Thanks to the cloud-based structure and user-friendly interface, Timly is easy to understand and intuitive to use. During the introduction and integration of the tool, a comprehensive onboarding is also offered, in which all functions are explained and open questions are answered.
Various assets can be created in a clear and structured manner and linked directly with tickets if necessary. The integrated rights concept also ensures that Timly users always only see the areas that are actually relevant to them.

The following points are to be understood as suggestions for improvement for the still quite young tool: In the web interface, alphabetical sorting, for example of category fields, currently still needs to be done manually if necessary. An automation would occasionally be helpful here, even if it is not particularly crucial for daily use.
