Signeasy could improve by expanding the free version, since right now there are restrictions on the number of documents you can sign without upgrading to a paid plan. I have been using Signeasy since 2014 primarily for signing contracts and other documents, and it has become one of my favorite apps. I found it very easy to set up, whether on an app or my desktop computer, thanks to its user-friendly interface. I tried what felt like every e-signature tool out there before finally landing on Signeasy. It actually is easy — sending docs, customizing templates, and even setting up integrations (I use Hubspot) took way less time than I expected. Signeasy is one of the easiest way to get signature from client. Working from the office or from home makes our life easier by sending a document to a client to get their signature and move on with our work without waiting days to get our document sign. Based on my positive experience with SignEasy, it’s tough to pinpoint something I truly dislike, as the service, onboarding, and ongoing use have been excellent. If I had to choose, I’d say the inability to back up all saved contracts at once is a minor inconvenience. Having to email each contract individually for backup feels time-consuming, especially for someone managing a high volume of documents.
