PandaDoc has a lot of great features, but the one feature that I feel it is missing is the ability to schedule a document to be sent out on a specific date and time. Not easy at all. We had a lot of training and there were meetings between PandaDoc and our managers to fix a few issues. Honestly, we are still learning even after almost a year. I wish there was a way to do bulk contracts. For example - when we send out contracts to the coaches... the contracts are exactly the same except the name of the coach and the team they are coaching. What I Don’t Like

It can feel a bit heavy or slow with very large files.

Some advanced features are hidden behind menus or require a subscription.

Occasionally struggles with complex formatting when converting PDFs.

Solves the hassle of dealing with PDFs, which can be tricky to edit, combine, or share properly. Instead of printing, scanning, or manually retyping documents, I can quickly edit text, merge multiple files, or extract pages. The OCR feature helps me turn scanned documents into searchable, editable text, saving a lot of time. Recently excited with AI Assistance for researching with PDF, and the Acrobat Studio looks promising.

I wish we could specify the webhook endpoint in the API request to create the document. Right now, we can use only one static endpoint URL for all events and all documents. DocuSeal is an eSigning solution that can integrate with other software. Their clean API, webhooks, and embedding features allowed us to add template design and eSigning features to our CRM software. One thing that I dislike about Foxit PDF Editor is when add new printer to the computer, setting won't find the software instantly, I need to manually add the software. Things that is fixed and solved after Foxit PDF Editor is quick auto-save to Google Drive for every edits that I make, it has solve issue with sudden computer shut-down and my work isn't saved yet, thankfully the system have save the check-point for me automatically. As for dislikes, there’s nothing notable so far. Everything has worked as expected and the product does exactly what I need it to do.

There are a couple features that were previously in the free version that need to be added back in. Customized email content to the signers is one of the big ones. I am able to send my clients my documents and contracts to sign easily and I am able to convert the documents for in person signature easily as well. The platform gives my clients options to print and sign, as well as change who is signing the document (if needed). These are settings that I am able to decide if I want available.
