What do you like best about Tuskr?

I really like that Tuskr brings organization to our testing process, which used to be chaotic with spreadsheets and random documents. The Test Case Management and Test Run Execution features are the core of our daily workflow and make it easy to see the status of tests at a glance, saving us a lot of time. The Requirement Traceability feature is surprisingly useful for linking test cases directly to product requirements, helping us quickly check test coverage. Version control for test cases is another aspect I appreciate, allowing us to track changes made by different team members, which is handy when something is edited incorrectly. I enjoy that collaboration is built into the workflow with discussion threads and mentions, making communication between QA and developers smoother. I also like the flexibility the tool offers with custom fields and workflow options, as every team's QA process can differ. What do you dislike about Tuskr?

One thing that doesn’t work perfectly for me in Tuskr is that parts of the interface can start to feel a bit dense when you’re dealing with really large test suites. Navigating through them or quickly filtering down to the exact ones you need can take a few more clicks than I’d prefer. It’s not a major issue, but during busy testing cycles it sometimes slows things down a little. There were a couple of moments where I caught myself thinking there should probably be a quicker way to jump straight to a specific test. Another area that could be improved is the setup for some of the more advanced features, especially things like API integrations or customizing workflows. They’re definitely powerful once everything is running, but the initial configuration can feel a bit technical if the team isn’t already familiar with integrations or automation pipelines. It took us some time to fully understand how to connect our automated test results properly. After we got it working, it ran smoothly, but clearer guidance or slightly simpler setup steps would probably make the onboarding experience easier for new users. The export option can get better, as the formatting gets messier sometimes. Import from Excel works, but it would be more efficient if we could import from other tools as well. The current CSV/Excel reports often do not have screenshots, and the formatting breaks when opened in Excel. I suggest the export could be in PDF with a layout perfect for sending to PMs or clients.
