What do you like best about SKUPREME?

I love how SKUPREME has significantly saved me time in processing orders, streamlining the entire workflow and enhancing my efficiency. What do you like best about SKUPREME?

We've been using Skupreme for Lucky Egg, and it's been a game-changer for streamlining our operations — especially with our 3PL team, Bel and Valentina.

Before Skupreme, our workflows between order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment were more manual and prone to delays. Since implementing Skupreme, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in accuracy, visibility, and turnaround times.

What’s made the biggest difference is how seamlessly Skupreme integrates with our systems, allowing Bel and Valentina to manage stock levels, print labels, and fulfill orders efficiently without the usual back-and-forth. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has significantly reduced the time spent troubleshooting or following up on orders.

We’re really happy with the support as well any time we’ve had questions, the Skupreme team has been responsive and helpful.

What do you like best about SKUPREME?

-Intuitive and easy to use.

-Control over shipping and routing.

-Extremely responsive team that is constantly improving features, frequently in near real-time.

-Easy to onboard and integrate with marketplaces, carriers, and warehouses.

-Eager and fast to add additional integrations.

-They legitimately work towards creating solutions that fit real business needs vs. what they think business needs are.

-Focused on helping to create solutions to lower costs and reduce friction.

-Great Customer Support.

-It was a major trial and error process for the first month or two to get everything dialed in as far as packages when you have a diverse catalogue with a lot of multi-unit and multi-SKU orders. While it was challenging for us, our account provided an excellent use case to create a solution that calculated and optimize routing, packaging, and cost, which is a huge long-term cost savings for us as we continue to scale. -We have multiple brands that are co-mingled under a single entity and we actively cross-sell between the two within our stores and fulfillment. That was a bit outside of their initially platform design, but a real-world problem. What do you like best about SKUPREME?

As a global brand managing multiple suppliers and regional warehouses, we struggled with container consolidation and managing complex POs that required us to kit and bundle components from different manufacturers. Skupreme was the only solution we found that could split multiple purchase orders and allocate them across multiple containers while still maintaining traceability.

This capability gave us full visibility into our inbound inventory and streamlined our entire procurement and container management process. Since implementing Skupreme, we’ve also successfully integrated our 3PL network. The platform has allowed us to standardize how goods are allocated to 3PLs and automate our D2C fulfillment workflows. Some of our products require multi-step assembly and work order flows that weren’t available out of the box. However, to be fair, these workflows weren’t natively supported by any platform we evaluated. We initially considered building them ourselves: but Skupreme’s team worked closely with us to create a customized solution that met our needs

We primarily use Skupreme as an order management system (OMS), and it has unified our fulfillment network.

We have integrated with our 3 warehouses, as well as FBA/AWD/WFS.

The hands on help with integration, education, and troubleshooting is big for me. I am impressed with the time that was taken by everybody to make sure I understood everything that was happeneing. Bel is there for any issues I am having and I couldn't be happier having her there to help. She answers my questions right away, as well as monitors my account for late shipments, all through Slack.
