**What do you like best about EZO?**

EZO offers an excellent asset tracking solution with detailed location history, assignments, check-in/check-out, and lifecycle management. It provides robust reporting, analytics, and alerts for maintenance, low stock, and other key events. The platform supports multi-site and multi-warehouse operations, with barcode/QR scanning and a mobile app for field updates.

**What do you dislike about EZO?**

While EZO generally performs well, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the overall user experience smoother. The search and filtering tools can be inconsistent at times, which makes it harder to locate items unless you already have very specific details or clear criteria in mind.

**What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZO has made it much easier for us to keep track of our IT inventory, including where each item is located and who is responsible for it. The platform also assists us in monitoring stock levels, simplifying inventory planning and reordering as needed.

**What do you like best about EZO?**

Simple and intuitive to use. It’s user-friendly and highly adaptable, making it feel effortless and versatile in day-to-day use. Overall, it’s easy to work with, offers great flexibility, and remains straightforward while still being adaptable to different needs.

**What do you dislike about EZO?**

As standard, there’s no servicing for specific items (only for groups). However, the new add-ons now enable this. That said, we’ve run into a few issues with how these new add-ons are implemented, which we hope will be resolved with support from the EZO team.

**What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missing items has been a recurring issue for us. I need to be able to know who has custody of any item at any given time, so it’s clear where things are and who is responsible. I also want to be able to manage both maintenance services and the calibration of our assets in one place, without losing track of what’s due or what has already been completed.

**What do you like best about EZO?**

I appreciate the high level of customization and the user-friendly interface. I like that most features are editable, and if something isn’t directly changeable, there’s usually a setting or rule that allows you to enable or disable it. 

The range of options—from assigning items to specific people, to creating custom fields for each entry, to viewing the estimated depreciated value of an item—is extremely helpful for me. These features make it much easier to track and manage everything that comes in or goes out for a tenant. I currently manage about four different EZOffice tenant accounts at work, and so far, I’ve encountered only a few minor issues.

**What do you dislike about EZO?**

I've noticed a few minor issues with the AI and the process for making bulk entries for items. While nothing is too serious, there are some small errors that make it less straightforward to input bulk entries than I would prefer. Additionally, the AI assistant isn't always as accurate as I would like. However, I expect that these aspects will become more polished and dependable over time.

The tracking, management, and lending out of assets and who they're assigned to in our organization as well as other organizations.

**What do you like best about EZO?**

I love how customizable EZO is, with the API features and the countless organization settings options, it is truly the best option for any application. The GUI is very user-friendly, and even if a user doesn't have a background in inventory management softwares, there are plenty of free instructional videos online readily available. Our company is using this software quite frequently at five of our locations, and it has been a rather seamless implementation so far. Customer support was very helpful and professional when we had billing questions as well.

**What do you dislike about EZO?**

I haven't run into any lacking features yet!

**What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EZO is helping us keep track of what gear is in-use versus which gear is in storage, and when gear is loaned to another location, who is then in charge of returning said gear.

**What do you like best about EZO?**

It's very affordable.  We researched several options a few years back, and EZO was the most affordable for a small environment.

**What do you dislike about EZO?**

Not thrilled about the overall interface.  Some things are confusing to figure out.  For example, canceling a reservation takes several steps once you finally figure out how to find that spot.   Old reservations that are never fulfilled don't go away, so several months later you still have them showing in the system and have to manually delete each one, one by one.   Email alerts don't work properly.

**What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several 'shared' items such as vehicles, laptops, projectors etc that staff need to borrow.  This system allows us to reserve and check out those items so we are not looking for something at the last minute to find out it's gone.

This app is easy to use and provides convenient features for checking consumable stock.

Instrument reservation: This app allows multiple users to make reservations at the same time, and the administrator has to decide who can use the instrument during that time. I think it would be better to allow only one person to reserve a time slot at a time.

It helps track instrument usage data and organizes consumable inventory in a clear and systematic way.

Its easier to jump on and place your order on the website rather than sending an email which you get no confirmation/acknowledgement for at times whether its been received or not, with EZO you get a confirmation and your order is placed straight away.

I am not yet familiar with the name of all the products so when searching for something you are typing in several several possible names in the search bar and its still not coming up, so maybe an easily accessible drop down menu list can be made available with possible names for an item.

I order my item and I know its done and its on its way to me, with an email send to the office you are not sure of the time its picked up and actioned.

My firm is a new user of EZO Asset Sonar, and the IT setup has been a breeze. The inside team has been totally awesome. I like how the phone app has made the asset tracking process simple. I appreciate the agent that is discovering all the assets on the network. I also like the ability to scan new assets with the phone app.

I will say that the setup is complicated, but I'm grateful that we've used the EZO team to help deploy.

I like that we have the option to add things to our cart, which is easier than typing it out and emailing the equipments team.
It is quite easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about EZO?**

Some filters aren't applied correctly. 
For example, when I apply the NDNS filter, I see the 5 slot transporter which is assigned to HSE.
I do not see the 5 slot or 3 slot transporter when I apply to HSE filter.
I wouldn't personally assign the bundles to a whole different tab as it makes sense for the bundles to come up with the assigned project in the items tab.
When i click on my final cart, I can't see the quantity of what I have ordered to double check I have ordered the correct quantities.
Also the bundles ( i.e. the adult blood tube packs) , when ordered in large quantities, come up in the cart repeatedly as opposed to having a quantity number, which would be better and cleaner.
Furthermore, I feel that when searching in the search bar, related products should show up if there is no exact match. For example, when I could not find the adult blood tube bundles for NDNS with the filter applied, i searched "adult blood tube packs", "Blood packs" and received no results.

Should be saving time as I do not need to type the  full name of the equipment that I need each time I need to order

We are not using it for inventory, we are using it to keep track of vehicles and equipment & for the maintenance of them. I think it would be a good system for actual inventory.

Difficult learning curve, but again, we are using it to track assets not for inventory.

It is very easy to use with a lot of features and an intuitive interface. The tracking features are robust with features such as qr code scanning and gps location tracking. The customer support is also very helpful when needed and the system is highly customizable with the ability to create custom fields and reports.

The UI could use a facelift for a more modern design. The mobile app is a bit clunky and the system could offer more integration options with other software.

The dashboard, along with all the available functions at each authorization level, is well organized and accessible.

Needs stronger functionality for putting equipment on maintenance cycles, warning users when maintenance is due, and elevating it to managers as it gets under a certain time remaining until maintenance is due.

**What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining a list of all this expensive equipment in regard to who it's assigned to is crucial for us. So if an employee leaves, we can ensure we've checked back in all the equipment before they are fully gone.

Stationary is quite easy to order and I note that one can filter by project, this could very very good.

I tried to filter by project but there was nothing to order! Although I did find what I wanted, the whole process probably took longer than an email to request it. I suspect this will improve with time.

The current benefit is that I can see how many of whatever I need are available. From this I can make a decision that will not negatively impact others who might want to order the same.

No real downside unless you lose your internet connection of course!

We’ve been using EZOffice for our equipment management and I’m genuinely impressed with how comprehensive and user-friendly it is. The platform offers a great level of detail when it comes to tracking assets, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate — a huge plus for both new and experienced users.

One of the standout features for us is the barcode generation for equipment, which makes check-in/check-out processes smooth and efficient. The fact that it also comes with a mobile app is incredibly convenient, especially for teams that are often in the field or moving between locations.

Easy to check in and check out our inventory. We have very different types of items in our inventory and it’s nice being able to assign them with specific statuses and list whatever info we might need in the item page. Definitely does the job.

I find sometimes the site is slow sometimes the search doesn’t autofill perfectly. But always able to get around that.

We are able to see everything in our inventory, search it easier than a spreadsheet, and assign it to different users as well. As well it allows multiple people to have admin access and control at different times.

It is a software that has had a great impact on the organization of tools and maintenance activities. Previously, when we didn't have EZO in the company, activities that required special tools experienced delays because we didn't know who might have them on loan. Additionally, there were delays because the location of the tool was unknown to the warehouse staff. EZO has solved this issue and has made daily maintenance activities easier for the staff.

Good interface, simple and effective.   We are able to update information quickly and are then able to manage the inventory.

I wish it had a way to manage multiple operating companies.   We have several entities under our umbrella.  All small companies and all could benefit, but we would need so many accounts, vs a corporate master account.

Make sure its for a single company, or you will struggle.

the ease of carrying out custody confirmation, where a user can indicate that they are in possession of a piece of equipment and the general state of conservation, allowing maintenance to be planned in advance

**What do you dislike about EZO?**

the tool is not 100% prepared for the Portuguese language. It is even possible to do a web translation via Google Translator, however it is not as efficient as it translates terms and brands that should not be translated.

Most of our equipment is mobile phones that are spread out among field teams and it is very difficult to keep all the information about these devices up to date. With EZOffice we can create custom fields that allow us to have all the information related to the equipment in a single system.
