Regarding the rest of the feedback, here are some recommendations on behalf of our support team to make your experience much more convenient in the future.
Lack of CRM options: We’re constantly adding new features to our CRM, the newest components include Quick Fill which will fill in contact and company details directly from a company website URL, an updated Twilio integration to allow you to make calls directly from the system, and a new Quick Add button that allows you to add dozens of items to your MagHub instance quickly. We’d recommend reaching out to us and we’d be happy to show you what’s been added, and any feedback of items you would like to see added in the feature. If you click on the Help icon, you can submit a feature request if there is something you think would be helpful for you and your peers.
For creating multiple contacts when creating a company, all you have to do is create the company, and next to the Primary Contact field in the window you can click the “+” button and create as many contacts as necessary; this is done all in the same tab. Plus, with the new Quick Add button you can login, click the + button, choose Create a Company, then create your Contacts at the same time; allowing you to create companies within associated contacts with few clicks.
Regarding the Circulation tool, MagHub does have a circulation tool available for our clients, we’re happy to walk you through it; we’re also happy to provide a walkthrough of the Insertion orders to streamline your processes and save you time.
