What I like best is how intuitive and easy the platform is to use. The interface is clean, and creating, editing, and sending documents is quick with very little learning curve.

What I like best is it fits well into our workflow and helps automate document creation. Zapier also gives us additional flexibility for custom automations. It is also a native HubSpot integration, although we aren't currently using it as it was added after we operationally set up

What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is that I can use it for almost every serious PDF task without thinking too much about the format. I'm usually working with contracts, client files, forms and comments, so it helps that the interface is familiar and the result is predictable. Files open correctly, comments are easy to track, and sharing documents with clients or partners is simple. It also works well with the Adobe account and cloud tools, which is useful when I switch between devices. Performance is not always perfect with large files, but for daily work it is stable enough. The price is not low, but for business documents I still see the value. It’s the best open-source tool I’ve used for both personal and business needs. It’s straightforward to set up and easy to use, and it integrates well with a variety of applications.
