The main challenge that I faced while using Foxit pdf editor was understanding it's complex user interface because the software has lots of editing features and if you want to use each and every feature you will have to learn about them. SignWell allows me to send out forms to be completed by multiple recipients without having to chase them down for a signature. I can customize what is needed for each form and select specific people using the template and batch function. When I used it for my consulting business, it made get contracts signed extremely easy and didn't cost me an enormous amount for each document. I am able to send my clients my documents and contracts to sign easily and I am able to convert the documents for in person signature easily as well. The platform gives my clients options to print and sign, as well as change who is signing the document (if needed). These are settings that I am able to decide if I want available. We have encountered a few issues with the SF integration regarding outgoing forms getting stuck in the draft status. There is an effective workaround, but it's caused us to spend a lot of time troubleshooting and we have had one or two problems when we didn't notice this occurred. Nothing too crazy though. The base platform is good, but it could be better for an international retailer. The reporting dashboards included in the ERP for contract status is quite basic and doesn't provide enough depth to do complex financial analysis such as forecast your lease liabilities under different accounting standards (ie, IFRS16) or understand your spend commitments by region/category. For this, we usually export the AI-extracted data to another BI tool. Also managing contracts in multiple languages (we operate throughout Europe and Asia) is manageable, but the AI's analysis power is much stronger for English language documents.
