NetSuite helps us keep track of sales activity across multiple people and accounts. By keeping customer records, opportunities, and quotes connected, it gives us a shared view of each deal and its progress.

I see lag time when trying to load large lists. For example, list of recent vendors... it takes time for all the options to load, and being web-based if you have a slower connection, it really takes longer than server based.

It’s modern and flows so much better than 300. Paying bills is a breeze, and cutting checks is much easier too—fewer clicks, with a process that finally makes logical sense. The ability to upload an attachment is really helpful because when you search the payable, you can see the backup instantly. I also like that the payable header includes an attractive banner showing how it was paid, when it was paid, and the trace #.

I also like how reconciliations flow. Once you click and “match” an item, you can filter it out so it’s no longer an option. This has saved hours of searching for a single transaction, since you can search by payee, method of payment, or transaction amount.

Reporting was always an issue in Sage 300. Here, you can pretty much create any report you want as long as the dimensions are available. One limitation I have found is that Streamline does not currently include a detailed production scheduling module. For our operation, it would be very valuable to have the ability to sequence production lines and manage detailed scheduling directly within the platform.

I would also like to see stronger functionality around storage capacity constraints. While the platform does a good job supporting supply and inventory planning, having the ability to model warehouse capacity restrictions and storage limitations would help us evaluate scenarios more accurately and make better operational decisions.

Streamline helps us bring demand planning, production planning, and material planning together in one system. Before, we had information spread across different files and tools, making it difficult to have a complete view of the planning process.

Prior to joining SPS Recovery Revenue it took us a lot of time to gather the information necessary to dispute shortages and other deductions. Now all of that information comes in to SPS Recovery automatically. SPS Recovery let's us know if the shortage or deduction they are claiming is more than likely valid or not which allows us to decide what items we want to dispute. They provide graphs that show us what areas we are weak or strong in. It has saved us time and money by having everything available in one location. We weren't using the software efficiently at first because we thought it was going to take care of the deductions automatically but it doesn't. We assigned a couple employees the duties of daily monitoring the customers activity within SPS Recovery software and with the help of the SPS Recovery team we are now up and running and seeing great results. Although in general I am very satisfied with Magaya Supply Chain, I believe there are some aspects that could be improved. For example, on certain occasions the system can become a bit slow if handling large volumes of information or if there are multiple users working at the same time. It would also be useful to have more customization in some reports or dashboards, to better adapt them to the specific needs of the administrative-accounting area. We were really struggling with inventory tracking - specifically, getting visibility into serial numbers on the outbound side with our 3PL. DualEntry has no native CRA-compliant tax templates for Canadian corporate filings, forcing us to export ledgers and manually adjust figures for T2 tax returns. It does not support guaranteed Canada-based data residency, creating PIPEDA compliance risks when storing sensitive client financial records. Native integrations with popular Canadian tax-prep tools are missing, and their support team has limited practical understanding of Canadian tax-code requirements. Since it lacks Entra-ID single sign-on, we manage team access separately. We still manually cross-check outputs to meet CRA reporting and PIPEDA requirements. Compliance-related configuration was a challenge with no built-in Canadian-tax-specific settings, necessitating custom internal workflows for CRA reporting and PIPEDA client-data safeguards.
