I would make sure that you take time to understand everything that app has to offer because you don't want to have to learn it later. I am resolving the having to go and print the document and that have faxes come in now we can just have someone sign it over the internet and it makes it so much smoother. It would be nice to have a text only option for forms if someone doesn't have an email but has a cell phone. Unless someone has an email, you can't access the text function solely. You have to have both. I don't have any other complaints with the system. Also, when it was InsureSign, it was easier to explain to clients. Under the new name that is now changing again, it's a bit wordy. InsureSign was easier to comprehend, FormStackSign needs a littler more explanation with clients so they know to expect that email, in case it goes to the SPAM folder. It's increased productivity with getting things signed from clients. It's more efficient and faster for processing purposes. I noticed that clients respond quicker to the eSign function then they did with fax, email, or regular mail. It also is more efficient if we need signed endorsements for carriers since it comes back in a digital format; we can easily send it to the carrier for processing at a faster rate then we had in the past. When our products lists update, sometimes Lightico can be a day or two behind compared to our current device portfolio, but this is rare and quickly rectified. The process for resetting and managing passwords could be more user friendly as, to date, all password management for lightico at our workplace is done through a manager with admin control and we cannot reset it ourselves. Lightico has provided a much needed boost to compliance with legal statements for orders, and has provided our customers with greater clarity when they order/ make payments with us. I also have more peace of mind; in addition to using Sertifi for my contracts, I use it to have my potential clients who are coming in for a consult training session sign my liability waiver. This way, they have ample time to review and sign my liability waiver beforehand and don't feel rushed doing so at the beginning of our session, and since it's an e-signature (vs. pen/paper), I feel more legally protected. Finally, as previously mentioned, I get my contract signed quickly and, therefore, get paid more quickly (and since it's all electronic and there's no paper, my records are way more organized).
