Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but the process of migrating from our old system was complex, especially consolidating customers from multiple databases. Integrating new acquisitions and handling multi-currency, multi-tenant setups required extra effort and some creative workarounds, but Acumatica’s flexibility helped us address these challenges. Scalability and flexibility are the biggest strengths for us. Because of features like attributes, we’ve been able to design the underlying data structure so it can live in both big and small buckets, depending on what we need. One of the harder things at my job is when we put a job into Miter we have to wait until the next morning before it will show up in our other system. There is not much I dislike about Netsuite, so far. It has been working great since we got it. Learning it has taken a little bit. What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet is obviously set up to be one of the ERP's of the future. It's out-of-the-box AI capabilities are impressive. Chat can be used to update the GL, make changes to customer records, and pull reports including SaaS reports that would have had to have been done manually in excel before. It has a slick interface and is improving design on a regular basis. It integrates with everything that we use (Salesforce, Rippling, Ramp, etc). What I like most about Sage Intacct is how effectively it brings together financial control and scalability with perfect UI for teams across the world without being feeling overly rigid with reasonable pricing and return on investment, while the support team is also tremendous and readily available.

A few standout areas:

Dimensional accounting

This is probably the biggest differentiator. Instead of creating endless GL accounts, you can analyze transactions by dimensions like entity, department, project, customer, location, or employee. Reporting becomes dramatically cleaner and more flexible.

Strong multi-entity and consolidation capabilities

Intercompany accounting, currency handling, and entity-level reporting are much smoother compared to many mid-market ERPs. For growing international businesses, this is a huge unlock.

Reporting flexibility

Custom dashboards and real-time financial visibility are excellent. Finance teams can move closer to decision support rather than just transaction processing.

Open ecosystem and integrations

It integrates well with tools like Salesforce, payroll systems, expense platforms, and BI tools including Power BI and other FP&A tools. That makes it powerful for building finance automation stacks.

Cloud-native architecture

No heavy on-prem maintenance drama. Updates are smoother, accessibility is better, and remote finance operations become easier.

Audit trail and controls

The system maintains strong auditability and role-based controls, which is valuable from both governance and compliance perspectives. What I dislike most about Sage Intacct is that sometimes it feels like an incredibly powerful finance engine wrapped inside workflows that still require too many clicks, workarounds, and consulting hours.

Heavy reliance on add-ons and consultants

Many advanced workflows, custom reporting needs, or operational capabilities require additional modules, partner support, or paid consulting. Costs can snowball faster than expected.

Some workflows feel unnecessarily rigid

Editing transactions, handling approvals, bank reconciliations, and intercompany processes can sometimes involve too many steps or reversals. Users frequently mention friction in day-to-day operational accounting.

The thing I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is its incredible processing power and how it centralizes everything. In my daily work at the customer service department, I need to jump between customer profiles, order history, and real-time stock levels. The system handles these massive data sets instantly, which is vital when a customer is waiting on the phone.

I also appreciate the integration capabilities; the fact that it connects our e-commerce platform with the physical warehouse logistics means the information I see is always up-to-date. Compared to older ERP systems, the web-based Fiori interface (which we use through our internal tool) is much more intuitive, allowing for faster navigation through different 'tiles' or modules without losing track of the main task. The main downside is the steep learning curve during the Onboarding phase. Because the system is incredibly vast and handles complex global data, it can be overwhelming for new team members in the customer service hub to master every module. The initial training requires a significant time investment.

Additionally, from a Pricing/ROI perspective, while the software is powerful, it requires a very stable and high-speed internet connection to maintain peak Performance. During high-traffic events like Black Friday, we sometimes experience slight latency in cloud synchronization between the warehouse and our front-end interface. The primary problem SAP S/4HANA Cloud solves for us is data fragmentation across our global retail operations. Before, tracking a complex customer journey—from an online order to a store return in a different country—was manual and prone to errors. Now, it centralizes everything in one source of truth.

The main benefit is the drastic reduction in our 'Average Handling Time' (AHT). I can instantly verify stock availability in real-time and process refunds or replacements with confidence that the financial and inventory data is accurate. It has transformed our customer service from being reactive to proactive, as we can identify shipping bottlenecks before the customer even calls us. What do you like best about DualEntry?

What I like most about DualEntry is how much smoother it makes my workflow. I used to spend way too much time double-checking entries between different systems, but now everything stays perfectly in sync. The interface is clean and easy to understand, so I don’t feel overwhelmed trying to find what I need. I also like that it’s fast. What do you dislike about DualEntry?

DualEntry helps us keep our project and financial records consistent between different systems. Before using it, we had to manually enter the same data in multiple places, which often led to errors or missing information. What do you like best about Digit?

“Netstock Streamlined Our Purchasing and Order Creation”
What do you like best about Netstock?

I am in purchasing and it has made me more efficient in all of my tasks. We have a dozen vendors and over 30k SKUs (mostly inactive) but still a lot to manage. Prior to Netstock I used Excel and this was unworkable. Netstock now creates my orders for me and with the correct setup, review is minimal. We use a hub and spoke model and have 6 spoke DCs that we distribute product to so I also use the "Order from distribution center" function to create my transfers. Overall, Netstock has allowed me to manage more of the business than would have been possible before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netstock?

Setup can be difficult if your business is complicated. I would say it's the biggest hurdle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LeanDNA provides leadership with an excellent dashboard that offers clear insight into what buyers are purchasing. It also enables my production team to communicate directly with buyers from the shop floor.
