“eliable Platform for Mobile and Web Testing Across Real Devices”
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Automated testing on BrowserStack for both our mobile applications and web platforms has been very beneficial for our organisation. It helps us catch bugs early and report them quickly. With frequent changes and continuous deployments across multiple integration releases, I run daily sanity tests to make sure everything is working as expected. BrowserStack has significantly reduced the manual effort involved, and it requires minimal intervention from our side. The integration with CircleCI and Firebase for both manual and automated testing was also smooth and easy to set up.

Whenever we run into issues with BrowserStack, their support team responds promptly and resolves them within the committed SLA timelines. We’ve also been assigned a dedicated account manager who stays in touch regularly, keeps us informed about new features and product updates, and shares timely information about platform upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

From a pricing perspective, this solution can feel expensive for smaller teams or organisations with limited testing budgets, especially when higher parallel execution capacity is needed. That said, when I weigh the device coverage, the infrastructure savings, and the testing capabilities it offers, the overall value still outweighs the cost challenges for our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

BrowserStack addresses one of the biggest challenges for our organisation: testing across a wide range of real Android and iOS devices without having to maintain a physical device lab. With App Live, we can instantly access different devices and OS versions in just a few clicks, saving a significant amount of time and effort during test execution.

Another major advantage is being able to run both web and mobile automation suites on BrowserStack’s cloud infrastructure. We use Automation Pro and App Automate as part of our CI/CD pipeline, integrated with CircleCI. Whenever a new build is deployed to the staging environment, automated tests are triggered automatically. This allows us to perform thorough QA validation before every release, catch issues early, and reduce the number of bugs that reach production.

BrowserStack also provides detailed test reports, screenshots, videos, and error logs, which makes troubleshooting much easier. When defects are reported by the QA team, these insights help us pinpoint the root cause faster and collaborate effectively with developers to resolve issues.

The cloud-based platform has improved our overall productivity by removing the need for device setup, ongoing maintenance, and manual app installation. Integration with Firebase is especially helpful because it lets us access and install the required application builds directly, making the testing process more efficient.

A feature that adds significant value for us is the ability to test across multiple devices simultaneously. Comparing application behaviour side by side on Android and iOS devices helps us validate platform-specific functionality, spot inconsistencies quickly, and deliver a better user experience across all supported devices.

Overall, BrowserStack has helped us accelerate testing cycles, improve release quality, reduce infrastructure overhead, and increase confidence in every deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Fast, Flexible, and Enterprise-Ready, A 3-Year Perspective”
What do you like best about OutSystems?

With three years of hands-on OutSystems development, what stands out most to me is the speed-to-value ratio. I can build and ship enterprise features in days—work that would take weeks in traditional stacks—without losing control, because dropping into custom code or JavaScript when needed is seamless.

A few things have consistently impressed me. One-click deploy and rollback across environments makes release management painless. Reusable modules let you build once and plug in everywhere, which helps keep large codebases maintainable. The Forge marketplace is a huge time-saver; I rarely need to build integrations from scratch. The built-in performance guardrails are also valuable: the platform flags bad practices like N+1 queries and missing indexes before they turn into production issues. Finally, strong versioning and environment management keep dev/QA/prod promotion smooth, even on large teams.

After three years, it’s become my go-to for enterprise apps where both speed and governance matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OutSystems?

After about three years of use, I’ve run into a few pain points:

Licensing costs can get expensive as the number of apps and users scales, especially in larger enterprise environments. There’s also a steep learning curve when you start building more complex logic visual flows can get cluttered quickly with advanced business rules, and they can sometimes be harder to debug than plain code. Platform lock-in is another concern; once you’re deeply invested, migrating away becomes a significant undertaking. Finally, IDE performance can slow down on very large modules, and Service Studio may start to lag as applications grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OutSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?

OutSystems helps solve the classic trade-off between development speed and enterprise-grade quality. It allows us to build and modernize applications quickly without sacrificing scalability, security, or governance areas that traditional development often struggles to balance when timelines are tight.

Here are the key benefits I’ve experienced:

Faster time-to-market features move from concept to production in a fraction of the usual time, which helps the business respond more quickly to changing needs.

Reduced technical debt built-in architectural best practices and automated warnings help keep codebases cleaner and more maintainable over time.

Easier legacy modernization replacing outdated systems feels far less risky and disruptive than attempting a full rebuild.

Lower dependency on large dev teams a smaller team can deliver and maintain more, which can directly reduce development costs.

Better cross-team collaboration the platform’s visual approach makes it easier for business and IT stakeholders to align on requirements and stay on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Postman Makes API Development, Testing, and Debugging Fast and Easy”
What do you like best about Postman?

What I like best about Postman is how easy it makes API development, testing, and debugging. It lets me organize API collections, manage environments, automate test cases, and quickly validate API responses, which saves a lot of development time and improves collaboration across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postman?

One limitation I've experienced with Postman is that managing large API collections and environments can become difficult as projects grow. When working with multiple AI services and backend APIs, collections can get cluttered, making navigation and maintenance more time-consuming. In addition, collaboration features like advanced governance, reporting, and workspace management are more useful in the paid plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Overall, these are minor drawbacks, and they don't outweigh the value Postman provides for API development and testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postman solving and how is that benefiting you?

Postman solves the challenge of validating and debugging APIs before they are integrated into our applications. In our AI-powered insurance document processing project, I use it to test APIs for document uploads, policy data extraction, authentication, and backend integrations. It allows me to quickly verify request and response data, identify issues early, and ensure APIs work correctly before deployment. This has reduced debugging time, improved API reliability, and accelerated the delivery of AI features, resulting in a more stable and efficient development process. What I like best about VWO Testing is its intuitive interface and robust A/B testing capabilities. It makes it easy to create, launch, and analyse experiments without heavy technical involvement. The detailed reporting and visitor behaviour insights help make data-driven decisions that improve conversion rates and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

One area where VWO Testing could improve is the learning curve for some advanced features and experiment configurations. While the platform is powerful, setting up complex tests and interpreting deeper analytics can take time for new users. Additionally, some reports could offer more customization and flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?

VWO Testing helps solve the challenge of making website and landing page decisions based on assumptions. “ServiceNow App Engine: Simplifies the Way I Build and Automate Applications”
What do you like best about ServiceNow App Engine?

For me, the biggest advantage of ServiceNow App Engine is how practical it is for building applications and automating day to day processes. I like that I can create and customize applications without writing everything from the ground up. The workflow automation, integrations, and different use cases make it useful for handling a wide range of business requirements. As an AI/ML Engineer, I also appreciate the flexibility it gives me to work with existing systems and focus more on the actual problem rather than spending too much time on basic application development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow App Engine?

If I had to point out one area for improvement, I would say the platform can feel a little overwhelming in the beginning because there are so many options available. It took me some time to understand where everything fits and how to use the different features effectively. Once you get familiar with it, though the overall experience is quite good and I haven't had any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNow App Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

What I find most useful is that ServiceNow App Engine helps reduce the gap between identifying a business problem and actually building something to solve it. Instead of starting every application from scratch, I can use the platform to create workflows, automate repetitive tasks, connect with existing systems and manage the process in one place. From my perspective as an AI/ML Engineer, this is helpful because it lets me focus more on the data, logic, and actual business requirement rather than spending a lot of time on routine application development. It is also useful when requirements change, because applications and workflows can be adjusted without having to completely rebuild the solution. Overall, it helps me get solutions from an idea to something usable much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great Overall Functionality and Potential AI Capability”
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase has been helpful for managing our existing logs and organizing information across different service areas. Our DSS department uses it to track client data, which we previously managed in an Excel spreadsheet. It addressed the problem of multiple staff members trying to edit the same file at once, which used to cause issues. Overall, it’s been smooth to use, and we haven’t had any complaints with what we currently have in place. I also appreciate the flexibility to create test applications so I can explore potential uses for other departments. Pricing is fair and worth the functionality. We haven't had any issues with performance or integration of existing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Before Quickbase, we relied heavily on Excel for tracking client information, and it wasn’t working well. Staff ran into issues with multiple people editing the same file, which led to errors and inefficiencies. Quickbase eliminated those problems by providing a centralized platform where everyone can access and update information without conflicts. It’s also helped us explore ways to streamline processes, like maintenance tracking and capturing signatures, though those are still in the early stages. Overall, Quickbase has made managing data easier and more reliable for the department that uses it. We would like to see more features related to signature capturing that is integrated into QuickBase and not a third party attachment. AI features are being introduced constantly so that has been a great addition to existing functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Safer Production Rollouts with Instant Feature Toggles and Precise Targeting”
What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?

LaunchDarkly has made it much safer to test new features in production by rolling them out to a small percentage of users first, rather than deploying changes to everyone at once. Being able to toggle features on or off instantly without redeploying code has sped up testing cycles significantly, especially when validating changes to trip flow or platform functionality before a full rollout. The targeting rules for controlling exactly who sees a given feature, whether by user segment or percentage, have made testing much more precise than relying on separate staging environments alone. The dashboard makes it easy to monitor flag status and adjust rollouts on the fly without needing a developer to make code changes for every adjustment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?

Managing a growing number of feature flags over time requires discipline to clean up ones that are no longer needed, otherwise the codebase accumulates unnecessary complexity. Pricing scales with usage and seats, which can get expensive as the number of flags and monthly active users grows. The initial setup for integrating flags cleanly into existing code took some restructuring, especially for parts of the codebase that weren't originally built with feature flagging in mind. Some of the more advanced targeting and experimentation features have a learning curve before getting full value out of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?

LaunchDarkly has let us test new features on a small subset of real users before a full rollout, catching issues early without risking a broken experience for everyone on the platform. This has made deploying changes to core functionality, like trip flow updates, much safer, since we can instantly disable a feature if something goes wrong instead of needing an emergency rollback and redeploy. “Outstanding A/B Testing Platform With Exceptional Support”
What do you like best about Omniconvert?

Best CRO tool/company for the price! Omniconvert makes A/B testing on Adobe Commerce incredibly easy once it’s set up, and the real standout is their support team—especially Bogdan. We had a very tricky Magento Cloud integration, and he not only guided us through every step with patience and clarity, but even stayed after hours to help us hit a hard deadline before Black Friday. The platform is powerful, intuitive, and stable, but their level of customer support is on a completely different level. It genuinely feels like having an extension of your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omniconvert?

There’s very little to dislike. The initial Adobe Commerce integration required some careful configuration, but that’s more a limitation of Magento than Omniconvert. Page flicker is still an issue, but I think that can be solved with some more dev work. And because the support team was so hands-on, even that challenge ended up being a smooth experience. I'm only on my first test, but so far the platform performs flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omniconvert solving and how is that benefiting you?

Omniconvert allows us to run clean, reliable A/B tests on Adobe Commerce—something that can be notoriously difficult due to the platform’s complexity. Before Omniconvert, running controlled experiments on our storefront required heavy dev involvement and caused deployment bottlenecks. Now we can launch tests quickly, validate ideas with real data, and make decisions with confidence. This has improved our speed of experimentation, increased our team’s efficiency, and directly contributed to optimizing conversion rates before our most important sales periods. “Extending RPA Capabilities with Agentic AI”
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

Having worked extensively with the UiPath ecosystem, what I appreciate most about UiPath Agentic Automation is its ability to automate processes that go beyond rule-based tasks. We have used it in scenarios involving document processing and decision-making workflows, where AI agents can understand context and take actions with minimal human intervention. Since it is tightly integrated with existing UiPath products, the learning curve was relatively smooth for our team. From an ROI perspective, we started seeing value fairly quickly as it reduced manual effort, improved processing speed, and allowed teams to focus on higher-value activities. While the pricing may appear premium initially, especially for organizations just starting their automation journey, the overall return justifies the investment when deployed for enterprise-scale and complex business processes. It has helped us design more intelligent and scalable automation solutions while significantly reducing manual effort across critical workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

While UiPath Agentic Automation is powerful, there is still a learning curve when moving from traditional RPA to agent-based automation. Designing and troubleshooting agent workflows requires a different mindset, and debugging can sometimes be challenging due to the dynamic nature of AI responses. The licensing cost may also be on the higher side for smaller teams. That said, most of these challenges are manageable with proper training and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

UiPath Agentic Automation is helping us address business processes that require contextual understanding and dynamic decision-making, which were challenging to automate using traditional RPA. We are using it in document processing and workflow orchestration scenarios, where AI agents analyze information, make decisions, and trigger the appropriate actions. As a result, we have reduced manual intervention, improved processing speed, and achieved better operational efficiency while expanding automation coverage across complex business processes. What do you like best about ACCELQ?

The locator-free approach for identifying UI elements using natural language helps me script in less time during the implementation phase. It has also saved time later and kept maintenance low as the application evolves and integrates with different platforms. The solution engineers from the accelq team are extraordinary, and their expertise really helped us get the implementation completed smoothly. Pricing-wise, they are not too expensive and sit in the mid-range, with very good community and training support. Test execution is managed by agents, which feels seamless and delivers strong reporting outcomes that can be understood by both technical and non-technical teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

While the product documentation is solid, I’ve noticed that community-driven resources such as blogs, tutorials, YouTube videos, and real-world implementation examples are still somewhat limited compared to more established automation platforms. Expanding the community ecosystem and encouraging more shared examples would make it even easier for new users to learn the platform and adopt it with confidence. What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives us exact visibility into our customers Salesforce Orgs and helps us find the inflection points for our implementations. One example is an implementation that was hung up for 3 days on a problem, within 15 minutes of connecting sonar we worked past it. Its a lifesaver as is Brad and Kevin from their team. “Effortless AI Testing Automation That Accelerates Development”
What do you like best about Qodex.ai?

As an AI engineer, what stands out about Qodex.ai is its ability to automate and streamline AI-driven software testing workflows. It reduces the manual effort required to design, execute, and maintain test cases while still providing meaningful coverage. The platform is easy to use, quick to adopt, and particularly effective for validating AI systems and application behavior during development cycles. It helps teams move faster without compromising test quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qodex.ai?

For advanced testing scenarios, the platform could benefit from deeper customization and more granular control over test configurations. Improved documentation around complex use cases and clearer visibility into test execution logic would make it more powerful for engineering-heavy teams. Expanding integrations and reporting flexibility would further enhance its value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qodex.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qodex.ai addresses the challenge of manual, time-intensive software testing by introducing AI-assisted automation. It helps reduce testing overhead, improves consistency, and accelerates release cycles. For me, this means faster validation of features, quicker feedback during development, and the ability to focus more on core engineering tasks rather than repetitive test execution. “Detailed Bug Reports and Fast, Proactive Support from QA Wolf”
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

We would get detailed reports of bugs found. For example they would give me a video on the bugs and how to reproduce. The bugs found were critical and it would not been easy to find. I appreciate the QA Wolf team in their initiative to help better our software application. They respond quickly to my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

I have not found any issues as I have only engaged with QA Wolf for a couple of months. I am sure I would be better in answering this after our new platform has to go through QA Wolf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves the regular testing that is needed when we do new features or changes to our features. Our applications are new and we have a small team. Having QA Wolf fills the gap for small teams. We struggle with regular testing as we do not have a dedicated QA group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Rapid App Creation Made Easy with Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Interface”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

What I like most is how quickly you can turn an idea into a working application without writing a lot of code. As someone from a testing background, it helps me build simple utilities, test data tools, and internal workflows on my own instead of depending on developers for every small requirement. The drag-and-drop interface is easy to use, and the integration with services like SharePoint and Excel makes it even more practical. Overall, it's a great low-code platform that significantly speeds up development and improves productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

One area where Microsoft Power Apps could improve is performance, especially for apps that rely on multiple data sources or complex integrations, as they can sometimes feel slow. The platform is easy to get started with, but building more advanced solutions often requires learning Power Fx and referring to documentation or community forums. Better debugging tools and clearer guidance for advanced scenarios would make the development experience smoother. Apart from that, stronger governance and version management features would help teams avoid duplicate apps and maintain consistency across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power Apps has been particularly useful in addressing the long wait times typically associated with developing small internal tools. Rather than submitting requests and waiting for weeks, I was able to quickly build simple apps myself for tasks such as collecting test data, managing small approval processes, or tracking ongoing tasks. This not only saved a significant amount of time but also cut down on much of the manual work we previously had to do. Personally, it made my daily testing activities more efficient and made handling repetitive tasks much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
