As with Demand Planer, the tool is very useful and intuitive. The tools it offers are very comprehensive. I also like the ability to make bulk changes to reports. The substitution rules also work quite well for me, since in the sector I work, there are variations in SKUs from supplier to supplier. Load times for relatively large projects currently affect us when working together with several people. Currently, the project I'm working on can have a maximum of three people working, and this already causes extended work times, as well as the loading of reports.

We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.

Fulcrum provided us with a dedicated onboarding integration specialist who guided us through the setup process. This individual was not only highly knowledgeable about the software, but also flexible and open-minded in helping us align Fulcrum with our aerospace-specific requirements. That willingness to adapt was critical in ensuring that we could maximize the system’s potential from the start.

Fulcrum stands out as a job shop ERP system designed with manufacturers in mind. One of the strengths of the platform is that it allows customers to either build their processes from scratch or migrate data from an existing ERP system. The software itself is robust, intuitive, and comprehensive, covering a wide range of functions needed to run a manufacturing operation efficiently.

While Fulcrum cannot customize every feature for each individual customer, they actively listen to client feedback and often incorporate widely requested changes into future updates. Compared to other ERP systems we’ve used, Fulcrum demonstrates a clear commitment to leveraging new technology and adapting to industry changes.

After the onboarding phase, Fulcrum transitions customers to a dedicated customer service representative. This continuity has been refreshing — it’s much more efficient to have a consistent point of contact rather than working with a different support agent every time. Both the onboarding team and the ongoing support staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Fulcrum has proven to be one of the most forward-thinking and comprehensive ERP platforms we have worked with. However, as with any ERP investment, success depends heavily on the effort put in by the customer. Clean data and thorough employee training are essential. I cannot overstate the importance of working closely with the onboarding specialist to ensure the system is configured correctly and that your team understands how to use its tools to their fullest potential.

Fulcrum has exceeded our expectations as a modern ERP solution for manufacturers. Their commitment to technology, customer input, and professional support make them stand out in a crowded field. What do you like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud?

What I like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how smooth and fast the overall experience feels once you get used to it. The real-time insights and clean Fiori interface make day-to-day usage very efficient, especially since I use the system quite frequently. Implementation was structured and easier than traditional on-prem setups, and the regular automatic updates are a big advantage because we keep getting new features without downtime. Customer support has also been reliable whenever I needed help. I also appreciate that the system integrates well with other SAP products and third-party tools, which makes the entire workflow more connected. What do you dislike about SAP S/4HANA Cloud?

My main dislike about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that even though the system is powerful, the ease of use could still be improved. Some Fiori apps feel unintuitive at first and require extra training. Implementation also takes longer than expected because many processes need to fit into the standard, so customization options are limited. Customer support is helpful but sometimes slow to respond for complex issues. I use the system frequently, and while it offers a wide range of features, a few important ones still feel incomplete or require additional add-ons. Integration with other systems works well overall, but it can become complicated when dealing with non-SAP tools. So the platform is strong, but these areas still have room for improvement. SAP S/4HANA Cloud has been instrumental in addressing the issue of slow and disconnected processes. The automation of many routine tasks has also significantly reduced manual work. The system enables smoother connections between various business areas, which helps prevent errors and enhances overall visibility. Personally, the greatest advantage is having immediate access to reliable data, allowing me to work more efficiently without waiting for lengthy batch processes or multiple approvals. What do you like best about StockIQ?

StockIQ understood the pinpoints from end user in demand planning and Inventory management, It provides handful of raw data in table and summarise dashboard and graphs to help user to explore the trend and spot the outliers in the KPI performance monitoring.

I real like the demand forecasting piece and inventory optimisation piece, this is the key performance indicator for the business to thrive.

Its API connection module serve the purpose of power bi connection for user to simple connect to the SIQ dataset and produce their own power bi reports. this is very friendly to entry level power bi user and make it easy access.

customer support staff will reply inquiry within few hours or a day depends on time zone. they are spot on the solutions and we can quickly implement the changes overnights.

What do you like best about LEAFIO AI Retail Platform?

Managing visual merchandising based on data used to be really hard. Before Leafio, we didn't know how product displays or item placement affected sales. This often resulted in messy shelves. Even when we tried to manually build reports, it took a lot of time and effort to gain any real insights.

Leafio solved these issues incredibly well. There are multiple analytical reports that use real-time sales data, and each one is visual and easy to understand. For example, you can see which products are underperforming, which planograms need attention, and which products will soon be missing from a display.
