What do you like best about Xero?

Xero is very user friendly - from set up to creating reports. You are able to complete all your accounting/bookkeeping tasks in one place. The few times I have had to use customer support, I have had a prompt response and interaction with them until the issue was resolved. We moved from Quickbooks to Xero and the transition went smoothly from start to finish. Their ai banking reconciliation is wonderful. I was skeptical at first but after using it a few months, I am extremely happy with the way it works and the amount of time it saves me. I highly recommend using Xero for your small business! What do you dislike about Xero?

There are 2 small downsides to using Xero for our company. First, they are not able to integrate with the credit union that we use for our checking/savings accounts. It adds an additional step each month of downloading the transactions into the software and therefore, we do not have up to date information daily. The other downside is that they do not have the option of setting up a finance charge for late payments on sales invoices. We have to manually calculate that finance charge and add it. The use of Xero has created a huge time-saving factor around the accounting/bookkeeping aspect of my job. This has allowed me to focus on the implementation of new business software, be more in tune with the day to day aspects of the business and given me time to focus on our customers and employees. What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

The complete package received is very cost effective compared to other products in the market place. You only need to pay for modules that you use.

Support is extremely quick, and for the most part they know what they are talking about and issues are resolved promptly,

What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

I feel that they need an experienced accountant on their IT team as there are "holes" in their programming that really should not be there and often we are only talking about basic accounting.

There is no age analysis

Reporting is in general very poor and difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for

No report for credit notes not restocked

Ability to not have discount on a single item

Authorisation for credit notes is linked to invoices instead of being stand alone

- Many small issues that if fixed will make a monumental difference to the users

What do you like best about EZO?

I appreciate the high level of customization and the user-friendly interface. I like that most features are editable, and if something isn’t directly changeable, there’s usually a setting or rule that allows you to enable or disable it.

The range of options—from assigning items to specific people, to creating custom fields for each entry, to viewing the estimated depreciated value of an item—is extremely helpful for me. These features make it much easier to track and manage everything that comes in or goes out for a tenant. I currently manage about four different EZOffice tenant accounts at work, and so far, I’ve encountered only a few minor issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO?

I've noticed a few minor issues with the AI and the process for making bulk entries for items. While nothing is too serious, there are some small errors that make it less straightforward to input bulk entries than I would prefer. Additionally, the AI assistant isn't always as accurate as I would like. However, I expect that these aspects will become more polished and dependable over time. I wish it was a little more user friendly in terms of being able to navigate, but mostly the biggest issue I have is when a sales order is packed with inventory from more than one lot/batch number, it doesn't seem to be able to pack that correctly and will get stuck after the first lot is assigned and then get stuck being able to pack all the products. I also wish I could adjust things without having to adjust the inventory period after it's closed. I think an inventory period should be an option and not automatic. Managing visual merchandising based on data used to be really hard. Before Leafio, we didn't know how product displays or item placement affected sales. This often resulted in messy shelves. Even when we tried to manually build reports, it took a lot of time and effort to gain any real insights.

Leafio solved these issues incredibly well. There are multiple analytical reports that use real-time sales data, and each one is visual and easy to understand. For example, you can see which products are underperforming, which planograms need attention, and which products will soon be missing from a display. What I like best about Unicommerce is how effortlessly it brings all sales channels, inventory, warehouses, and logistics together into one clean, unified system. Instead of juggling multiple dashboards, spreadsheets, or manual updates, everything syncs automatically — orders, stock levels, returns, shipments, and even invoices.

What do you dislike about Unicommerce?

While Unicommerce is powerful, the main downside is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There are many menus, settings, and configuration options, so the learning curve can be steep.

Some advanced features also require manual setup or training, which might take extra time. And occasionally, customization options feel limited, meaning you have to adjust your process to match the system rather than the other way around.

As a new CA article trainee, I often found it challenging to understand how real-world transactions take place, which left me confused and made things seem complicated. However, using Tally has helped me grasp how transactions flow and connect, making the process much clearer. Whenever I work with a client who uses Tally software, I feel relieved because I can handle assignments with greater ease, better understanding, and in less time. Tally also offers a wide variety of reports, which are extremely helpful during company audits.
