What do you like best about Acumatica?

We’ve had a largely positive experience with Acumatica. The platform is reasonably priced, especially given the breadth of functionality it offers. It’s also highly customizable and scalable, which has allowed it to fit the specific needs of our industry and continue to adapt as our organization grows.

A major advantage for our team has been how well Acumatica integrates with Excel and Velixo. Being able to import and export data easily, build reports, and work within a familiar Excel environment has made our financial reporting and analysis much more efficient.

We’ve also found the support team to be responsive and helpful, which matters a lot when implementing new workflows or refining existing ones in a system as robust as an ERP.

What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like most about NetSuite is that it brings everything together in one place. Rather than juggling separate tools for accounting, inventory, CRM, and reporting, it all runs within a single system. That makes day-to-day work smoother and saves a lot of time.

Another standout for me is the real-time visibility. I can quickly check financials, track orders, or review performance without having to wait for reports to be generated, which makes it easier to make faster, more informed decisions.

I also appreciate how customizable it is. As business needs change, you can adjust workflows, dashboards, and reports without having to switch to a completely different system. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One thing I don’t like about NetSuite is that it can feel pretty complex, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always very intuitive, so it takes a while to get comfortable and really understand how everything works.

Another drawback is the cost. For smaller businesses, it can be quite expensive—not only the subscription, but also the implementation and customization. It’s simply not always the most budget-friendly option.

I’ve also found that some customizations and reports can be tricky to set up without technical help. At times you need external support or a specialist, which can slow progress and make changes take longer than expected.

One of the biggest problems NetSuite solves for me is reporting and overall data visibility. Before, pulling reports was time-consuming, and the information I needed was often scattered across different systems or buried in spreadsheets. Because of that, it was difficult to get a clear, real-time view of how the business was performing.

With NetSuite, reporting feels much more streamlined. I can generate real-time reports whenever I need them, without having to wait on someone else or manually compile data from multiple places. The dashboards are especially useful because they provide a quick snapshot of key metrics all in one place.

It also makes customization easier. I can tailor reports to specific requirements, which helps me get more meaningful insights rather than just generic data. This has improved decision-making, since I can rely on information that’s accurate and up to date.

I like how Magaya Supply Chain streamlines processes, especially in the documentation part. It helps me be aware of the volume I have in my warehouse and produce documentation easily; I just have to input data, and it does it all for me. It saves me a bunch of time, particularly making formats for AWBs or BLs, which would be a hassle otherwise. For my warehouse management, I can just create a report, and it tells me how many packages I have—it's pretty straightforward. Sometimes, I feel that the system does not automate certain things in the way a system would probably do. Things like printing a document or labels require too many clicks which requires some more time investment. It is manageable but could be better. We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.

Fulcrum provided us with a dedicated onboarding integration specialist who guided us through the setup process. This individual was not only highly knowledgeable about the software, but also flexible and open-minded in helping us align Fulcrum with our aerospace-specific requirements. That willingness to adapt was critical in ensuring that we could maximize the system’s potential from the start.

Fulcrum stands out as a job shop ERP system designed with manufacturers in mind. One of the strengths of the platform is that it allows customers to either build their processes from scratch or migrate data from an existing ERP system. The software itself is robust, intuitive, and comprehensive, covering a wide range of functions needed to run a manufacturing operation efficiently.

While Fulcrum cannot customize every feature for each individual customer, they actively listen to client feedback and often incorporate widely requested changes into future updates. Compared to other ERP systems we’ve used, Fulcrum demonstrates a clear commitment to leveraging new technology and adapting to industry changes.

After the onboarding phase, Fulcrum transitions customers to a dedicated customer service representative. This continuity has been refreshing — it’s much more efficient to have a consistent point of contact rather than working with a different support agent every time. Both the onboarding team and the ongoing support staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Fulcrum has proven to be one of the most forward-thinking and comprehensive ERP platforms we have worked with. However, as with any ERP investment, success depends heavily on the effort put in by the customer. Clean data and thorough employee training are essential. I cannot overstate the importance of working closely with the onboarding specialist to ensure the system is configured correctly and that your team understands how to use its tools to their fullest potential.

Fulcrum has exceeded our expectations as a modern ERP solution for manufacturers. Their commitment to technology, customer input, and professional support make them stand out in a crowded field. We are in Sage InTacct on a daily bases using the Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Reporting features. I love the interactive reporting that gives me real time results if I get my information in there. With the API tools we are easily able to get transactions transferred from our policy processing platform to InTacct. We worked with a 3rd party consultant to get the API tools even more refined to get the transactions in there exactly how we wanted them. Sage InTacct is a little large for all our uses. I adopted this system from my predecessor and I was not really trained in the full functionality of the tool. What do you like best about StockIQ?

We began implementing SIQ in 2020 to replace the manual, Excel-based forecasting we had been using previously. The SIQ team handled the integration with our ERP system (EPICOR). Since adopting SIQ, our team has gained much greater insight into stock levels, stock movement, forecasts, and more. The alert features are also very useful, as they allow us to focus on exceptions rather than trying to keep an eye on every product. The SIQ team is incredibly knowledgeable and has provided excellent training. They are also continually evolving the software, so it’s always exciting to see new features and explore how we can use them. What do you dislike about StockIQ?

Our data wasn’t in the best condition, so implementation took longer than we expected. Especially early on (as with any software like this), you really have to pay close attention to the outputs it’s producing. We had a few wildly wrong order suggestions, which came down to our poor data rather than SIQs system, so it’s important to have your team in place to spot issues quickly and address the underlying data. If there are data issues or refresh issues, it can sometimes be a little hard to diagnose the issue within SIQ - having said that, whenever we have had issues, the support team have been great with resolving it.

The release notes and guides are very useful with each release, but the training videos in the Help centre aren’t always updated to reflect the changes that come in. It would be great to see this fleshed out a bit more and kept up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Historically our forecasting was Excel-based, so trying to forecast for products was very slow and - at times - very inaccurate. It was also very difficult to see trends of our products, product groups etc. SIQ has helped us massively in both these areas, and is used every day by our team. I have yet to find something I dislike or that Customer Support hasn't been able to explain. If I find it, I feel strongly they will make it right. What problems is Striven solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are making us more efficient. We needed CRM and they are working with us to make that easy and efficient. The Project Management aspect of Striven is comprehensive and perfect for our needs. What do you like best about TallyPrime?

I like the interlinked modules in TallyPrime because I don't need to make changes at 10 different places. I change things at one place, and it gets reflected everywhere. The reports are easily generated, and because all modules talk to each other, once data is entered, it automatically updates across inventory, accounting, taxation, and banking. What do you dislike about TallyPrime?

While TallyPrime is strong on core accounting, certain workflows like advanced analytics, forecasting and collaboration feel limited. Customization sometimes requires external support and UI navigation could be more intuitive for new users. Also, reporting could be more dynamic and visual. Enhanced integrations with banking and third-party tools would also add value. The basics were easy to configure and use, but a bit of guidance was needed for tax and reporting settings. Inventory and payroll setup also requires some in-depth understanding. I will give a rating of 6 because I feel workflows and setups can be a bit easy. Also, UI UX can be better.
