What I like most about Streamline is how it brings all of our planning activities into one platform. It gives us clear visibility into demand, supply, inventory, and forecasting, which helps the team make quicker, better-informed decisions.

I want to specifically recognize Jason Hallam from Cin7 Core support.
I had a very difficult CSV bank statement import issue that was blocking our April reconciliation and tax reporting process. This was not a simple support ticket. The file looked clean on the surface, but there were hidden formatting issues, possible export format changes, and one problem line inside the data that made the upload fail.
Jason handled the issue with an exceptional level of care, patience, and technical skill. He did not give me a generic answer. He reviewed the file, identified hidden formatting problems, rebuilt the CSV, checked raw file behavior, explained what he found, and kept working through the problem even when the first solutions did not resolve it.
The final breakthrough came from Jason’s suggestion to compare the current file against a previous file that had successfully imported. That suggestion led me directly to the actual issue: the date structure had changed. Once I corrected the date structure and also fixed the problem line Jason had already identified, the import succeeded.
I want to be very clear: Jason solved this. His persistence, ownership, and practical troubleshooting directly led to the resolution.

I am in purchasing and it has made me more efficient in all of my tasks. We have a dozen vendors and over 30k SKUs (mostly inactive) but still a lot to manage. Prior to Netstock I used Excel and this was unworkable. Netstock now creates my orders for me and with the correct setup, review is minimal. We use a hub and spoke model and have 6 spoke DCs that we distribute product to so I also use the "Order from distribution center" function to create my transfers.
