**What do you like best about Timly?**

Thanks to the cloud-based structure and user-friendly interface, Timly is easy to understand and intuitive to use. During the introduction and integration of the tool, a comprehensive onboarding is also offered, in which all functions are explained and open questions are answered.

Various assets can be created in a clear and structured manner and linked directly with tickets if necessary. The integrated rights concept also ensures that Timly users always only see the areas that are actually relevant to them.

The support also responds very quickly and reliably helps with individual concerns.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

The following points are to be understood as suggestions for improvement for the still quite young tool: In the web interface, alphabetical sorting, for example of category fields, currently still needs to be done manually if necessary. An automation would occasionally be helpful here, even if it is not particularly crucial for daily use. In the current app (04/2026), the button for scanning with the camera is very small, and overall the app could load a bit faster.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timly helps us to unite movable goods, software licenses, employee qualifications, equipment inspections, and much more in one tool and ensures that the information is accessible across locations. Thanks to the ticket system, for example, inspection deadlines are reliably assigned to the responsible persons, so that company assets can always be kept in perfect condition.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

We have been using Timly for some time to manage our equipment, tools, and IT assets and are absolutely convinced. The software is clearly structured, easy to use, and saves us a lot of time in our daily routine. We find it particularly practical to be able to directly schedule inspection and maintenance appointments and keep track of them with reminders.

The support is also top-notch – quickly accessible, friendly, and solution-oriented. New features are regularly added, and you can tell that the team is actively working on further developments.

Overall, a modern, flexible tool that has brought order and transparency to our inventory management.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

With updates, the menu structure occasionally changes slightly – a brief note or changelog directly in the app would be helpful.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the construction industry, Timly helps us primarily to finally keep track of all our tools, machines, and vehicles. In the past, it was often unclear where a particular device was, who was using it, or when an inspection or maintenance was due. With Timly, we now have all of this centrally in one place – with QR codes, clear responsibilities, and automatic reminders.

This saves us a lot of time, avoids duplicate purchases, and reduces discussions about missing or defective materials. Especially with multiple construction sites at the same time, this is a real game changer.

The onboarding sessions were very well-structured and prepared, with very good follow-ups including minutes and links to relevant videos. I find the Timly software well thought out and easy to handle. The staff are professional and open to suggestions for improvement. I appreciate that errors are quickly fixed and communication is simple and direct. Setting up Timly and the support from the team was super easy, and they provided helpful tips.

The tree structure of qualifications could accommodate several layers, so that one can create sub-skills for skills, and the main skill is only set when all sub-skills are fulfilled.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

We highly appreciate Timly for its simple and intuitive structure, which still offers a variety of useful functionalities, such as the use of signatures when issuing hardware and precise tracking with receipts. The flexible design and quick basic configuration easily adapt to our needs. Additionally, Timly always provides a current and clear overview of our IT inventory, which significantly facilitates the allocation and tracking of our hardware. The initial setup was extremely easy, which greatly facilitated the transition from our previous Excel and Wiki lists. Particularly noteworthy is the sensational support during onboarding that we experienced - thank you! Overall, Timly is very reliable and recommendable, as evidenced by my recommendation of it with a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

The aging of our asset inventory system has caused problems. Tracking was not ensured, mainly because the software was unwelcoming, lacked intuitiveness, and was not easy to use. Additionally, the competition imposed a limit on the number of users.

Before Timly, we had problems tracking our machines and consumables. Now that our inventory is fully recorded, this works significantly better. After a short acclimatization period, even employees who have trouble with technology can operate the software without any issues. During setup and with general questions, the support was always helpful and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

Some features that are desired for operational reasons do not (yet) exist in Timly. However, alternative solutions have been found in collaboration with support that have come sufficiently close to the desired outcome.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timly helps to increase efficiency in the operation. Both the time management of the employees and the costs for the warehouse are on a pleasing path.

We chose Timly because we were particularly convinced by the simple and intuitive management of the inventory. The handover and return process is smartly solved and fits excellently into our work routine. We would also like to particularly highlight the very good support – fast, competent, and always approachable. Overall, a well-rounded solution that really helps us move forward.

We have not been able to identify any disadvantages as of today.

We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Weingarten and Sandro Aramu. The solution is modern, lightweight, and intuitive. Access via the browser is a clear advantage over a client-based application – this way we can work with Timly independently of location.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

In the first months of use, the UI fundamentally changed. Just as one got used to something, it looked completely different again a few weeks later. However, with this change, the benefit and improvement can be felt, you just have to get used to it briefly. The new UI was continuously improved.

Keep an overview of the existing inventory and digitally confirm the receipt of devices.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

For our company with nearly 70 employees and approximately 2000-3000 assets, Timly is almost perfect. Big praise to the Timly team for a smooth start, quick shipping of QR labels, and consistently fast & friendly communication.

The user interface is clearly and neatly designed, allowing the user to quickly find their way around. We consider the ability to upload photos for individual assets a plus.

It is great fun to label the assets, quickly record them, and thus ensure traceability.

So far, we are satisfied with the functionalities. Currently, we could not find any negative aspects of the software.

Instead of manual, paper-heavy recording of our assets, we use timly as a digital tool.

We now use the software regularly and are really impressed. The user interface is clearly structured and easy to understand – you can find your way around immediately. I would especially like to highlight the fast, friendly, and competent support. The software has made our workday significantly easier.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to simply jump back; instead, you often have to take the detour via the homepage. However, this is really just a small drawback.

Collaborative use of the software, thoughtful ergonomics, the cloud version is a real plus, efficiency and responsiveness of customer support. Quite simple on first use once you understand the logic of the product.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

Nothing, I haven't encountered any major difficulties yet.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timly allows you to know at any time where each item is located, whether it's equipment, vehicles, or IT tools. Additionally, the history allows you to position yourself on the side of the assigned item or the user. This dual traceability results in significant time savings. As for stock management, we are convinced that it will provide a substantial financial gain.

The application of Timly is very user-friendly, clear, understandable, simple, and well-structured. Since using Timly, it is always apparent where which machines, tools, etc. are in use and when they are back in the warehouse = time-saving and efficient.

The team is always striving to find solutions quickly. Adjustments and optimizations are continuously made. We can highly recommend the Timly software.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

Timly is intuitive and simple, both in its daily use and in its implementation and administration. Almost all features can be added or removed as required and adapted to the needs of the organisation. Despite the intuitive operation of the software, which in many cases can even be used without lengthy training, it has features that can map and document complex processes and can be easily connected to other systems via the API.

The speed and quality of support in the event of a problem are also remarkable - many other software manufacturers could take a leaf out of Timly's book.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

None of the few problems we have had so far when using the software are worth documenting here. Although minor bugs occasionally occurred when new features were introduced, these were always fixed extremely quickly and transparently.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timly is the single source of truth for our asset management. It replaces the very expensive, complex asset management module of our ERP system, which was only accessible to a few employees, and countless Excel spreadsheets. Anyone who needs information can now get it directly from Timly without any detours. This saves a lot of time and prevents errors and misunderstandings.

The support is excellent. We introduced Timly in our metal construction business and were closely accompanied from the beginning. We now use the software every day and can also meet the demands of our warehouse organization thanks to the wide variety of functions.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

In my opinion, the user interface could be designed to be a bit more user-friendly. Since we work with fitting packages, it would be helpful if multiple objects could be combined into a single overall object (assembly), and when an assembly is assembled, these sub-items would be directly deducted from the inventory and added to the assembly (faster ordering).

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The value of the warehouse stock could hardly be accurately recorded before; this can now be easily displayed with Timly. Many warehouse items were searched for everywhere. With Timly, it is now clear where they can be found and who is responsible for them.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

Before Timly, we maintained our tools, vehicles, and other inventories with enormous time expenditure in endless Excel spreadsheets, which in the end only the creating employee understood. With these Excel spreadsheets as a basis and a few adjustments to them, the integration of the entire inventory went relatively quickly. We now have the inventory, license assignments, operating and repair costs, or even vehicle consumption in a single tool. With Timly, after the transition, we have saved an enormous amount of time in management, and with over 100 employees, a lot of tools, computer technology, and vehicles come together. Our wishes and suggestions for the developers always find open ears and are implemented if possible, and if that is not possible, alternatives are shown. You get the feeling of being in the same boat when it comes to future features/functions.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

For our MDM and the widely varying user knowledge, it would be easier to also work on mobile devices in an app. Many employees find the web version difficult, probably because they otherwise have little interaction with computers.

Nomatter what you want to put into inventory, with Timly it is possible. As SaaS solution the setup, customisation and also integration was a quick win. Also OKTA integration for SSO, user sync and the go live with a region of countries + different entities, all possible.  The cloud transformation at its best.

You ever waited for customer support and answers from supplieres? I do this all the time, but not with the Timly team. As we use the solution frequently (as main) for IT, business and special cases like security hardware, contracts and also working tools, I personally think there are no limits.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

None explored jet. 

Sure I am waiting for an mobile app but the browser version is fully operational. The team is really transparent and I never have the feeling that the customer is not put in first place. Within the first 6 month we had so many new features implemented, there is no dislike allowed.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaced all other inventory approaches from all departements. With the flexible user role management option you can create for every part separate key users to handle it within the business as needed. The ease of use makes it possible to send QR codes for inventory directly to users and make it possible to include everyone in the implementation. Also service, damage documentation and preventive exchange are all part in this solution. The yearly inventory checks can be routed to dept. or users.

One solution with a great business case and even greater changes that take place.

Efficiency is key - Real-time updates and automated processes eliminated manual errors of our staff and Timly enables us to streamline asset movements (location based, employee based, etc.) We were able to cut inventory management costs by 50% within the first year.

Integration with our existing systems is seamless, saving a lot of time and increasing productivity among the employees. We added a few more modules throughout the last months, since our demand is growing - and Timly can grow with us easily!

Unlike many software programs that are used for stock management and have been cobbled together to perform inventories, you can tell that Timly was built from scratch and designed from the start for inventories. 
Team available and very responsive 
Flexibility in software configuration

There is still a lack of a solution for the return of equipment. A signature solution exists for the delivery of equipment, but not for the return. However, I am convinced that this will be part of future improvements.

We know where the machines are and thanks to the extractions, I can in Excel know the value of the equipment by sector or location.

Not all layout changes are announced in advance.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to control the entire warehousing and inventory process. Deadlines as well as the documentation and history of individual items are easy to create.
It is also easy to create lists of purchased items for accounting purposes via Excelexport.
A really great tool that we have never regretted purchasing.
We connect several departments that can view and use the asset management.
This saves everyone a lot of time and the storage locations can also be assigned and determined easily.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

The programm is very easy to use and is very capable. All features which are added are implemented perfectly and fullfill a purpose. It can be used for many usecases with astonishing reliability

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

It is a software in development so I encountered 1 or 2 bugs. But that is to be expected and the support was fast, friendly and competent

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

timly helped us track what tools we have, when they need to to go to maintenance and where they are located. We now have a list of all our inventory categorized. It was the right tool for this task and has given us the possibility to improve quality and waste less time

Through Timly, we get a complete overview of our items in the company and can easily manage them. By scanning the label, various actions can be performed on the item, such as assignments.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

The product gets regularly new features and functions. It works great and is quite intiutive. The service works really fast and is friendly. We startet with a few items and have over 600 objects at the moment. We love the possibility to document the maintanance which is helpful for ISO 9001 certification.

I don't have anything to complain about.

Everybody can use Timly without installing any software and with any device!

**What do you like best about Timly?**

Which device is used by which employee? And who should receive the device afterwards? With Timly I finally have everything in view. And the system even reminds me which devices have to be returned when I leave. But what really convinced me was the possibility of planning employee training. convenient than with my Excel lists. And here too there is the reminder function. Timly simply saves time.

The pricing structure wasn't entirely clear to me at the beginning.

The software is easy to use for any user type. We can easily get an overview about our devices / equipment and maintenance needs. The roll-out of the software was quite easy and the company provides great customer support.

There were quite a few new features and updates implemented in the software. Minor bugs may appear, but are removed immediately after a few days.

Maintenance overview, create tickets, notify relevant users about tasks, equipment status, etc.

We've been using it for a few months and it helps us so much in tracking our inventory.
It has a very simple yet efficient GUI, that you get familiar with when working every day.
I like that it's cloud based an the team is very responsive to bugs or new features!

Lacks a few features for our own needs, but they took it into consideration and are already working on it :)

We now have a tracking of our items and how oft they are used. It's also great for item maintenance and keeping track of who does what and if it's really done or not!

I've checked a few proper tool tracking solutions and got to test also timly. Looks so solid and absolutly easy to use. Helps our team to keep track of what is happening with our tools and equipment. It has unlimited users so the whole team has access and can profit. I like it.

Nothing worth mentioning yet. It keeps developing a lot, so I am curious if the tool will stay this easy to use. But for now all I can say it, that it just is great.

It helps the whole team better deal with the equipment and keep track of what we have in the company and where we use it. We know about all the tools and on which construction site they're being used. Helps being more efficient and we dont lose money and tools!
