What do you like best about Signeasy?

Makes it very easy to streamline getting contract signatures from out of state customers and keeps our team moving forward on our projects. It was very easy to get started and easy to teach other people in our office how to use it. I use it probably 10 times per week and it keeps my job moving forward. Signeasy could improve by expanding the free version, since right now there are restrictions on the number of documents you can sign without upgrading to a paid plan. What do you like best about Signeasy?

I have been using Signeasy since 2014 primarily for signing contracts and other documents, and it has become one of my favorite apps. I found it very easy to set up, whether on an app or my desktop computer, thanks to its user-friendly interface. Signeasy has been incredibly beneficial in my role as a general manager, where I need to sign documents regularly. The app significantly streamlines my workflow, allowing me to perform digital signatures quickly without the need to download, sign, rescan, save, and send documents manually. This efficiency is something I value greatly, as it enables me to handle tasks faster by either emailing or texting the necessary documents. Over the years, my satisfaction with Signeasy has been high enough that I recommend it to others, and I wouldn't want to switch to another signing application. I appreciate its seamless integration with tools like email services, Outlook, or Gmail, although I am not using any additional software directly in conjunction. "Perfect name, perfect product"

What do you like best about Signeasy?

I tried what felt like every e-signature tool out there before finally landing on Signeasy. It actually is easy — sending docs, customizing templates, and even setting up integrations (I use Hubspot) took way less time than I expected. The thing which i like most about sign easy is that how it makes signing and sending documents feels effortless. "Signeasy almost too easy"

Signeasy is one of the easiest way to get signature from client. Working from the office or from home makes our life easier by sending a document to a client to get their signature and move on with our work without waiting days to get our document sign. Based on my positive experience with SignEasy, it’s tough to pinpoint something I truly dislike, as the service, onboarding, and ongoing use have been excellent. If I had to choose, I’d say the inability to back up all saved contracts at once is a minor inconvenience. Having to email each contract individually for backup feels time-consuming, especially for someone managing a high volume of documents.
