Easy to use!!! I have multiple templates, I can send e-signature requests via text if needed. I can have multiple users. It is easy to set up. Customer support has been great! I use this platform almost daily! I would recommend this platform to anyone needing e-sign capabilities. I have not yet integrated it but will be soon and it looks like that will be simple enough. False services advertised and poor customer support.

Really disappointed with the service that I have received from bold sign. I chose the growth plan for our business based upon the fact that Google integration was offered. However when I tried to implement this I was asked to upgrade to the business plan.

The customer service is shocking. I have a clear screen shot saying that Google integration is offered on the growth plan, however when I contacted customer services they said that Google integration only means that you can upload a document from a Google drive. I use BoldSign for e-signing of all business documents that require a signature. It makes collecting signatures easy and keeps track of which parties have and haven't signed, which is super helpful for follow-ups. I love that it's low-priced yet has all the features I need, like allowing me to add my company brand to e-signing requests, tracking the status of all signature requests, sending automated notifications for status changes, and storing e-signed documents. These features make it valuable for small businesses like mine. Setup was also very easy. I've already recommended BoldSign to two of my clients, and they are using it as their e-signing tool. BoldSign is a great solution for our non-profit association. The price is way more reasonable than other platforms, but it has excellent features like templates, security, etc. It also has thoughtful, small features that make life easier: I love how it remembers contacts I've used in the past so I don't always have to copy and paste an email. I researched and tested ~ 25 eSign solutions before deciding to go with BoldSign. We are still in the early adoption phases, but so far, I’m very pleased with how it’s going. The support during the testing process and after signing up has been great. I have asked some very detailed questions and received just as detailed answers with solutions in return.

Some of the features I was looking for that BoldSign offers:

-Ability to name Template roles, easily prefill forms and change field properties before sending

-Ability to clone Templates and clone signed forms if changes need to be made so you don’t have to start from scratch (forms have to be re-signed with the changes, but that is to be expected)

-Ability to remove signer roles from templates so you don’t have to create multiple templates for the same form for a different number of signers

-Not able to organize templates into folders

Templates are functional, but some users report the UI for managing multiple templates could be improved like when are trying add an page existing page to a template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently used BoldSign for the first time to distribute and collect signatures on a government-mandated document (the Statement of Aged Care Rights) from over 2,500 clients. Given the age and demographic of our client base, which includes a high proportion of seniors, we were initially cautious about using e-signature technology. However, BoldSign proved to be simple, effective, and user-friendly for both our team and our clients.

The platform allowed us to meet government legislation requirements efficiently and continue providing services without interruption. Clients were able to review and sign documents quickly and easily, and the overall response rate was better than expected.

From an administrative perspective, the bulk send feature made the process manageable, and tracking was straightforward. We would certainly use BoldSign again for future signature collection needs.

Suggested Improvements:

A search-by-name function within the bulk send tracking would make it easier to locate individual client responses.

The ability to filter or sort bulk send items would improve workflow, especially when managing large volumes.

It would be helpful if emails could be sent from a generic organisation name, rather than the name of the individual user account.
