Besides it is really easy to use. **What do you dislike about CINCEL?** I would only say that people do not know CINCEL enough yet, so some people have asked me what it is when I send to them some documents to sign. But I do not really see any downside. **Recommendations to others considering CINCEL:** At first I thought that some other solutions were enough, but I would suggest to take a look into the compliance aspect of the solution and you will realize there is no player who complies (some are even famous). Give it a try mainly if you are serious about compliance. **What problems is CINCEL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now I am being able to be out of office and literally solve any legal or institutional issue with banks, suppliers, creditors, customers and with counterparts of daily operations. I practice triathlon as well, and the training hours are demanding, so I spend a lot of time on the bike, swimming or trail running, with no time wasted in paper work. The greatest thing is that I am using it not only for trivial affairs, but in high stakes cases in which I would otherwise have to be at the office (printing, signing and sending, or the worst case, traveling to attend in-person meetings with investors, colleagues, government agencies, etc) ### 16. It gets rid of all the unnecessary features: you just sign and that's it, your document is valid. I consider this to be one of the most important assets of CINCEL: usability, because in Latinamerica, CINCEL biggest market, adoption of this kind of technologies is pretty low and slow, and some companies and individuals such as myself want to make our legal process and paperwork more efficient, so it being easy makes it for a better argument to convince others to sign digitally with us, instead of it being via paper. **What do you dislike about CINCEL?** Not much of notice; though a UI/UX revamp would make this solution a more appealing sell against its biggest competitors. Nevertheless, the UI/UX is actually great as it is. **Recommendations to others considering CINCEL:** It is very simple: every digital signature software offers some kind of free trial or free documents to sign. And because it's a really simple-to-use solution it is very easy to convince my clients to use it. At the end of the day, business owners can not make digital agreements with other businesses that are afraid of using the technology, meaning that there is an important job that the first ones have to make in order to convince the latter so they can efficient both their workflows. In seconds I obtain my certificates of the documents that were signed to comply with the law of Mexico (NOM151). I can also integrate CINCEL with my applications to offer automation with my clients. It allows me to sign the documents with the autograph signature or with the e.firma of the SAT, so you have the best of both worlds. Since every document to be signed has a different relevance in terms of legal or operational compliance. **What do you dislike about CINCEL?** A massive signature is missing, but the CINCEL team tells me that it is in development.
