The solution is a great choice for anyone needing to manage thousands of listings on multiple marketplaces versus the more expensive competitors. **What do you dislike about Listing Mirror?** The reporting is very weak and it can be slow sometimes to do some tasks if you have thousands of SKUs. They just added a basic Dashboard which is nice, but they are very weak in reporting currently. This not only helps us have the same or very consistent information across our digital sales channels but also aids when we need to make changes and want to make sure these are made simultaneously. The second issue that is currently being bridged by Listing Mirror, is inventory Management. We now have a single place where we can update the inventory once that syncs all marketplaces immediately. After that, you need to buy a package to use the features. Four Package are available -Bronze$69/Month, Silver- $159/ Month, Gold-$249/Month, and Platinum -$369/Month. Instructions were a bit difficult to follow.. Had to to schedule two different calls to get the basic set up completed. **Recommendations to others considering Listing Mirror:** We had been using Joelister but decided to give listing mirror a try due to positive feedback from an online community we belong to. Ended up canceling after the trial period due to 3 major turn offs. 1.) Set up was far more cumbersome and far more involved than that of Joelister, We had to do extencive editing ourselves on each and every listing before they could go live which was a pain. 2.) Had to schedule two calls (Both next day) with support during set up. The 2nd became quite defencive and somewhat rude when I mentioned that Joelisters set up was a breeze compared to Listing Mirror's. She actually told me that I would most likely be happier with JL if all I wanted a simple set up. 3.) As it turns out the 14 day trial period is not really free. In the fine print they tell you that if you decide to go with one of the paid plans they will charge you a prorated fee for the trial period..??.NOT a good way to begin a new relationship. **What problems is Listing Mirror solving and how is that benefiting you?** I only utilized Listing Mirror for the 14 day trial period limited to 100 listings, which actually ended up being about 11 days after the lengthly set up process so wasn't able to fully access all of the benefits. ### 27. Our over-sell issues disappeared, and the programs ability to link single items with multiples or kits has been a huge help for us. The price is almost unbelievable, you get a lot for the money. Our use is a bit different than most, and the team has helped us find ways to make things work smoothly. The team is relatively small, which could be viewed as a limitation, but the support and communication level is second-to-none. **What do you dislike about Listing Mirror?** For our particular use, sometimes controlling all marketplaces in a central location is cumbersome, but we have found ways to make it work for our needs. That one things is a small price to pay for the ability to sell confidently on multiple marketplaces and know you are not overselling. If you know a thing or two about Excel then things are just so much better, with the use of Macros i've been able to perform insane tasks like having the weight of a product automatically entered on every row that a certain price is found. I've edited 760 descriptions in one go, if you have certain information thats repeated in every description simply search replace spelling mistakes and resubmit to all market places via the edit master listings bulk update. Due to using the Excel sheets it really adds power, if you require any help with Excel functions go on YouTube or I paid someone £15 off People Per Hour to write me a Macro that changed 3700 fields in one go. The support team at Listing Mirror really do care and have a passion to help, while i've been learning my around they're always responded to my queries in a fast time frame and done their best to sort anything. **What do you dislike about Listing Mirror?** Everything I currently dislike is on the plans to be made so I don't really have anything to say because their future feature list going to make this thing a power house tool for anyone in a multi market place business. **Recommendations to others considering Listing Mirror:** Just jump on the call with Olivia to asses your needs then Weston will handle your on boarding via screen conference and setup your account to best fit your business. Editing all of your listings per market or on all markets in one go is easy with their tools, i've been in this for like 1 week so there will be a lot more for me to find yet. Stock and price sync across markets and stock and price updates with ease. It just takes the headache out of having to manage every market individually. Before ListingMirror it used to take 4 times longer to do this simple function that is now a click of a button **What do you dislike about Listing Mirror?** I would like to see them improve their reporting system. Currently the stock reports leave a lot to be desired and we need to go to the individual marketplaces to pull business reports. I would also like to see the reports use custom dates not just "last 30 days" or "last 90 days" **Recommendations to others considering Listing Mirror:** one of the few pieces of software that let you upload listings and downloads orders to and from Etsy **What problems is Listing Mirror solving and how is that benefiting you?** Save time and resources by having all the listings in one place. I also only need to create 1 ID for employees who are posting products to the marketplaces. ### 31. Set-up was relatively simple, only had to provide credentials and the software was able to pull all listing information. We also chatted with support often and they were very helpful and mostly quick to respond. Good price for all that was provided. **What do you dislike about Listing Mirror?** A few things were not able to transfer, such as eBay doesn't do variations like Amazon does so we had to manually fix each listing. Edits can't be made from listing mirror to Amazon, only to the other marketplaces, so if you edit a detail on Listing Mirror the edit will go to the other platforms, but you still have to manually make the edit in Amazon as well. **Recommendations to others considering Listing Mirror:** If you need everything from tracking orders, keeping up with inventory across platforms and don't mind a little upkeep in tedious editing on both adding products to Amazon and listing mirror (for the other platforms) this is a great software. We were not interested in all the fulfillment traits. **What problems is Listing Mirror solving and how is that benefiting you?** This worked for us for an initial transfer of all listings from Amazon to the other marketplaces, however we didn't need to use it to keep track of inventory and fulfillment so after the initial transfer we didn't need the software. It only imports once from Amazon so adding products wasn't worth keeping the software. The initial setup was painless and the staff walked us through every aspect of using the platform. ### 32.
