I use BoldSign for onboarding new therapists, and I like how it reduces the friction involved in emailing PDFs. The ease of adding fields to complete, from simple text fields for more in-depth forms to signature lines, is great. I find the role-switching feature helpful during the field configuration process. The ability to create templates has reduced my personal workload, which is always a plus. I appreciate being able to add a Google Doc directly into BoldSign and make it fillable. Also, BoldSign offers more options on the free plan, and the pricing upgrades are more reasonable than on DocuSign. I found the initial setup extremely easy, and I mainly use the Google Drive integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did upgrade to a paid plan, thinking that it was going to allow me to use the bulk templates signing link, and was disappointed when I realized that it was the NEXT tier up from the one I had just purchased that allowed for bulk template signing. I would say that being more clear on the limitations of each tier that you can upgrade to would be helpful, as I do not think it was very clear to me that I was not going to be able to use the bulk signing link with the plan I paid for; otherwise, I don't think I would have paid for it. Either that, or make the bulk signing link available to all paid tiers as that seems like a pretty basic upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
