The flexibility CloudCall offers for remote-working is brilliant. What do you like best about CloudCall?

Cloudcall has allowed the business to listen into calls in real-time and link to the CRM - this has helped a great deal with a lot of our employees working from home in the last 18 months and will continue to do so going forward. The team at Cloudcall have always been accommodating when we were experiencing teething issues at the beginning, always taking the time to explain what was going on behind the scenes with our systems. The ability to listen to calls in real-time had been vital in onboarding, especially during Covid where the team were remote. Every member of the CloudCall Team takes the time not to fix an issue but also explain why it occurred and how to avoid this in the future, and sometimes a quick fix that I can do on my side.
