Postman enables teams to efficiently collaborate at every stage of the API lifecycle while prioritizing quality, performance, and security.

Postman has genuinely transformed the way our team handles API development, and I mean that in the most practical sense — not just as a buzzword.
UI/UX is where Postman first won me over. The interface feels intuitive without being dumbed down. I remember the first time I set up a request chain using pre-request scripts — something that sounds complicated — and it just clicked naturally. The sidebar organization, tabs, and the way collections are structured make navigating even large projects feel manageable.
Integrations have been a pleasant surprise. We plugged Postman into our CI/CD pipeline using Newman (Postman's CLI tool), and now our API tests run automatically on every deployment. It also connects smoothly with GitHub, Slack, and Jira, which means fewer context switches during the day.
Performance is decent for most tasks, though I'll be honest — the desktop app can feel a little slow to load when you have a lot of collections open. Once it's running, though, it's smooth.
Pricing/ROI is where it gets interesting. The free tier is surprisingly generous for individual developers. For teams, the paid plan does add up, but when I think about the hours saved on debugging, documentation, and onboarding — it pays for itself pretty quickly.
Support/Onboarding is solid. Their documentation is some of the best I've seen for a dev tool, and the learning center helped our junior developers get productive fast.
AI features are newer but promising — the AI-assisted test generation has already caught a few edge cases I would have missed writing tests manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about ServiceNow App Engine is how it allows teams to build and automate business applications quickly without requiring extensive custom development from scratch. The low-code approach made it much easier for our teams to digitize internal workflows and replace several manual processes that were previously handled through emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools.
One of the biggest advantages for us has been workflow automation and process standardization. We were able to create custom operational applications for approvals, service requests, and internal tracking workflows while still keeping everything connected within the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.
The platform’s integration capabilities are another strong point. Since many of our ITSM and operational processes already existed within ServiceNow, App Engine helped extend those workflows into other departments without introducing multiple standalone systems.
Another feature that stood out was centralized governance and security. IT teams maintained visibility and control while business teams still had flexibility to build workflow-driven applications more efficiently.
Overall, ServiceNow App Engine helped improve operational efficiency, reduce manual administrative work, and accelerate internal application development across multiple business functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest advantage for me honestly is how much manual work we were able to eliminate once Flows, approvals, and notifications were configured properly. Before that teams were constantly following up in Slack, checking spreadsheets or manually updating records and it quickly turned into a mess as our processes started to scale.
I’m more on the admin/developer side, so I spend most of my time on things like Flow Builder, sandbox testing, approval automation and custom object handling. When the setup is done right, Salesforce becomes really powerful because a lot of repetitive work simply runs automatically in the background.
I also appreciate that the platform is flexible enough to support custom business logic instead of forcing everything into one fixed structure. That said, it definitely takes planning because even a small automation change can unexpectedly impact other workflows if governance is weak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use EngageBay mainly for email marketing and creating landing pages for our business. What I like most is both tools are available in one place, so I don't have to switch between multiple platforms. Creating email broadcasts is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to update content when we anounce new batches, workshops or activities.
The landing page builder has also been useful for collecting inquiries. I can quickly create a page, add a form, and start capturing leads without needing technical help. Once someone submits a form, their information is automatically available in the CRM, which saves time and keeps things organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ACCELQ is a quality assurance platform for continuous testing.

I love how simple AccelQ is to run and get going. The learning curve is small, and once you pick up their lingo (ex: to enter a comment, they (accelq) uses the term 'annotate') it's very user friendly in helping you build out scripts. Being able to run each line or command in real time is SUPER beneficial and time saving! You can see instantly if the command will work and if it doesn't, accelq helps you fix it automatically. It basically sets you up for a successful run. We've been able to use it to do repetitive tasks in Salesforce orgs instead of having to do it manually every time we spin a new org. So it's a great testing tool, AND a great manual task generator tool. Overall, great great great product and great support team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qase makes it easy to manage test cases, compose test plans and perform test runs as an individual or in a team.

Honestly, what won me over early on was how little explaining I had to do. I rolled it out to the team and people just.. figured it out. No two-hour onboarding call, no thick documentation. For a team lead juggling sprints and reviews, that alone was worth a lot.
The structure around suites, shared steps, and test runs is sensible. Nothing flashy, but it stays out of your way. I also appreciate that the roadmap actually moves - I have seen real improvements ship over the months, which isn't something I can say about every tool I have used. I use Microsoft Power Apps to build custom business apps quickly for workflows like approvals, data collection, and tracking without heavy coding. It solves the problem of slow, manual spreadsheet-based workflows. What I like most is its easy-to-build custom apps with low-code, and the drag and drop interface along with prebuilt connectors works like a charm. The prebuilt connectors make it super easy to link my apps to SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, etc., so I can quickly read/write data, send approvals in Teams, and automate workflows. The initial setup was super-easy as it came along with our M365 license, so we did not need to buy a separate tool, which makes the pricing and ROI very attractive for us because we are getting a lot of automation and time savings from something already included in our existing subscription. On top of that, the built-in AI features, like AI Builder and intelligent controls, help us add capabilities such as form processing and predictions without needing data science expertise, which makes our apps smarter and adds even more value to the solution. It's onboarding is automatic as it comes with the M365 license Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the age of AI, and the age of everything being behind a support@company.com ticketing software, QAWolf stands out to me. The care, attentiveness, and communication channels established (very flexibly, too) that their team exhibits is one of the best SaaS experiences I've had.
I love how easy it is for me to work with them. And they've helped us catch numerous regressions in our app (some pretty wild edge cases that we wouldn't have caught if not for them).
With the 'vibe-coding' revolution, it's nice having my app constantly QA'd and not worry about all this code breaking critical features in our app.
It's so easy to onboard, you just send them credentials and walk them through your app and they gather context on their own and learn about your app with you. It's phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
