What do you like best about Xero?

It makes reconciling easy and makes for beautifully professional invoices. It does separate from the bank feed regularly, and no one seems to know how to fix this. Support is generally pretty helpful besides this issue. The AI bot hasn't been that helpful as it keeps repeating the same answers. The pricing is competitive but it used to be really affordable. This made it easier to take when the feed brakes and the glitches come up from our tax code not being in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

I included all in the last part but the bank feed regularly separates and no one knows how to fix this. I have to keep playing with it until it rejoins. Also, there are a few glitches that come from our tax information not being in the system, such as when I refunded a customer's delivery fee and it is still trying to refund tax associated with the fee, when there is none. What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Upsides, and my deciding factors against other WMS'. I reviewed 4 or 5 WMS' for my start up, for context.

- Interest in working with me, and being flexible. Flexibility regarding implementation calls, automations / stores, and pricing agreements, specifically.

- Alex, Brandon, and Heather have been great to work with. I met Lara Pease today, and no one on the team has rushed to get off a call or just said "thats how the system works, deal with it". What do you dislike about ShipHero?

It is making progress towards omni-channel, but it is clear it is a D2C powerhouse. No WMS hits 100% of every 3PL's boxes, so take this with a grain of salt.

Building out notifications, and email notifications for manual / no-store customers would be a great feature. I often have customers that want an email (for accounting purposes) to know (1) when an order ships and (2) what the estimated shipping costs were. My workaround is to copy/paste this via email, since they don't want to self-serve in the system.

The wholesale module (which has made improvements since I started in January), needs some TLC. I would be happy to detail suggestions with a teammate, just let me know.

Something simple like, loading billing profile's into the "Charges" tab so I don't have to manually type and look up rates would be helpful. e.g.) I charge $5 for stretch wrap, but I don't know that off-hand. When I go to add charges to the wholesale order, I need to look up the rates and descriptions of that specific line item for that 3PL customer. I have other examples, but that is a simple example. What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a start up with private-funding. I don't have an integrations team, a billing team, customer service team, etc. Having plug-and-play integrations are a a low barrier of entry for me. Leafio solved these issues incredibly well. There are multiple analytical reports that use real-time sales data, and each one is visual and easy to understand. For example, you can see which products are underperforming, which planograms need attention, and which products will soon be missing from a display. What do you like best about Netstock?

I am in purchasing and it has made me more efficient in all of my tasks. We have a dozen vendors and over 30k SKUs (mostly inactive) but still a lot to manage. Prior to Netstock I used Excel and this was unworkable. Netstock now creates my orders for me and with the correct setup, review is minimal. We use a hub and spoke model and have 6 spoke DCs that we distribute product to so I also use the "Order from distribution center" function to create my transfers. Our implementation was too faster & support team was too good. In terms of ease of use, its very easy like using any excel tool. At present, our primary usage of this tool is for Target. However, we believe it would greatly enhance our operations if we had the option to communicate directly with customers through Goflow. Unfortunately, Target does not provide this capability, which limits our ability to engage effectively with our customers. Implementing this feature would add significant value to our process. What do you like best about Descartes Finale Inventory?

Reporting is where Finale Inventory shines. More integrations than I would ever need, with the ability to add a new one. Very easy to use, with clearly labeled & well-organized menu items. Getting started, I had questions. My questions were answered really quickly by the founder of the company. My phone calls are answered. What do you dislike about Descartes Finale Inventory?

A difficult question is what I dislike about Finale Inventory. There are features that I don't use, but there are no features that I do use that I have any qualms about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Descartes Finale Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

I look at stock levels on a daily basis, and easily create Purchase Orders from the same software. Inventory levels are adjusted as soon as product is received, and as soon as it's picked for an order. I can see what's on hand, what's on order, and even how many days' worth of product I have. Stock levels take BOMs into account. That's huge. Product Lookups are simple to create and link. There's also the ability to create Custom Fields.
