The customisation time can be quite long. In our organisation, it took about two weeks for all employees to be able to use INHUBBER company-wide.

It was a very quick start with Inhubber. The software has great features and although I don't use most of them, I don't feel they are unnecessary. The AI helps to get things done quickly. Electronic signatures are easy to use and Inhubber offers both basic and QES signatures.

The software is easy to customise and intuitive, there have been no problems in the last two years.

I mainly use it to sign contracts with commercial customers. Recently, however, I have also started to appreciate the AI functions such as analysing contracts. The more you use the platform's functions, the more time you save.

Our customers like it and that is the most important factor for me to give this review here.

Signing contracts with international clients and then managing these contracts takes a lot of time and is not my main activity. Inhubber helps me save the time that is usually wasted on contract management.

INHUBBER is the essential contract management tool for our business. It helps us stop worrying about negotiating and signing and get back to doing business. The platform is the fastest, most secure and reliable way to track, execute and sign any type of contract. Plus, with the ability to digitally sign Excel, Zip or any other file, INHUBBER replaces several other software systems.

**What do you dislike about Inhubber?**

My biggest criticism was not of Inhubber, but of the fact that, for some time, we have allowed employees to choose how they deal with contracts.

**What problems is Inhubber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even though it integrates with your SharePoint, we are gradually switching to managing contracts exclusively from Inhubber. It is simply more effective to spend a few minutes every now and then checking the dashboard than to have a dedicated contract manager who sends email reminders.  It boosts our productivity by freeing up time to work instead of wasting it on contracts.

**What do you like best about Inhubber?**

Inhubber is cloud-based, which incredibly aids in the accessibility of the documents and information, while security is very well integrated into every step of document management. Thanks to audit logs, we can identify the actions of individual users in great detail. The electronic signature function for signing zip files and the data rooms save tons of time on repetitive but necessary tasks.

**What do you dislike about Inhubber?**

Nothing. It's ideal for what we do. After a false start with a much more complex contract management tool, we switched to Inhubber for the intuitiveness and service. Well done Inhubber team! that I'm even worried about requesting additional features to keep the platform simple for the majority of users.

**What problems is Inhubber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inhubber helped us build a consolidated contract archive with access rights and targeted deadline and obligation management. Before inhubber, contracts were kept in filing cabinets and individual drives. Well, now it doesn't even occur to us to save a document as a pdf outside of CLM because we can't run AI over it. We now have an easily accessible repository for all contract documents, which we also open flexibly to our larger customers so that they have more process transparency. Digital Signature has really replaced Docusign for price reasons, but now we actually use Inhubber to send complex data for approvals. For example, signing a CAD file was previously not possible.

At first, it felt uncomfortable to switch from good old paper to digital contract management.

Inhubber keeps my mind clear of worrying about missing out on contract opportunities. Most importantly, it keeps me from overlooking important deadlines. Everyone who should have access to documents gets it, whether they're in the office or working on the road.  We no longer have to wait for approvals and can stay in close contact with customers about their internal approvals.

**What do you like best about Inhubber?**

The biggest advantage is faster approval processes, we get signatures in the shortest possible time. It requires no IT administration, so there is no need to wait for someone to fix some problem, Inhubber simply works. And security and protection from hackers is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Inhubber?**

Some people may complain about the security measures, but in my opinion it is much worse to have documents in the hands of hackers than to have two-factor authentication for accounts with higher security standards.

**What problems is Inhubber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two years ago, we needed to give access to a large number of home office employees, so we needed a secure cloud-based solution. Inhubber came with audit trails, a useful dashboard and AI for automated contract management.

"It was easy to set up and train over 50 employees to use it. The entire process took less than a month, and the Inhubber team was incredibly helpful.  Document migration was also quick thanks to bulk uploads and AI support.

In my opinion, the best, fastest and reliable way to manage and sign contracts. It offers almost immediate ROI. Saved in man hours alone as you often don't even have to read to find important contract data, the data is on the dashboard or can be mined with AI. Access rights set out in detail so that only authorised personnel can access documents. Digital signatures are part of the package.

I wish I had some suggestions to make the site better, but honestly I don't think INHUBBER needs my advice as the site seems to work perfectly!

Paper-based contract management often made digital signatures impossible for our organisation. And such paper-based work costs time and money. We need a well-structured and secure repository where data is easily accessible, and that is what Inhubber provides.

With Inhubber we have a highly secure document repository. All contracts are easily accessible to employees from their home offices.  There is no need for filing cabinets and no waste of valuable office space. Documents are scanned directly into the system. AI and OCR help to structure and categorise information and Inhubber makes this information available in one place.

I think the biggest strength is the simplicity and efficiency of the platform.  It's full of automation and features that reduce the complexity of contract management. The AI alone saves hours of tedious manual work.

After the anxiety of teaching a large team new software, inhubber has proven to be a simple and versatile swiss army knife that can solve any contract management problem quickly and easily.

Initially, we expected Inhubber to provide more or less standard contract management features to store contracts in a single place and give the extensive team access to centralized contract information. Inhubber was a Swiss Army knife for solving any contract management problem. The alone feature of signing dozens of documents with Excel attachments saves us a lot of time. The dashboard helps us control all the data and generate high-quality reports.

Contracts are easily scanned and archived. If you have access rights, you can access the contract and data from anywhere in the world. The fact that contracts can be accessed easily and securely improves compliance a lot. In general, not using Excel for contract management saves a lot of time and hassle.

Nothing, it helped us a lot during the Corona period and still does a good job now.

It saves us from making mistakes when dealing with contracts. With inhubber there is a clear, and easy to follow, structure on how to deal with contracts. This way, all employees also know where they stand and what needs to be done. Digital signing greatly improves our communication with the client during negotiations. Contracts are simply signed faster and we can start working immediately without having to wait for approvals.

Nothing. We're very happy with Inhubber, its contract management and digital signature features.

The platform is easy to use. The staff and the way they engage our team have been nice. We were able to quickly integrate Inhubber into the team of over 20 people in less than two weeks with no friction.  The support was very helpful during the onboarding process and has not been needed since. Inhubber allows us to aggregate and manage contracts and, more recently, entire legal documents for different departments. Employees who were never involved in process quality have started to pay attention to contract compliance.

I like that Inhubber delivers on its promises. It gives secure access to our documents from anywhere, helps manage and organise contracts, and presents information on contract content on a dashboard. This way we have all contractual matters under control and can react quickly and effectively to upcoming events.

Currently there is nothing negative to report, the software delivers what it promises.

We record every incoming contract on Inhubber. The platform helps us set important milestones and takes on the task of reminding us when something important is coming up. Contracts are quite rigid in terms of tasks and deadlines. Inhubber ensures that we can count on meeting them. It helps with strategic and day-to-day planning by providing a general overview and well-structured data.

Contracts are often seen as a necessary evil by many employees, and Inhubber guides users to work with contracts in a well structured way. It saves me a lot of work.

**What problems is Inhubber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Inhubber to prepare data for analysis and forecasting. It would be a huge waste of time to do research manually or by asking other employees for information. With Inhubber, I can prepare reports by simply downloading an excel file. The central repository and digital signature are really a key to ensuring that all data is always prepared for analysis.
