I wish it was a little more user friendly in terms of being able to navigate, but mostly the biggest issue I have is when a sales order is packed with inventory from more than one lot/batch number, it doesn't seem to be able to pack that correctly and will get stuck after the first lot is assigned and then get stuck being able to pack all the products. I also wish I could adjust things without having to adjust the inventory period after it's closed. I think an inventory period should be an option and not automatic. While Unicommerce is powerful, the main downside is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There are many menus, settings, and configuration options, so the learning curve can be steep.

Some advanced features also require manual setup or training, which might take extra time. And occasionally, customization options feel limited, meaning you have to adjust your process to match the system rather than the other way around.

The reporting is very weak and it can be slow sometimes to do some tasks if you have thousands of SKUs. They just added a basic Dashboard which is nice, but they are very weak in reporting currently. At present, our primary usage of this tool is for Target. However, we believe it would greatly enhance our operations if we had the option to communicate directly with customers through Goflow. A difficult question is what I dislike about Finale Inventory. There are features that I don't use, but there are no features that I do use that I have any qualms about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I look at stock levels on a daily basis, and easily create Purchase Orders from the same software. Inventory levels are adjusted as soon as product is received, and as soon as it's picked for an order. I can see what's on hand, what's on order, and even how many days' worth of product I have. Stock levels take BOMs into account. That's huge. Product Lookups are simple to create and link. There's also the ability to create Custom Fields. Our data wasn’t in the best condition, so implementation took longer than we expected. Especially early on (as with any software like this), you really have to pay close attention to the outputs it’s producing. We had a few wildly wrong order suggestions, which came down to our poor data rather than SIQs system, so it’s important to have your team in place to spot issues quickly and address the underlying data. If there are data issues or refresh issues, it can sometimes be a little hard to diagnose the issue within SIQ - having said that, whenever we have had issues, the support team have been great with resolving it.

The release notes and guides are very useful with each release, but the training videos in the Help centre aren’t always updated to reflect the changes that come in. It would be great to see this fleshed out a bit more and kept up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Historically our forecasting was Excel-based, so trying to forecast for products was very slow and - at times - very inaccurate. It was also very difficult to see trends of our products, product groups etc. SIQ has helped us massively in both these areas, and is used every day by our team.
