"Turning Appreciation Into Something Real"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly gives me a meaningful way to recognize my coworkers by offering something tangible, not just words. Being able to send a points toward something, makes the recognition feel more personal and intentional, and it shows genuine appreciation for their efforts. Assembly helps create a positive workplace culture where recognition feels thoughtful, memorable, and valued rather than routine or impersonal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

One area for improvement would be the flexibility of the points system. It would be great to have the option to award more than 10 points, especially when someone goes above and beyond or does something truly spectacular. Additionally, the email notifications don’t provide enough detail, and they don’t allow direct navigation back to Assembly, which means I have to access the platform through the Okta chiclet instead. Improving these areas would make the recognition process more seamless and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turn Appreciation Into Fun and Rewards, everyone loves FREE gifts!"
What do you like best about Assembly?

We use Assembly through our company, SofterWare, Inc., and it’s a fantastic way to recognize team members and other staff across the organization. It allows you to celebrate contributions and show appreciation in a tangible way.

Through our company, we’re provided a certain number of points each month that we either use or lose—so why not use them? If someone helps you out on the spot, you can give them points—any amount from 1 to 100, depending on your preference. In our company, there’s no limit. I usually give mine to my amazing team, splitting them up so everyone feels appreciated.

One of the best parts is that the points can be redeemed at Amazon, various stores, or even for company swag. Today, I used some points to get a new company jacket!

It’s super simple to use, and if I ever had a problem, customer service responded immediately. We use Assembly frequently in our company, which is great because you never know when you might want to recognize someone.

I highly recommend giving it a try—especially in larger companies, although it can work well in any setting. It’s a fun, easy way to make recognition meaningful and rewarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The BEST Platform to Give Recognition to Your Teammates, Even for the Smallest Efforts"
What do you like best about Assembly?

The Assembly Recognition Portal is so amazing for workplace culture! It helps a lot in saying thanks to teammates and celebrating their wins, big or small. This platform makes it very easy to show appreciation in a meaningful way. What I like most is how simple it is. Anyone can use it! It lets every effort, even the small ones, get noticed. The design is so user-friendly, and you can customize it to make it more personal when you want to say thanks. It really helps teams feel more happy and connected. It’s not just a tool; it’s like a way to make the workplace more positive and nice. Assembly has changed how we show gratitude and celebrate others. I think every team should try it. Highly recommending it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

Redeeming rewards in India feels a little limited. The options we have are okay, but if there were more variety and local choices, it would make the experience much better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Point Management and Fun Rewards Experience"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I like how easy it is to use and to divide the points among a group. The previous software we had used also didn't allow the use of gifs and I think that really add to the experience and makes it more fun. I also really appreciate how easy the catalog is to use and redeem points in comparison to our previous software, the previous catalog was too extensive and there were so many little things that I didn't feel were valuable, it was kind of time consuming. I also like the reminder emails, I struggle to remember to send points, so it's nice to have that reminder if I have pandas left to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I don't know if this is an assembly issue or something isolated to my company but I don't like getting pinged everytime someone in my company gets points because there are 1500+ employees. That's my biggest issue, I feel like the functionality with Assembly itself is such a breath of fresh air compared to what we were using before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How Assembly has brought us together, one "thank you" at a time."
What do you like best about Assembly?

Since using Assembly, I really enjoy being able to highlight the members in my office and the ones that are out of state that would otherwise be difficult to say thank you to. People need a bit of a boost now and then and Assembly allows for that bit of lift that could increase moral in the office for those that think they may not be seen. I like that the posts can be seen by others and that can lead to more recognition of smaller departments. The company I work for is so large and nationwide, so I am constantly seeing new names pop up in my email with Top Recognitions for the week and I have personally looked up some of the people who work out of state to get a bit more familiar with the departments they work in. Ultimately though, I really believe some of my coworkers do not get the kind of recognition they deserve, and Assembly has proven to be a great way to showcase that, plus, the gifs and emoji's are fun extra's. One more thing, it's kind of neat to see some of the higher ups post with a silly pic and fun animations, it brings smiles. And let's not forget, the fact we can turn in earned points for gift cards. That is pretty neat! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

Well, I don't know if it's just how our company is set up in Assembly, but I wish there was a way we could group departments or offices together under one contact to make giving points easier. Right now, in order to gift points, each person would have to be selected vs. a department, and we have a LOT of people to scroll through to find the one we would like to recognize. So far though, that is the only con but it is tolerable. The company has only been using Assembly for a few months now so not too much negative feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition and Rewards Make Assembly a Must-Have"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I really enjoy using Assembly because it makes recognizing colleagues so straightforward. The email reminders ensure I never miss a chance to express my gratitude or highlight the great work of others. I also value how easy it is to add extra recognition to shout outs that have already been given. One of the features I like most is the option to award points, which can then be redeemed for gift cards. This adds an extra layer of reward to showing appreciation. Assembly has made recognizing colleagues more consistent, engaging, and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Assembly platform, as it helps employees celebrate achievements on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

One downside is that the number of tokens are limited, especially when I want to recognize more colleagues. It would also be helpful if unused tokens rolled over, because if I forget to post recognition before the end of the month, I end up losing them. More flexibility with tokens would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Support for Employees Facing Financial Pressures"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly has been an incredible resource, especially during times when the cost of living keeps rising. It’s reassuring to know there’s a tool that helps bridge the gap on unexpected or extra expenses so employees can stay afloat without added stress.

What really stands out is how simple and accessible everything is. It genuinely feels like Assembly was built with real people in mind — people who are doing their best to make ends meet in tough economic conditions. Being able to rely on this kind of support has made a meaningful difference, and I’m grateful it exists.

If you’re looking for a platform that truly helps employees manage financial pressures and provides real, tangible support with easy implementation, Assembly is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

There isn't really anything that I would say I dislike. I would like to see more options for Rewards added in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Workplace Culture with Fun, Recognition, and Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly is a very fun platform where coworkers can interact and give appreciation to one another. It offers multiple ways to enhance gamification and make people truly enjoy the experience. In our company, it has turned into a MUST, and everyone is constantly checking what others are sharing and doing on Assembly.

One of its strongest points is how it helps build a culture of recognition and belonging.
