Additionally, the email notifications don’t provide enough detail, and they don’t allow direct navigation back to Assembly, which means I have to access the platform through the Okta chiclet instead. Through our company, we’re provided a certain number of points each month that we either use or lose—so why not use them? If someone helps you out on the spot, you can give them points—any amount from 1 to 100, depending on your preference. In our company, there’s no limit. I usually give mine to my amazing team, splitting them up so everyone feels appreciated.

One of the best parts is that the points can be redeemed at Amazon, various stores, or even for company swag. Today, I used some points to get a new company jacket!

I like how easy it is to use and to divide the points among a group. The previous software we had used also didn't allow the use of gifs and I think that really add to the experience and makes it more fun. I also really appreciate how easy the catalog is to use and redeem points in comparison to our previous software, the previous catalog was too extensive and there were so many little things that I didn't feel were valuable, it was kind of time consuming. I don't know if this is an assembly issue or something isolated to my company but I don't like getting pinged everytime someone in my company gets points because there are 1500+ employees. It's a nice, structured way to have a public forum of praise for companies where you don't always hear about what everyone else is up to.
