Logistics Software

Typically, Logistics is a capability of a variety of other G2 Software categories. See more below to select the

best Logistics Software.

Logistics software helps organizations coordinate complex processes and operations from the point of origin to the point of consumption. Logistics involves managing the flow of information, production, material handling, inventory, transportation and delivery, warehousing, and packaging. An array of software categories can help organizations manage their logistics, with ERP suites, demand planning, fleet management, transportation management, warehouse management, barcode software, and inventory control tools all offering logistics features. Features in these categories help users more efficiently manage large volumes of inventory and coordinate processes across multiple departments and employees. Logistics products are commonly packaged or integrated tightly with erp suites and must correspond with an organization's accounting and finance tools.

“A Modern, User-Friendly ERP That Transformed Our Operations”
What do you like best about Acumatica?

I love how intuitive and easy Acumatica is to use, especially compared to our old DOS-based system. The financial controls and transparency it provides are a game changer—credit holds and pricing controls are now enforced, which was impossible before. Our warehouse has been completely transformed with the bin system and pick-pack path: we now have structure, order, and full visibility into inventory locations. Training new staff is quick and easy, and dashboards keep our sales team motivated. The mobile expense management is also a huge plus for our remote team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

The only aspect I wish we could improve is leveraging the AI-driven forecasting in purchasing. Right now, due to market volatility and limited historical data, we can't fully rely on it yet. Some legacy staff struggled with the increased controls and structure, and the change management was tough for a few people. Otherwise, there are no major complaints—the implementation was the easiest I've ever done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

The credit hold system allows us to control which orders go out for customers who are in arrears. Each month, we gather more data, which helps us gain greater visibility into customer buying habits over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful ERP with Flexibility but a Learning Curve”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is having accounting and financial information centralized in one system. I regularly use it for journal entries, AP, bank activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ability to drill down from a financial report directly to the underlying transactions is particularly helpful when researching variances or supporting balances.

I also find the CSV import functionality and saved searches very useful. They allow us to streamline repetitive processes and automate transaction uploads that would otherwise require significant manual entry. NetSuite is flexible enough to support multiple entities, departments, and classes, which is especially valuable in a more complex accounting environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One of the biggest challenges with NetSuite is that some processes are not very intuitive, particularly when working with financial reporting and CSV imports. Import errors can sometimes be difficult to troubleshoot because the error messages do not always clearly identify the underlying problem.

Financial reporting can also require significant customization to obtain the information in the exact format needed. I would like to see stronger and more user-friendly reporting tools, especially for cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation.

NetSuite is very powerful, but the learning curve can be steep, and relatively simple tasks can sometimes require multiple steps or customized solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

NetSuite helps us centralize accounting and financial information across multiple entities and provides a consistent platform for AP, journal entries, bank activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

One of the biggest benefits for me is the ability to automate processes that would otherwise require significant manual work. For example, CSV imports allow us to upload large volumes of transactions instead of entering them individually, and saved searches help with reconciliations, research, and recurring reporting.

From a financial reporting perspective, having the ability to drill down from financial statements to the underlying transactions also makes it easier to investigate variances, support balances, and complete month-end and quarter-end reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Powerful Tool for Smarter Inventory Decisions”
What do you like best about StockIQ?

What I like best about StockIQ is how it brings together a lot of important inventory insights in one easy-to-use platform. The UI and overall user experience are intuitive, making it simple to navigate reports and quickly find the information I need without feeling overwhelmed.

I also appreciate the integrations because they help connect with Netsuite and create a more seamless workflow. The platform performs reliably, which is especially important when making decisions around inventory, demand planning, and product performance.

From a value perspective, StockIQ provides a strong ROI by saving time, improving visibility, and helping us make smarter decisions that can positively impact sales and inventory management. The onboarding process and support team have also been helpful in getting the most out of the platform and making sure questions are addressed along the way.

What stands out most is the intelligence behind the platform — it helps turn complex data into actionable insights, allowing me to make more informed decisions, anticipate challenges, and better support brand growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

If I had to pick one thing, it would be that there's a bit of a learning curve when you're first getting started because there are so many features and reports. Once you get familiar with it, it's a really powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

StockIQ helps solve the challenge of having inventory, sales, and forecasting data spread across different sources. Instead of spending time pulling reports and trying to piece everything together, I can quickly see what's performing well, identify potential stock issues, and make more informed decisions. As a Brand Manager, that means I can better plan promotions, support product launches, and collaborate with other teams using reliable, data-driven insights rather than guesswork. We are currently adding AI to make accounts payable more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

I dislike that we cannot leave certain dimensions open after periods close. I also do not like that once something is created at the entity level, admin cannot make it available at the top level. That seems like something easy for admin to handle. But multiple times it has caused difficulties when something (vendor, user, program, etc) is created at the entity rather than the top level. What I like best about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery is the visibility and organization it brings to deductions and chargebacks. It helps streamline the review process, keeps everything centralized, and makes it much easier to identify discrepancies and recover missed revenue. The platform also saves our team a significant amount of time compared to managing claims manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery?

There is also a learning curve when navigating the reporting and deduction details initially. However, once the system is understood, it becomes a valuable tool for managing recovery workflows more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?

SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery helps us manage and recover retailer deductions more efficiently by centralizing claims, documentation, and communication in one place. It improves visibility into shortages, chargebacks, and compliance-related deductions, which helps ensure valid claims are recovered and discrepancies are identified more quickly. This has reduced manual tracking, improved organization, and saved our team significant time when reviewing and disputing deductions. “One Platform for End-to-End Planning”
What do you like best about Streamline?

What I like most about Streamline is how it brings all of our planning activities into one platform. It gives us clear visibility into demand, supply, inventory, and forecasting, which helps the team make quicker, better-informed decisions.

Before Streamline, we depended on multiple Excel files and a lot of manual data consolidation. Since adopting Streamline, collaboration across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Materials Planning has improved, and we spend far less time just preparing and reconciling data.

Its forecasting capabilities, inventory analysis, and scenario planning tools have been particularly valuable for supporting our S&OP process, helping us spot risks and opportunities earlier and respond more proactively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streamline?

One limitation I have found is that Streamline does not currently include a detailed production scheduling module. For our operation, it would be very valuable to have the ability to sequence production lines and manage detailed scheduling directly within the platform.

I would also like to see stronger functionality around storage capacity constraints. While the platform does a good job supporting supply and inventory planning, having the ability to model warehouse capacity restrictions and storage limitations would help us evaluate scenarios more accurately and make better operational decisions.

These additions would make the platform even more complete for end-to-end supply chain planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamline helps us bring demand planning, production planning, and material planning together in one system. Before, we had information spread across different files and tools, making it difficult to have a complete view of the planning process.

Having everything in one platform gives us better visibility across the supply chain and allows us to make decisions faster. It also improves alignment between teams because everyone is working with the same data and assumptions.

The biggest benefit for us has been having a single source of truth for planning, reducing manual work, improving collaboration, and allowing the team to focus more on analysis and decision-making rather than consolidating information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Experience using Magaya Supply Chain”
What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?

Magaya Supply Chain has exceeded my expectations. I love the ease with which daily tasks can be performed and how quickly key information can be accessed within the system. Its interface is intuitive and easy to use, which makes the learning curve minimal. I use Magaya every day from the administrative-accounting area and it has truly optimized our processes.

Additionally, its implementation was swift and hassle-free, and the support team has always responded quickly and efficiently whenever I needed assistance. I also highlight its excellent integration capability with other systems.

Without a doubt, it is a tool I would confidently recommend to any company looking to improve its logistics management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?

Although in general I am very satisfied with Magaya Supply Chain, I believe there are some aspects that could be improved. For example, on certain occasions the system can become a bit slow if handling large volumes of information or if there are multiple users working at the same time. It would also be useful to have more customization in some reports or dashboards, to better adapt them to the specific needs of the administrative-accounting area. However, these details do not significantly affect the overall experience, as the system remains efficient and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Magaya Supply Chain solves problems such as the lack of real-time visibility and inefficiency in manual processes. It has benefited me by facilitating quick access to key information, automating administrative tasks, and improving accounting control. Thanks to this, we save time, reduce errors, and work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Modern, Intuitive ERP with Standout AI (Aura) and Close Management”
What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet is a modern ERP with an intuitive interface that genuinely puts customers in the driver's seat. The AI capabilities are where it stands out, specially Aura, which handles the routine work like bank reconciliation, accruals, and flux analysis automatically. The close management tools are also a real differentiator: there's a built-in checklist, automated reconciliations, and prepaid expense tracking that used to require manual effort. The integrations with our existing tech stack were straightforward to set up, and the pace at which the platform keeps improving has been noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

Rillet is clearly built for the modern finance stack, and it does that very well. If you're in GovCon and need a DCAA-approved accounting system, that's a specific niche it isn't yet designed for, which is worth knowing if you're in that space. For everything else, it covers the bases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rillet has completely transformed what my team spends time on. What used to be data entry and manual reconciliation is now handled automatically, which has freed up real capacity to focus on more advanced, higher-value work. The AI takes care of the prep, which means we're spending our time reviewing and making decisions rather than building from scratch every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One Stock Visibility with a Feedback-Driven, Responsive Stok.ly Team”
What do you like best about Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI?

What I like most is having everything in one place. We can see stock across all our locations and manage purchasing, transfers, and warehouse operations without having to jump between different systems or spreadsheets.

I also really appreciate how open the Stok.ly team is to feedback. We’ve suggested improvements and raised issues along the way, and they genuinely listen and try to understand how we use the system day to day, rather than just giving a standard support response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI?

Some parts of Stok.ly can feel a bit overcomplicated, and they take longer to learn than they probably need to. There are also a few workflows where small tweaks could save a lot of clicks and make day-to-day tasks much quicker.

We’ve come across a few bugs too, especially during the initial setup. On the plus side, the team is responsive when we raise issues and is willing to look at ways to improve the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Stok.ly solves for us is keeping control of stock across multiple stores and our warehouse. Previously, a lot of this relied on spreadsheets, separate systems, and a fair amount of manual work.

Now we have a single place to see what stock we have, where it is, what’s selling, and what needs ordering or moving between locations. It’s made purchasing, transfers, and day-to-day stock management much easier and, most importantly, it gives us better information to base decisions on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud)?

One thing I don't like about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it can take some time to learn, especially if you're new to the SAP ecosystem. “Xorosoft: A True ERP Partner with Powerful, Flexible Reporting”
What do you like best about XoroERP?

Xorosoft is our source of truth for order processing, inventory, and accounting. What stands out most is the partnership - we're in a super growth phase and they consistently take the time to listen, scope our integration plans with thoughtful questions, and make sure we're 100% satisfied with the result. The reporting is the other big win - we can slice and dice data however we need. The value is also real - compared to the bigger ERP companies, Xorosoft offers a lot for what you pay. They're flexible, they listen, and they grow alongside us. That's rare in an ERP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XoroERP?

A few minor things. It's best on desktop - we've found it tough to maneuver on iPad and haven't even attempted phone yet, so if your team works on the go, that's something to know upfront. The reporting is plentiful, but there's a learning curve to figure out which reports actually serve your business best. And like most ERPs, learning which fields work for your workflow takes some trial and error - though there are plenty of custom field options to get you where you need to go.go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were really struggling with inventory tracking - specifically, getting visibility into serial numbers on the outbound side with our 3PL. We shared the struggle with Xorosoft and they scoped and built out a solution with us. Now we have real systems in place to track inventory out in the world, which means we can service our customers faster and with more accuracy. As we scale, that kind of visibility is everything. “Exciting, Intuitive MRP Platform with Fast UI, Great Integrations, and High-Touch Support”
What do you like best about Digit?

Digit is the most exciting MRP platform on the market today. The software feels built from the ground up, and I believe it’s going to be genuinely disruptive to the ERP/MRP ecosystem. They’re building things the right way from the start and moving incredibly quickly.

Their team is very high-touch, responsive, and level-headed. They actively improve the product and deploy new features to meet customer needs, and they’ve created a number of new integrations that help strengthen our overall software stack.

The platform is easy to use and requires minimal training because it’s intuitive, which is rare for this kind of software. We’re also impressed by how fast and responsive the interface is. And compared to the thousands others require, the price is hard to beat.

They have been early to integrating AI and we've been able to use Claude to easily ask questions about our data and gain insights quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digit?

Digit is a newer entry to the space. It may not have the same depth that some other dinosaur platforms have, but they are constantly adding features and we haven't run into a situation where we couldn't do what we needed to with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Automates Bookkeeping, But Needs GoBD Compliance”
What do you like best about DualEntry?

I value DualEntry's reliable OCR and smart reconciliation logic. While handling month-end work for our manufacturing client, it quickly reads incoming supplier invoices and aligns them with the corresponding bank transactions, which reduces repetitive manual data entry for our junior accounting team. It's great that DualEntry eases our heavy month-end workload, especially with its OCR and automated reconciliation that cuts down hours our junior accountants previously spent manually matching invoices against bank statements. This is a significant time-saving feature as we previously spent multiple workdays clearing transaction discrepancies for our industrial customer. Additionally, creating accounts and linking bank feeds was quick, with our junior accountants completing the basic platform setup within one working day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DualEntry?

I find that DualEntry lacks native GoBD-compliant immutable audit trails, which creates real risk for our client assignments. Edited journal entries do not leave a complete, timestamp-tracked change history. It also cannot export data in standard DATEV formats required for German tax submissions. Our staff has to manually log every adjustment and replicate datasets inside our compliant ERP system, which adds repetitive overhead and opens up human error risks. Without pre-built GoBD templates or DATEV-aligned settings, we spent extra time building internal checklists and designing manual export workflows, which was burdensome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DualEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use DualEntry to ease our month-end workload for manufacturing clients by utilizing AI-driven bank reconciliation and invoice OCR, which speeds up bookkeeping and reduces manual data entry, but it requires manual validation for GoBD compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP Integrated Business Planning?

I like best about SAP Integrated Business Planning is how it helped us bring forecasting, operational planning, and cross-team coordination into a much more centralized and data-driven workflow. Before using the platform, planning activities across operations, finance, supply coordination, and project management were happening through disconnected spreadsheets, manual reporting, and separate forecasting processes, which created delays and visibility gaps as our fintech and healthtech-related operations scaled.

One practical use case for us was aligning operational planning with resource allocation and demand forecasting across multiple ongoing projects and support environments. We were managing fluctuating operational workloads, deployment timelines, support requirements, and internal resource planning, and SAP IBP gave us much better visibility into how those moving parts were connected.

What stood out immediately was the real-time planning visibility. Different teams could collaborate around shared planning data instead of maintaining separate versions of reports and forecasts. That reduced a lot of back-and-forth coordination and improved decision-making speed, especially during periods where operational priorities changed quickly.

We also found the scenario planning and forecasting capabilities extremely useful. For example, we could model operational demand changes, resource constraints, and project-impact scenarios much more effectively compared to traditional spreadsheet-driven planning. That became particularly valuable for managing scaling requirements and operational forecasting across distributed teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Integrated Business Planning?

One thing we found challenging with SAP Integrated Business Planning was the complexity involved in configuring and adapting the platform to our actual operational planning workflows. Since we were using it across multiple fintech and healthtech-related operational environments involving forecasting, resource planning, project coordination, and reporting, aligning all the planning models and dependencies required a significant amount of initial setup and SAP expertise.

For example, during implementation, mapping operational data from different teams into a unified planning structure took more effort than expected. Different departments had their own planning methods, reporting formats, and forecasting logic, so standardizing those workflows inside the platform became a fairly large internal project on its own.

We also felt that the user experience could be more intuitive for non-technical planning and operations teams. While the platform is very powerful from an enterprise planning perspective, new users often needed dedicated onboarding before becoming comfortable with dashboards, planning views, forecasting workflows, and scenario modeling. What problems is SAP Integrated Business Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP Integrated Business Planning helped us solve a major problem around fragmented planning and forecasting across different operational teams. Before implementing the platform, resource planning, operational forecasting, project coordination, and reporting were being managed through disconnected spreadsheets, manual updates, and separate planning workflows across finance, operations, and management teams. As our fintech and healthtech-related operations expanded, maintaining alignment between teams became increasingly difficult.

One practical challenge we faced was managing operational demand forecasting alongside resource allocation and project execution. Different teams often worked with separate planning assumptions, which created visibility gaps, delays in decision-making, and inefficient resource utilization during high-growth or rapidly changing operational periods.

We started using SAP Integrated Business Planning to centralize forecasting, scenario planning, operational planning, and cross-functional collaboration into a single environment. One particularly valuable use case for us was coordinating operational workload forecasting with staffing, deployment planning, and support capacity management across multiple ongoing projects. What do you dislike about TallyPrime?

We use Tally Prime on a cloud server. The main problem is that when we pass an entry, the cursor disappears in the narration box. Because of this, editing the narration becomes very hard and wastes a lot of time daily. If the data is saved on the server, you cannot work during server maintenance.
