In addition, there are knowledgeable, proactive representatives to help. In fact, every single person is helpful and great to work with. The upside to using SP is the time it saves our AR department in disputing and tracking chargebacks, with auto-dispute it's a breeze. Processes that used to take up a lot of manpower during the week now take a few minutes a day. Right now a member of our team has to remember to put system invoices into a Sharepoint folder. It seems a little inefficient. I find I can sort the information down to a manageable level with relative ease. **What do you dislike about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery?** It seems like there is a fair amount of repetition when working on disputes. Then Walmart does not always look at the things submitted to them.
