What do you like best about Yoti Sign?

Firstly I would like to say how excellent James Lancaster was throughout the entire process, he gave a clear and concise demonstration and answered all questions we had. My entire sales team and I were very impressed with the Yoti Sign tool as well as James. We moved away from DocuSign for various reasons but the main reason was that Yoti Sign offer real value for money, switching over will save us a huge amount each year plus the aftercare has been exceptional. Recommendations to others considering Yoti Sign:

Definitely worth while exploring Yoti Sign against the competition. For our requirements Yoti Sign delivered exactly the same functionality as the market leaders but for a fraction of the cost.

The staff at Yoti Sign have been helpful and accommodating all the way through. They ask for recommendations for system improvements and communicate with us on a regular basis regarding the latest improvements being deployed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yoti Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously there was no e-signing solution in place which meant all contracts and agreements had to be sent out via the traditional postal method. This resulted in a reliance on postal timelines and the requirement for the recipient to action and return in a timeline that suited them.

The business identified the need to implement a E-Signing solution to reduce the turnaround time, and to allow us to have the opportunity to closer control the return process.

After reviewing Yoti Sign versus the competition in the market place Yoti Sign won hands down for our needs.

Currently we do not receive the KPI's in a format that is 100% suitable to our needs but Yoti Sign are working to develop this for us. However via the internal KPI monitoring processes we have seen a 75% reduction in turnaround time for one area that needs a customer signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yoti Sign?

Simple to use and reliable. We moved our team over to Yotisign at the start of the pandemic for document signing and it increased the speed of contracts signing at least 5x. My company looked at just about every signing solution on the market, and Yoti we hand down the best, clear guidance on set up from their rep James Lancaster, with a couple of dummy runs the system worked and has been working a treat, it like second nature now as part of our workflow. From the initial enquiry to signing the contract I received easy to understand, waffle-free, honest, and candid advice about what this product will do. The pricing structure was easy to understand, the testing of it during the trial period worked flawlessly, and when I raised a slight concern over the acceptance of the use of a hyphen in double-barrelled surnames they were on to it in a flash. What problems is Yoti Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed immediate authorisation from my clients to start work on their cases and these clients are from the British military. They serve all over the world and I needed instant signatures authorising specific work. The whole process from sending the client the document through the Yoti Portal to receiving the signed document back was as short as 3 minutes. That was exactly what I needed. Using Yoti Sign has made my role much easier. The process of signing employment contracts has been streamlined which has saved time, money in printing costs and created environmental efficiencies as well. As an ISV/integrator, we're primarily interested in meeting the needs of our clients, and doing it as efficiently as possible. Having evaluated DocuSign we found the cryptographic setup too complex, time consuming, and difficult to maintain. YotiSign's presales team did a fantastic job of walking us through implementation using their API. We can roll out secure, VERIFIED document e-signing as part of our solutions. It is so easy to do we can demo in-place for prospective clients. As an app developer, we're using the Yoti Sign API to add secure, verified document-signing workflows to our clients' products and services. The straightforward but feature-complete API allows us to quickly build out these capabilities from Xamarin apps, Python portals, and elsewhere.
