What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat is a very dependable tool for handling professional work. As a gynecologist, I use it daily to organize patient reports, prescriptions, and case histories at my hospital. It helps me keep all medical documents in one place, which saves a lot of time during consultations. I also use it as a medical teacher to prepare and share study materials, mark research articles, and make notes for my students. It’s smooth, fast, and connects well with other software, making it easy to manage both clinical and teaching tasks.

However, for small edits or quick form filling, it sometimes feels a bit too detailed and time-consuming. There are many tools and options, which can be slightly overwhelming when I just need to do something simple. It would be great if there was a lighter, more straightforward version for basic tasks. Still, I find it very useful for complex and important work, it’s reliable, secure, and helps me stay organized in both my hospital and teaching routine. Adobe Acrobat is good but sometimes feels heavy and complicated for small edits. It’s not very simple for quick tasks. That means less time wrestling with software and more time actually moving work forward.

What do you like best about BoldSign?

I use BoldSign for onboarding new therapists, and I like how it reduces the friction involved in emailing PDFs. The ease of adding fields to complete, from simple text fields for more in-depth forms to signature lines, is great. I find the role-switching feature helpful during the field configuration process. The ability to create templates has reduced my personal workload, which is always a plus. I appreciate being able to add a Google Doc directly into BoldSign and make it fillable. Also, BoldSign offers more options on the free plan, and the pricing upgrades are more reasonable than on DocuSign. What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I did upgrade to a paid plan, thinking that it was going to allow me to use the bulk templates signing link, and was disappointed when I realized that it was the NEXT tier up from the one I had just purchased that allowed for bulk template signing. I would say that being more clear on the limitations of each tier that you can upgrade to would be helpful, as I do not think it was very clear to me that I was not going to be able to use the bulk signing link with the plan I paid for; otherwise, I don't think I would have paid for it. What do you like best about Yoti Sign?

Firstly I would like to say how excellent James Lancaster was throughout the entire process, he gave a clear and concise demonstration and answered all questions we had. My entire sales team and I were very impressed with the Yoti Sign tool as well as James. We moved away from DocuSign for various reasons but the main reason was that Yoti Sign offer real value for money, switching over will save us a huge amount each year plus the aftercare has been exceptional. What do you like best about GetAccept?

I really appreciate how GetAccept helped us organize our content and create a more structured sales process. The ability to set up action plans, use templates, and track analytics in the deal room has been a game changer. The integration with HubSpot is easy to use, and I like the visibility into customer engagement. The editor for contracts, the ability to pull data with merge tags, and the overall smoothness of sending contracts from the deal room are standout features. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

One area for improvement is the chat feature, which we rarely use because our customers prefer Slack. A native Slack integration for chat would be fantastic. Also, while the AI content feature was useful, I’m not sure it’s worth paying for at this stage since we have a secure ChatGPT environment. The lack of a native chorus integration for meeting notes means we still have to copy and paste, which could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a very technical sales cycle, which means a lot of requirements often need to be proven out with a wide range of stakeholders. Keeping all the necessary documentation and communication centralized in GetAccept has been a huge benefit to our sales process and helps us stay aligned throughout the cycle.
