For our requirements Yoti Sign delivered exactly the same functionality as the market leaders but for a fraction of the cost. The staff at Yoti Sign have been helpful and accommodating all the way through. They ask for recommendations for system improvements and communicate with us on a regular basis regarding the latest improvements being deployed. **What problems is Yoti Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously there was no e-signing solution in place which meant all contracts and agreements had to be sent out via the traditional postal method. This resulted in a reliance on postal timelines and the requirement for the recipient to action and return in a timeline that suited them. The business identified the need to implement a E-Signing solution to reduce the turnaround time, and to allow us to have the opportunity to closer control the return process. After reviewing Yoti Sign versus the competition in the market place Yoti Sign won hands down for our needs. Currently we do not receive the KPI's in a format that is 100% suitable to our needs but Yoti Sign are working to develop this for us. However via the internal KPI monitoring processes we have seen a 75% reduction in turnaround time for one area that needs a customer signature. ### 3. The pricing structure was easy to understand, the testing of it during the trial period worked flawlessly, and when I raised a slight concern over the acceptance of the use of a hyphen in double-barrelled surnames they were on to it in a flash. **What do you dislike about Yoti Sign?** I don't dislike anything about the product. It does exactly what it needs to do for my business. **Recommendations to others considering Yoti Sign:** Speak to them, ask your questions, test their knowledge, accept the trial period, use it, test it, and then make your decision. **What problems is Yoti Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed immediate authorisation from my clients to start work on their cases and these clients are from the British military. They serve all over the world and I needed instant signatures authorising specific work. The whole process from sending the client the document through the Yoti Portal to receiving the signed document back was as short as 3 minutes. That was exactly what I needed. ### 8. The process of signing employment contracts has been streamlined which has saved time, money in printing costs and created environmental efficiencies as well. Having evaluated DocuSign we found the cryptographic setup too complex, time consuming, and difficult to maintain. YotiSign's presales team did a fantastic job of walking us through implementation using their API. We can roll out secure, VERIFIED document e-signing as part of our solutions. It is so easy to do we can demo in-place for prospective clients. Being part of the Yoti family gives us unparalleled capabilities to integrate other, related security features, and that gives us a competitive edge. **What problems is Yoti Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an app developer, we're using the Yoti Sign API to add secure, verified document-signing workflows to our clients' products and services. You can set reminders for the recipient ensuring it is signed within timescales. So very glad I responded to the reach out email that Tom from Yoti sent me. We have variable content contracts which we can now simply upload and send for signature. With so much remote working at the moment, it is making life considerably easier for both our own staff and for our customers. Not everyone has printers/scanners while they work from home or direct access to authorised signatories. The facility to automatically send reminders as an interval of your own choice is great and saves admin follow up time. Even after lock-down we will continue to offer this to customers as an option. After a quick demonstration by Tom (our contact at Yoti) we decided to go ahead straight away and were all set up later the same day. We sent out our first contract the next business day which was returned back to us signed within 5 minutes. It meant we were able to complete an urgent order in record time. Excellent customer service all round from Yoti. Excellent product. Great pricing. I get the feeling that this company is genuinely about 'giving the best possible service for the customer' which is an ethos that is important to everyone in our company as well. **What do you dislike about Yoti Sign?** Nothing. I don't think there are any downsides for us. **Recommendations to others considering Yoti Sign:** For anyone looking for a quick implementation, easy to use solution to getting contracts signed - Yoti is a very cost effective and straight forward service. Highly recommended. At the moment, only the signed in user sending the contract gets to see what happens, so a generic log in may be of value to you, especially in these days of remote working.
