What do you like best about EZO?

I appreciate the high level of customization and the user-friendly interface. I like that most features are editable, and if something isn’t directly changeable, there’s usually a setting or rule that allows you to enable or disable it.

The range of options—from assigning items to specific people, to creating custom fields for each entry, to viewing the estimated depreciated value of an item—is extremely helpful for me. These features make it much easier to track and manage everything that comes in or goes out for a tenant. I currently manage about four different EZOffice tenant accounts at work, and so far, I’ve encountered only a few minor issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO?

I've noticed a few minor issues with the AI and the process for making bulk entries for items. While nothing is too serious, there are some small errors that make it less straightforward to input bulk entries than I would prefer. Additionally, the AI assistant isn't always as accurate as I would like. However, I expect that these aspects will become more polished and dependable over time. What do you like best about EZO?

I love how customizable EZO is, with the API features and the countless organization settings options, it is truly the best option for any application. The GUI is very user-friendly, and even if a user doesn't have a background in inventory management softwares, there are plenty of free instructional videos online readily available. Our company is using this software quite frequently at five of our locations, and it has been a rather seamless implementation so far. What do you like best about EZO?

EZO offers an excellent asset tracking solution with detailed location history, assignments, check-in/check-out, and lifecycle management. It provides robust reporting, analytics, and alerts for maintenance, low stock, and other key events. The platform supports multi-site and multi-warehouse operations, with barcode/QR scanning and a mobile app for field updates.

The user interface is clean and intuitive, allowing new users to get started easily. Searching, navigation, and onboarding are straightforward once data is entered, and setup for basic workflows is quick and manageable—even for non-technical users.

Customer support is generally responsive and helpful, and EZO continues to deliver good value through frequent updates and improvements. However, some users would prefer longer support hours and faster escalation options. Costs can scale upward with asset volume or advanced modules, which may challenge smaller organizations.

EZO scales effectively across multiple locations and asset types, offering adaptable workflows like carts, bundles, and reservations. At very large data volumes, performance can occasionally slow, and advanced integrations such as SSO or custom APIs may require an enterprise plan or additional support. What do you dislike about EZO?

While EZO generally performs well, there are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall user experience. The search and filtering features can sometimes be inconsistent, which makes it challenging to find items unless you have very specific details or criteria. The mobile app, although functional, occasionally suffers from lag or minor glitches and does not feel as polished as the desktop version.

Setting up more complex configurations—like custom fields, advanced workflows, or managing multiple locations—can take extra time and effort. "Affordable, But Interface and Alerts Need Improvement"
What do you like best about EZO?

It's very affordable. We researched several options a few years back, and EZO was the most affordable for a small environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO?

Not thrilled about the overall interface. Some things are confusing to figure out. For example, canceling a reservation takes several steps once you finally figure out how to find that spot. Old reservations that are never fulfilled don't go away, so several months later you still have them showing in the system and have to manually delete each one, one by one. What do you like best about EZO?

Its easier to jump on and place your order on the website rather than sending an email which you get no confirmation/acknowledgement for at times whether its been received or not, with EZO you get a confirmation and your order is placed straight away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not yet familiar with the name of all the products so when searching for something you are typing in several several possible names in the search bar and its still not coming up, so maybe an easily accessible drop down menu list can be made available with possible names for an item. What do you like best about EZO?

In our organization, fieldwork is a regular part of operations. Implementing EZO Inventory has significantly improved our ability to track which assets are being used for which missions. What do you like best about EZO?

My firm is a new user of EZO Asset Sonar, and the IT setup has been a breeze. The inside team has been totally awesome. I like how the phone app has made the asset tracking process simple. What do you like best about EZO?

EZO makes it easy to manage and track all our IT assets — from laptops and desktops to networking devices like firewalls and access points. The ability to categorize by asset type, location, and status has significantly improved our inventory visibility. What do you like best about EZO?

I like that we have the option to add things to our cart, which is easier than typing it out and emailing the equipments team.

What do you dislike about EZO?

Some filters aren't applied correctly.

For example, when I apply the NDNS filter, I see the 5 slot transporter which is assigned to HSE.

I do not see the 5 slot or 3 slot transporter when I apply to HSE filter.

I wouldn't personally assign the bundles to a whole different tab as it makes sense for the bundles to come up with the assigned project in the items tab.

When i click on my final cart, I can't see the quantity of what I have ordered to double check I have ordered the correct quantities.

Also the bundles ( i.e. the adult blood tube packs) , when ordered in large quantities, come up in the cart repeatedly as opposed to having a quantity number, which would be better and cleaner.

Furthermore, I feel that when searching in the search bar, related products should show up if there is no exact match. For example, when I could not find the adult blood tube bundles for NDNS with the filter applied, i searched "adult blood tube packs", "Blood packs" and received no results.
