clients use WhatsApp and respond quicker.  It would be great to know when as been advised; it's on the roadmap!

**What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before CloudCall, we had an in-house phone system,  working from home wasn't possible.  When the pandemic started last year, we had to transition from Office to Remote Working fast; as we'd already invested in CloudCall, the move from desk phones to headsets was by far the best change we did as a business.  Not just being able to give our Sales and Account Managers the ability to work from home, the productively levels increased as the system went from being pretty good to can't work without the system inter-connecting with our PC and our Mobile devices.  Along with the Salesforce functionality and enhanced visibility of usage, its made sure no matter where we work, we can work effectively, and the process improvements showed ROI very quickly.

Cloudcall has allowed the business to listen into calls in real-time and link to the CRM - this has helped a great deal with a lot of our employees working from home in the last 18 months and will continue to do so going forward. The team at Cloudcall have always been accommodating when we were experiencing teething issues at the beginning, always taking the time to explain what was going on behind the scenes with our systems.

CloudCall has the most efficient and polite techs and service providers.  Every member of the CloudCall Team takes the time not to fix an issue but also explain why it occurred and how to avoid this in the future, and sometimes a quick fix that I can do on my side.  Product and services can not be better.

Working from home has meant i am juggling things around. The ability to record my calls and play back when catching up on customer account notes has enabled me to streamline my work and retain customers through good customer service.

That telephony systems are the future. Especially when using your work phone for whatsapp with clients, Cloud based technology makes my life seamless, and so much more productive. Our calls showed up as spam or scam calls, Calls & service dropped constantly, Outages were frequent, customer service was fragmented, headset issues were constant,

Ensure ALL of your numbers aren't marked as spam.  Check them regularly.  Ensure you're prepared to have headset issues and also be prepared for frequent outages & dropped calls.
