"Exceptional Communication and Top-Quality Testing"
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

They are extremely communicative, and their test quality is very high. On more than one occasion, they have prevented us from shipping important regressions by reporting bugs to us early in our SDLC. When we've needed to request information or changes to our tests, they have always be prompt and easy to correspond with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

The only real downside I've experienced is that they are not part of our core team, therefore they do not get insights into the most common pain points our customers are experiencing. They are receptive to this information when we share it with them, but as a third party there is always one more hop in the communication chain. This is just part of the business model though, not a particular deficit of their company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accelerated Our Automated Testing with True Partnership"
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

We used QA Wolf to take our organization from 0 to 60 in terms of automated end-to-end testing. They created a true partnership with our product and engineering groups to create an optimal solution for us, and help us develop that automated testing muscle that we had not yet fully formed. We found their use of human touch (access to support, engineers and facilitators) refreshing and key to our success in this world of AI-only solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

While we had a great experience with QA Wolf, it's possible that an organization with an already robust automated test engineering culture/processes might not have as much use for their services. We found their expertise key to building those processes and culture within our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Test Automation and Proactive Team"
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

QA Wolf takes the initiative when it comes to automating workflows by asking great questions to maxmize test coverage. The test suite that they've designed is impressive and has caught many bugs prior to production releases. A great group of folk to work with, critical thinkers and problem solvers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

Sometimes, we have different engineers work on our platform. There are a few engineers that are dedicated to our product that know it well. This create false positives when other engineers are covering our dedicated ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive Team with Excellent Test Ownership"
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

Three things: 1. They take ownership of the tasks they're given. If something feels or appears wrong, even if it's not something explicitly discussed or outlined, they'll take the time to reach out and clarify that the features they're testing are working as intended. 2. Staying on top of the tests themselves and fixing them if they break. 3. We get to own the tests that were written if/when we decide to part ways Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

What’s considered a “test” that gets charged for is smaller than what I would normally intuit. This is something I expected coming into this service. And ultimately, I understand the approach from their perspective. Nonetheless, I’m occasionally taken aback when I pitch something as three or four tests. But then they come back and say, “No, we need to break this up into ten tests”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish"
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

QA Wolf builds, runs, and maintains amazing integration tests, exactly to our specs. The test suite is integrated into our CI and runs before every deploy to production. They've caught tons of bugs before we deployed code to customers, and in the case of false positives, or changes to the product they're super helpful and quick to fix and rerun their tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

I really have to dig deep to come up with any downsides. Their UI is a little bit confusing sometimes, the turnaround for new tests sometimes take a while, and they don't work on weekends. None of those have ever been anything more than minor annoyances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QA Wolf is a key part of our end to end automated testing."
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

The best thing is the partnership with the QA Wolf team. We have a great routine where we can trust our automated test suite is running every day and then our QA Wolf team is triaging the results. If we have a regression, we have confidence it'll get caught during testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

I don't think I have a dislike. I feel we get value for what we pay for and it's easy to work with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using QA Wolf as a managed service is the best decision we have made"
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

We have been using QA Wolf for the past six months, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The onboarding process was seamless, and I was particularly impressed by their thoroughness in collecting our requirements for feature testing. We depend on QA Wolf for our end-to-end regression testing, which our internal QA team cannot fully manage, especially when it comes to test cases that involve third-party integrations, 2FA setup, real time collaboration with multiple browser tabs. Their dashboard and reporting app of runs is great way to see the trends on how quality is doing as overall. Working with the QA Wolf team has truly been a pleasure. What I value most is their accessibility—they are always just a Slack message away whenever we have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

At the moment, I can't think of anything in particular. Almost everything seems to be focused on quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Qa Wolf has increased my confidence during deployments."
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

What I really like the most about Qa Wolf is the ability to support multiple environments. We have recently started to setup ephemeral environments to improve quality and confidence and Qa Wolf has already given us a head start by not only providing us with the platform, but also providing us with an easy to use template. They're team is also on top of any failures. They are quick to report, instigate, and respond when tests fail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

This isn't exactly a dislike, but I think it would be helpful to have an option for users to mark a run as 'Do Not Investigate' or as a 'Test Run.' I'm not sure if this feature already exists, but there are situations when we're testing code changes and are aware that some workflows have failed or might fail. In these cases, it would be useful to let the Qa Wolf team know to ignore these failures, so we can all avoid unnecessary threads and notifications in our channels. "Essential Partner for Fast, Reliable Releases"
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

The most helpful thing about QA Wolf is using them as we get ready to release new work or need to test a PR when fixing bugs. It's great to partner with them because it gives you an overview summary and a breakdown view of what needs to be fixed prior to these important launches making it. Their customer support team being ready to collaborate and help coupled with the use of their technology has made them an easy partner for us that helps us get work done faster. Their support team is very in tune with our system and can spot changes so fast that it helps us adapt our tests to spot any bugs before it's seen by our customer base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

The only thing that was hard at first was getting them aligned with our strategy. It felt like a separate system. However, once we asked, we were able to easily incorporate them in our day-to-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Test Suite Spun up Quickly"
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

The initial ramp-up period with QA Wolf to develop an automated mobile test suite was quick. They managed to create several tests in a relatively short timeframe. Additionally, they have maintained proactive communication with us throughout the process, ensuring we achieve the results we want and continuously seeking ways to enhance the tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

Like a lot of mobile UI test automation suites, running the tests can be slow and results can take awhile. The cost-per-test business model is interesting and can take a bit to get used to, but has its own advantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
