“Browserstack - A must for Testers”
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack enables me to deliver tests more efficiently thanks to its user-friendly interface and the essential features it offers. I use it nearly every week as part of my job to test web applications across various devices. My favorite aspect is the ability to run tests simultaneously on multiple devices, which makes multi-device checks much faster. The platform is very straightforward to use, and our organization has relied on BrowserStack since the very beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

One area that could be improved is the occasional issue where certain devices fail to boot correctly or become unresponsive. Additionally, network or hardware-level problems can be difficult to replicate, and in these situations, physical devices sometimes reveal bugs that are not detected on BrowserStack devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Testing applications often requires access to multiple devices, which can be costly and inconvenient. Broswestack provides a wide range of devices, making it unnecessary to purchase them individually. This not only lowers the expense of acquiring devices for testing but also ensures that the necessary devices are always available when needed. Also the simultaneous devices where we can add multiple devices at once saves time by a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible, Scalable, and Perfect for Growing Businesses”
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

What I like best about Salesforce Platform is its flexibility and scalability.

It allows you to customise workflows, automate complex business processes, and integrate seamlessly with external tools without heavy development effort. The UI is intuitive, the reporting capabilities are powerful, and the AppExchange ecosystem makes it easy to extend functionality as the business grows. Overall, it gives teams a single, reliable source of truth with the agility needed to support fast-changing business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

The only drawback of Salesforce Platform is its complexity at scale.

As you start adding more customisations, integrations, and workflows, the system can feel heavy and sometimes requires specialised expertise to manage. Licensing and add-on costs can also become high for growing teams. That said, these challenges are manageable with proper governance and do not outweigh the overall value the platform provides. It solves the challenge of scattered information by giving us a single, unified view of every customer interaction. “Deep Behavioral Analytics That Go Beyond Surface-Level Metrics”
What do you like best about Statsig?

I’ve used a lot of analytics tools across my SaaS stack, and most of them focus on front-end visual behavior — clicks, scrolls, funnels, heatmaps, and basic user session data. Helpful… but limited. What I really wanted was deeper product intelligence — the kind that tells me why a user behaves a certain way and how that ties to actual retention, usage frequency, and long-term value.

That’s where Statsig stands out.

Statsig has given me data at a depth I can’t get from lightweight analytics tools. Instead of just watching what a user does visually, I can understand how features perform, what actually drives engagement, and which actions correlate with better conversions or retention. The platform feels like telemetry for your product, not just a UI event tracker.

I still use Humlytics for lightweight behavior snapshots, but Statsig is what I use when I want real product decision-making clarity. It’s not just tracking events — it’s tracking outcomes. The experimentation and evaluation layer makes it easy to move beyond assumptions and ground decisions in actual product impact.

If you’re serious about iterating your SaaS, and you need something deeper than “where users clicked,” Statsig is a huge step up. It’s a product intelligence tool, not just analytics — and that distinction matters once your product starts scaling.

Pros:

Deep behavioral analytics tied to product outcomes

Lets you measure impact, not just interactions

Great for SaaS feature iteration and retention improvement

More strategic insight vs surface-level UI tracking

Gary Stephen Arias | wedo.software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

More complex than lightweight tools (but worth it if you care about depth) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Statsig solving and how is that benefiting you?

Statsig is solving a very real gap for me as a SaaS founder — the difference between surface-level analytics and actual product intelligence. Most tools show me what users do on the screen, but Statsig shows me why they behave that way and how it impacts retention and long-term usage.

As a full stack developer, I appreciate that I can tie feature adoption directly to real outcomes instead of guessing based on click heatmaps or UI behavior alone. It gives me confidence when shipping features because I can validate impact with data, not gut feeling.

For wedo.software and the SaaS products we build, Statsig turns analytics into actionable product direction, not just dashboards — and that’s a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Revolutionizing Automation with Intelligent, Scalable AI Agents”
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

What I find most remarkable about UiPath Agentic Automation is its ability to automate complex end-to-end processes, even those previously impossible due to their unpredictable nature. AI agents can analyze unstructured data, make autonomous decisions, and execute tasks without constant supervision, significantly expanding the scope beyond traditional RPA. This allows employees to focus on strategic activities while the agents process information at higher speeds and generate real-time insights. The platform is highly scalable, incorporates curative agents that automatically correct errors, and provides integrated governance with advanced security and access control measures. Furthermore, the agents self-monitor and continuously improve, making it easy to calculate an accurate ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

Based on my experience with UiPath Agentic Automation, the most notable drawback is the high cost of licenses, which makes it difficult to justify for smaller projects. I have also faced a steep learning curve, as effective use of the platform demands advanced technical expertise. Setting up complex scenarios or handling edge cases has proven to be especially challenging. Additionally, I have observed that the platform uses a significant amount of computing resources, often resulting in slow performance on standard computers. There are also some limitations when it comes to process compatibility and version control. The main challenges I have encountered include the complexity of development, the difficulty of integrating unstructured business data, and the shortage of highly skilled professionals required to operate the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

UiPath Agentic Automation is helping me solve critical problems in repetitive business processes that rely on legacy applications without modern APIs. The platform allows me to automate tasks that previously consumed hours of manual work interacting with legacy systems, SAP, old databases, and desktop applications that can't be easily replaced. This benefits me by eliminating human error caused by fatigue in data capture and transfer processes between disconnected systems, significantly reducing operating costs by freeing up staff for strategic activities, and accelerating response times in processes such as request management and customer onboarding. Integration with Computer Vision allows me to automate even legacy interfaces without available technical documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QA Wolf?

They are extremely communicative, and their test quality is very high. On more than one occasion, they have prevented us from shipping important regressions by reporting bugs to us early in our SDLC. When we've needed to request information or changes to our tests, they have always be prompt and easy to correspond with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

The only real downside I've experienced is that they are not part of our core team, therefore they do not get insights into the most common pain points our customers are experiencing. They are receptive to this information when we share it with them, but as a third party there is always one more hop in the communication chain. This is just part of the business model though, not a particular deficit of their company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Automation and Insightful AI Testing with Qodex.ai”
What do you like best about Qodex.ai?

Qodex.ai brings automation and intelligence together in a clean, simple interface that doesn’t overwhelm you. I really like how quickly I can set up test flows and run them without heavy configuration. The AI-powered testing insights save a lot of manual effort, especially when identifying issues across APIs.

The platform feels modern, and features are added frequently based on customer feedback. It also integrates well with our existing CI/CD workflow, which made adoption easier. Their support team is responsive and genuinely cares about solving problems not just closing tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qodex.ai?

The only thing I would like to see improved is deeper documentation for some advanced features. A few integrations required help from support to understand fully. A richer library of tutorials and implementation examples would help new users adopt faster. Also, reporting dashboards could be more customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qodex.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qodex.ai is helping us reduce time spent on manual testing and increase coverage on API and performance testing. Its automated workflows identify vulnerabilities early in the cycle, which helps us ship more stable releases. We now detect issues in staging instead of finding them after deployment.

It has streamlined our testing process across multiple projects and teams, improved collaboration, and reduced our dependency on external tools. The platform’s AI suggestions also help prioritize critical issues, which shortens the overall testing timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A truly impressive tool with nice UI”
What do you like best about BugBug?

Ease of use. Very simple to add to Chrome and you're good-to-go.

Free for local use (v cloud-run tests). IF you make suggestioms, 'real people' comment and feedback v some bland 'thank you for your input' type replies. All the benefits of a smaller, younger and more responsive company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugBug?

I'd like to be able to check page <titles> and maybe other key non-display attributes. Have now learned that my grumble about wanting to run the same set of tests against the same system but in different environments, is covered by BugBug 'profiles', so looks like I simply need to learn more to get even more out of BugBug 🙂 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
