The biggest problem that Xero is fixing is the part where all the bills that I have paid are all over the place and for me to make sure that everything is traceable across my bank transactions, Xero helps me by already suggesting matched bills. One limitation I have found is that Streamline does not currently include a detailed production scheduling module. For our operation, it would be very valuable to have the ability to sequence production lines and manage detailed scheduling directly within the platform.

While the platform does a good job supporting supply and inventory planning, having the ability to model warehouse capacity restrictions and storage limitations would help us evaluate scenarios more accurately and make better operational decisions.

Streamline helps us bring demand planning, production planning, and material planning together in one system. Before, we had information spread across different files and tools, making it difficult to have a complete view of the planning process.

I don’t see many downsides to ShipHero. One feature I’d really like to see, and honestly think should be standard is a confirmation prompt when staff manually adjust inventory on a mobile device. After making changes, the app should clearly confirm that edits were made and if someone taps Back, ask whether they want to leave the screen.

Right now, staff can update inventory, get distracted, and then hit Back without any warning. If they forget to press Save, those changes can be lost and inventory not updated. ShipHero solves several key warehouse and inventory management problems that growing ecommerce businesses face. Before having a dedicated warehouse management system, it's easy to lose track of inventory, make picking mistakes, oversell products, or spend too much time searching for stock locations. Cin7 Core helps us manage important accounting, inventory, and reconciliation workflows. In this case, we needed to complete a bank reconciliation before submitting our books for review, and the CSV import issue was blocking that process.

Using StockIQ we can demand plan our extensive range of products by planning promotions, adding seasonal lifts, and creating events for different and unique scenarios that arise daily.
