**What do you like best about SKUPREME?**

I love how SKUPREME has significantly saved me time in processing orders, streamlining the entire workflow and enhancing my efficiency. The service provided by SKUPREME is excellent, and I particularly appreciate how easy it is to pick and process orders. The platform ensures that any issues I encounter are resolved promptly, allowing for smooth operations without unnecessary downtimes. Customers also benefit as they receive their shipments in less time, which enhances their satisfaction with our service. Additionally, the initial setup of SKUPREME was pretty straightforward, making the transition seamless. Overall, SKUPREME has positively impacted my order processing tasks, standing out with its efficient and reliable service.

**What do you dislike about SKUPREME?**

I find it would be beneficial if SKUPREME could include a feature to separate different carriers during processing (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx). This would help prevent any mix-ups when palletizing shipments.

**What do you like best about SKUPREME?**

We've been using Skupreme for Lucky Egg, and it's been a game-changer for streamlining our operations — especially with our 3PL team, Bel and Valentina.

Before Skupreme, our workflows between order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment were more manual and prone to delays. Since implementing Skupreme, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in accuracy, visibility, and turnaround times.

What’s made the biggest difference is how seamlessly Skupreme integrates with our systems, allowing Bel and Valentina to manage stock levels, print labels, and fulfill orders efficiently  without the usual back-and-forth. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has significantly reduced the time spent troubleshooting or following up on orders.

We’re really happy with the support as well   any time we’ve had questions, the Skupreme team has been responsive and helpful.

Overall, it’s made a real difference for both our brand and our fulfillment partners. Highly recommend!

The only downside we’ve experienced is that the onboarding took a bit of time to fully customize to our workflows — but once everything was set up, it’s been smooth sailing.

**What do you like best about SKUPREME?**

-Intuitive and easy to use.
-Control over shipping and routing.
-Extremely responsive team that is constantly improving features, frequently in near real-time.
-Easy to onboard and integrate with marketplaces, carriers, and warehouses.
-Eager and fast to add additional integrations.
-They legitimately work towards creating solutions that fit real business needs vs. what they think business needs are.
-Focused on helping to create solutions to lower costs and reduce friction.
-Great Customer Support.
-It was a major trial and error process for the first month or two to get everything dialed in as far as packages when you have a diverse catalogue with a lot of multi-unit and multi-SKU orders. While it was challenging for us, our account provided an excellent use case to create a solution that calculated and optimize routing, packaging, and cost, which is a huge long-term cost savings for us as we continue to scale.

**What do you dislike about SKUPREME?**

-We have multiple brands that are co-mingled under a single entity and we actively cross-sell between the two within our stores and fulfillment. That was a bit outside of their initially platform design, but a real-world problem. However, they have been able to understand the problem and are actively working on a solution to support this functionality.

**What problems is SKUPREME solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Inventory planning (understanding inventory forecasting and ordering lifecycle)
-Shipment creation and reducing friction with our 3PLs when creating Outbound orders to 3rd Party Marketplaces (simplifies logistics and reduces mistakes due to manual efforts)
-Optimized order management in the form of aggregation and routing to different fulfillment sources with the most economical shipping options (cost savings)
-Feels more like a partnership than a SaaS Platform. Having used Shopify, Shipstation, Extensive (Skubana), and Cin7 in the past and looked at dozens of other platforms in the past, this is the first time I have had that feeling. While there have been growing pains at times, it feels like the platform is growing with our business to meet our needs collaboratively and that is a huge difference from other platforms out there.

During our TikTok Shop launch for a new brand, we encountered order routing inconsistencies. Skupreme Support helped identify a marketplace configuration error on our side. **What do you like best about SKUPREME?**

As a global brand managing multiple suppliers and regional warehouses, we struggled with container consolidation and managing complex POs that required us to kit and bundle components from different manufacturers. Skupreme was the only solution we found that could split multiple purchase orders and allocate them across multiple containers while still maintaining traceability.

This capability gave us full visibility into our inbound inventory and streamlined our entire procurement and container management process. Since implementing Skupreme, we’ve also successfully integrated our 3PL network. The platform has allowed us to standardize how goods are allocated to 3PLs and automate our D2C fulfillment workflows.

**What do you dislike about SKUPREME?**

Some of our products require multi-step assembly and work order flows that weren’t available out of the box. However, to be fair, these workflows weren’t natively supported by any platform we evaluated. We initially considered building them ourselves: but Skupreme’s team worked closely with us to create a customized solution that met our needs

SKUPREME has been a fantastic addition to our e-commerce operations. It has significantly streamlined how we manage our product catalog across multiple marketplaces and has provided much-needed clarity in our supply chain. The platform offers a robust set of features that have truly improved our efficiency. We've seen noticeable improvements in inventory management and the automation of purchase orders has saved us valuable time.

Beyond the excellent software itself, the support team at SKUPREME is truly exceptional. In particular, Bel and Valentina have consistently provided outstanding assistance. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile to help us resolve any questions or issues we encounter.

UI has improved significantly lately.  Still needs improvement but they are going on the right way.

Pros:

We primarily use Skupreme as an order management system (OMS), and it has unified our fulfillment network.

We have integrated with our 3 warehouses, as well as FBA/AWD/WFS.

Skupreme is supporting us for EDI integrations.

**What do you dislike about SKUPREME?**

Cons:

Pre-sale functionality wasn’t natively supported at first, which was a bit of a hurdle for us since we run frequent pre-sales. The team noted this is an upcoming feature on the roadmap, and we were able to find a solid workaround in the meantime.

They are great at implementing changes as needed.

**What do you like best about SKUPREME?**

The hands on help with integration, education, and troubleshooting is big for me. I am impressed with the time that was taken by everybody to make sure I understood everything that was happeneing. Bel is there for any issues I am having and I couldn't be happier having her there to help. She answers my questions right away, as well as monitors my account for late shipments, all through Slack.

It took time to iron out the skus after integration but they took care of things for me

We required an inventory management system to efficiently oversee our operations as we frequently faced stock shortages. Upon signing up with SKUPREME, the team, particularly Bel, has been incredibly supportive. Whenever we encountered issues or required additional features, Bel promptly addressed them by raising tickets and resolving them within a few days. We received thorough guidance and regular calls during the system setup process. SKUPREME has delivered a reliable solution that ensures we maintain adequate stock levels of essential items while effectively managing our inventory.

Due to SKUPREME being quite new, there are features that we wish it had to tailor to our needs such as custom invoices.
