“Easy, Reliable Cross-Browser Testing with Minimal Setup”
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

What I like most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing without maintaining any physical device lab. The real device coverage is reliable, the interface is straightforward, and the setup time is minimal. It helps us quickly validate builds across different environments, which is especially useful during regression cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

At times, session start time can be slightly slow, especially during peak hours. Occasionally, device availability is limited for certain OS and browser combinations, which can delay testing. Debugging through recorded sessions is helpful, but deeper performance diagnostics could be more detailed. Pricing can also feel on the higher side as the team scales and parallel testing needs increase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

BrowserStack eliminates the need to maintain an in-house device lab for cross-browser and cross-device testing. It allows us to instantly test our application across multiple browsers, operating systems, and real mobile devices without setup overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“I love how fast OutSystems can develop and their customization is also top notch”
What do you like best about OutSystems?

The Data Fabric is what finally won me over - as opposed to having to migrate data out of your CRM or other API’s or Legacy Databases, you simply create a virtualized representation of all of the data types you want to work with and then use SQL to query it as if the data were already merged together - sounds too good to be true but it generally works. Development Speed - Yes It Is Real - The amount of boilerplate code and compile times have been removed and you simply login and begin developing and something functional appears quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OutSystems?

The UI Components are the weak link and it is really a major issue if your company has strict Brand Guidelines - you can create something functional quickly, but creating it to look “exactly” like the application you would have created using a real Web Framework is really painful and takes a lot of time. Petty One - In Expression Rules, the Input Parameter Boxes Are Tiny And You Can’t Resize Them Which Is Just Annoying Daily Inconvenience For Developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OutSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?

We basically had Processes Living In Excel Spreadsheets and Email Chains and Someone’s Head And None Of It Was Tracked Or Audited Or Scalable. OutSystems Replaces That With Actual Applications That Manage The Workflow Enforce The Rules And Keep A Proper Record Of Everything Without Needing A Full Engineering Team To Build And Maintain It. The Time From “We Need This Process Fixed” To “It’s Running In Production” Is Genuinely Shorter Than Traditional Development And That Is The Core Thing It Delivers. “Postman Makes API Testing Fast, Simple, and Effortless”
What do you like best about Postman?

What I like most about Postman is how easy it makes testing APIs. I don't have to write a script or set up anything complicated. I just put in the URL, select the method, add my body or params, and send the request, seeing the response clearly on the same screen helps a lot. It feels very simple and fast, especially when I'm debugging something in the backend. I also like that I can save my request in a collection, so I don't need to rewrite everything again. It helps me work faster without overthinking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postman?

One thing I don't like is that sometimes it feels heavy when too many tabs or collections are open. It can slow down a bit. Also, a few features are hidden behind menus, so it takes time to find them when I'm in a hurry. Syncing across devices works, but occasionally I feel it takes time to update. The desktop app also needs to be updated frequently, which interrupts my work for a minute or two. These are small things, but I notice them in my daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postman solving and how is that benefiting you?

Postman mainly solves the problem of testing APIs without writing code again and again. Before using it, I used to print logs, write small scripts, refresh servers, and repeat the same steps just to check on requests. It was tiring and slow. Postman removes all that extra work. I can test, debug, and understand responses quickly. It saves a lot of time during development because I can see directly what is wrong and fix it right away. It also helps me keep everything organized. Instead of having small code snippets everywhere, all my API call states are saved in one place, so I can reuse them anytime. When I need to share something with someone, I just send the collection link. It makes teamwork easier and avoids confusion. It also helps me avoid guessing. when an API is not working. I can see the exact error clearly instead of searching through logs or reopening the server again and again. Another thing is that it keeps my workflow smooth. I can switch between different environments easily. like dev, staging, or production. without typing everything again. It saves a small bit of time that really adds up. It also makes learning new APIs easier. when I want to check how some new service works. I can try out requests quickly and understand the response without setting up the whole project. Sharing testing steps with teammates becomes simple too. Instead of explaining things in long messages, I can share a collection, and they can run the same request on their side. It avoids miscommunication. It helps me catch mistakes early. if I send a wrong payload or forget a header. I can see the issue right away instead of debugging for hours. That takes a lot of frustration away. It also keeps everything neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable and flexible experimentation platform”
What do you like best about Statsig?

Statsig makes experimentation genuinely easy to adopt and operate at scale.

Experiment setup is simple and intuitive, which lowers the barrier to running experiments quickly.

It’s easy to verify that exposures work as expected using overrides and by checking the Diagnostics tab.

Custom metrics are easy to define, which is critical for tailoring experiments to real product and business outcomes.

A major strength is the ability to define custom user dimensions for each exposure, which enables much more effective and flexible analysis of experiment data.

The analysis experience is strong, especially when breaking down metrics across different user dimensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

One area where Statsig could improve is identifying bot traffic more effectively.

We’ve observed some experiment exposures coming from bots and had to proactively report these cases to help improve detection. While the Statsig team was responsive, stronger built-in bot identification would help reduce noise in experiment results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Statsig solving and how is that benefiting you?

Statsig solves the problem of running reliable, production-ready experiments without excessive setup or operational overhead. In my role as a Principal Search Engineer, it allows me to quickly design, launch, and validate experiments with confidence, while ensuring exposures and metrics are behaving as expected. This significantly reduces the time and effort required to go from hypothesis to insight and enables faster, more informed product decisions in a production environment. I really appreciate the intuitive interface and the wide range of pre-built activities that speed up development. It integrates seamlessly with other applications and services, allowing us to automate complex processes without heavy coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

The best part is the ability to quickly design, test, and deploy automations at scale. Orchestrator provides centralized management and monitoring, which makes handling bots across multiple environments very smooth. It saves a lot of manual effort, reduces human error, and gives our team more time to focus on high-value work. The community support and documentation are also excellent, which helps accelerate adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

UiPath is helping us eliminate repetitive, manual tasks that used to take up a lot of time—things like data entry, reporting, and cross-system updates. By automating these processes, we’ve been able to reduce errors, improve accuracy, and speed up turnaround times. All-in-one toolkit

You get design, docs, testing, mocks, and collaboration in one place — no more juggling Postman + Swagger + random spreadsheets.

Mock servers from API spec

Frontend devs don’t freeze while backend finishes. Mocks spin up automatically from your schema.

Schema-driven testing

Responses are checked against real API definitions, so tests actually mean something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apidog?

Excel doesn’t drive it

You can’t just drop a spreadsheet with error codes or reference data and have Apidog magically consume it — you have to translate it into API schemas or docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of bouncing between Swagger for docs, Postman for testing, and random markdown files for specs, Apidog puts it all in one place.

Docs stay tied to the actual API definition and examples, so what you read is what you actually get.

Schema-driven assertions and reusable test cases make it harder to accidentally ship broken responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Standout Support and Fast Response Times, with Steady New Feature Development”
What do you like best about AB Tasty?

The team’s support and response time have been a standout for me. I’ve had issues with other platforms that outsource customer service, which has led to major delays in getting problems resolved. Here, I feel like I can actually get help in a reasonable timeframe. I also appreciate how active the platform is in developing new features, which gives me confidence it will be around for the long term compared with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AB Tasty?

At the moment, there aren’t any straightforward native connections to Salesforce. Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the platform’s analytics capabilities, since there’s no easy way for our firm to link intakes to their corresponding statuses. With these integrations missing, I’ve had to create my own in-house calculations to track experiment probabilities and results, using a Google Sheets-GA4 integration. And our long-term play is to bring in Segment, which integrates with AB Tasty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a reliable product for running A/B and split tests. In the past, we ran into issues with other platforms, including SRM problems within the platform and challenges with GA4 audiences. Overall, it has worked well for us so far, and we also expect it to help address personalization targeting issues in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FM
“Great low-code platform for internal apps, but takes time to master”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

What I like most about Microsoft Power Apps is how it helps eliminate repetitive manual work. In our case, we used to manually download executed documents from Adobe Sign based on tracking information in an Excel sheet. It was time-consuming and prone to errors if someone missed a row or filtered incorrectly.

With Power Apps, we were able to create a more structured internal process around that tracking. It integrates well with Excel and other Microsoft tools, which made implementation easier for us.

It’s especially helpful for internal operational tools where you don’t need a full enterprise-grade application but still want something more controlled and scalable than spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

The biggest challenge is the learning curve. It’s marketed as low-code, but to build anything meaningful, you still need to understand formulas, logic, and how data connections work. It’s not completely plug-and-play.

Licensing can also be confusing depending on connectors and features. Some advanced integrations require premium plans, which adds cost.

Performance can slow down when working with larger Excel files or more complex data sources. Also, troubleshooting errors isn’t always intuitive — sometimes it takes trial and error to figure out what’s wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Power Apps, we were manually downloading executed documents from Adobe Sign using an Excel-based tracker. This process depended heavily on human checks and was inefficient.

With Power Apps, we streamlined the tracking and reduced manual dependency. It helped centralize the process, improve visibility, and reduce the risk of missing documents.

Overall, it improved operational efficiency and reduced turnaround time for document management tasks. It also gave us better control and transparency than using spreadsheets alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- TestFirst is very easy to use compared to other tools available now.

- Annotation feature is an excellent feature, as we can annotate screenshots at the time of execution itself

-Exploratory Feature helps the tester to write test cases while running the test. It saves us a lot of time.

“Strong Test Management Core, but Aiden Makes Step Editing Unpredictable”
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase has a strong and well-thought-out core for test management. Test case structure is flexible and clear, making it easy to work with both manual and automated tests. Integrations with automation tools and CI pipelines are practical and save time in real QA workflows. Overall, the platform feels reliable for day-to-day test management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

The main downside is the current behavior of the AI assistant (Aiden). Deleting a step always removes the pause automatically, and the AI often regenerates previously deleted steps, ignoring manual changes. There is no way to lock steps, preserve deletions, or manage steps in bulk, which makes iterative refinement unpredictable and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qase helps centralize test cases and testing workflows in one place. “QA Wolf Automated Our Client-Side Tests with Smooth Setup and Responsive Support”
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

I really enjoy using QA Wolf because they have automated a large portion of our client-side test suite. They catch things we usually don't think of, and the team is quick to respond to any inquiries we might have.

We actually do a lot of development in-house, so the fact they offer webhooks and other 3rd party integrations for ticketing is great.

As for implementation, that process was really straightforward. All we had to do is send them the tests we usually do in a build cycle, get them an account in our Development environment, and we were on our way. I know the test suite is running daily, and I can even go in and manually run flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

The least helpful thing about QA Wolf is sometimes the incorrect association of flows with bug reports. This does create scenarios where bugs are considered "open" when the root bug was resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially around understanding how ACCELQ structures test logic and flows. Some advanced configurations could also benefit from clearer documentation or more in app guidance once you are past onboarding, it is smooth, but initial setup can feel slightly overwhelming for first time users. What problems is ACCELQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

ACCELQ helps us reduce dependency on heavy scripting and fragmented testing tools. Before using it, our testing process was slower and more siloed between QA and development.

With ACCELQ, We've improved collaboration accross teams, shortened regresion cycles, and increased test coverage without increasing headcount. The DevOPs integration ensures tests run consistently as part of our delivery pipeline, which has helped us catch issues earlier and release with more confidence. ““Poor Customer Support and False Promises After Purchase”
What do you like best about FlexiFunnels?

I couldn’t find any meaningful positives in my experience with FlexiFunnels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FlexiFunnels?

My experience with FlexiFunnels has been very disappointing. Their main focus seems to be earning money, not supporting customers.

Before payment, they conduct many webinars and show big dreams and promises. But once they receive the money, the support almost disappears. There is no proper help or resolution of issues. Instead, they keep delaying until the subscription period is close to ending, and then they ask for money again to renew.

I have discussed my concerns with around 5 to 7 different members of the FlexiFunnels team over the last 2 months. Every time, I received the same typical marketing responses like “we will help you soon” or “our team will get back to you”. Unfortunately, no real help was provided.

For the last two months, I have not received any meaningful support or solution from the team—only repeated follow-ups, webinars, and marketing talks.

Not recommended at all. Once you choose FlexiFunnels, your money is wasted because there is no proper support. I wasted my money by choosing FlexiFunnels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
