What do you like best about Assembly?

I love the fact that it's a great motivator for the team! I can give out points, and there is a WIDE variety of choices for people to cash out on their favorite stores. What do you like best about Assembly?

Allowing our employees to recognize their peers in a fun way, while also giving them the chance to earn some great gifts, has been a real benefit. The platform is extremely easy to use, and setting it up for our company was straightforward. The training provided was also effective, and the support team is very responsive. I also appreciate that we can award points that can be redeemed for gift cards—there are so many options to choose from.
