I did upgrade to a paid plan, thinking that it was going to allow me to use the bulk templates signing link, and was disappointed when I realized that it was the NEXT tier up from the one I had just purchased that allowed for bulk template signing. I would say that being more clear on the limitations of each tier that you can upgrade to would be helpful, as I do not think it was very clear to me that I was not going to be able to use the bulk signing link with the plan I paid for; otherwise, I don't think I would have paid for it. One area for improvement is the chat feature, which we rarely use because our customers prefer Slack. A native Slack integration for chat would be fantastic. Also, while the AI content feature was useful, I’m not sure it’s worth paying for at this stage since we have a secure ChatGPT environment.
