Blog Software

Typically, Blog is a capability of a variety of other G2 Software categories. See more below to select the

best Blog Software.

Many personal and professional blogs are created and tracked through website developers that perform the back-end processes of website development so users can build sites from easy-to-follow templates. Blogs fall into the G2 categories Web Content Management (WCM) and Website Builders. They ensure those without extensive development knowledge can have a space in the world wide web without learning complex code or HTML. Some of these tools can integrate with ecommerce platforms to enable users to turn their blog or website into an online store. Many are free at the base but offer users the opportunity to pay for a more in-depth subscription, purchase a domain name or gain access to more themes and templates. Website builders and WCM platforms can also offer analytics and search engine optimization (SEO) tracking features to help users understand their audience demographic. This, in turn, helps users make informed decisions that can foster online growth.

IS
“Clean, Structured Content Management Built for Real World Use”
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist and also manage a clinic, where a big part of my work involves creating educational content for patients. This includes writing diet guidance, explaining health topics in a simple way, and preparing material that patients can read and understand after consultations. HubSpot Content Hub fits very naturally into this type of work.

What I like most about Content Hub is how easy it makes content creation and organization. Writing blog posts, editing content, and structuring information feels smooth and intuitive. I do not have to struggle with technical steps, which allows me to focus more on the actual content and patient education.

The setup process is straightforward. Creating a blog, adding content, images, and making edits does not require extra configuration or technical support. This is helpful when managing clinic work alongside content creation, as time is always limited.

One feature I find especially useful is the built-in AI chat support. Most of the time, when I have questions about editing, layout, or content options, the AI support helps me quickly without needing to search outside or contact someone separately. It feels well-built and reliable for day-to-day guidance.

I use Content Hub whenever there is a need to create or update educational material. It is not about publishing content every day, but using it when there is a real requirement for structured and clear information. This flexible usage fits well with my professional workflow.

The platform offers a good range of features without feeling overwhelming. Tools for writing, formatting, adding images, and organizing posts are all in one place. I can use only what I need and ignore the rest, which keeps the experience clean and focused.

Integration with other HubSpot tools is another strong point. Since everything works within the same ecosystem, managing content feels connected rather than scattered across different platforms. This makes long term content management easier.

Overall, HubSpot Content Hub works as a reliable and professional tool for creating educational and clinic-related content. It supports clear communication, saves time, and helps maintain consistency in the information shared with patients. For someone working in healthcare education and clinic management, it adds real value to daily work rather than feeling like an extra tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

There is no major issue, but initially the interface can take some time to get used to because there are many options available. For someone mainly focused on writing educational or clinic-related content, a few features may feel unnecessary at first.

At times, simple actions involve multiple steps, which can slightly slow down the workflow during busy hours. However, this improves once you become more familiar with the platform.

Overall, these are minor points and do not affect the quality or usefulness of Content Hub for regular content work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot Content Hub helps solve the common problem of managing educational and informational content in a structured way. In my work as a Dietician and Nutritionist managing a clinic, a lot of information is shared repeatedly with patients, such as diet guidance, lifestyle advice, and health explanations. Without a proper system, this content often remains scattered across documents, notes, or different tools. Content Hub brings everything into one organized platform.

One major problem it solves is inconsistency in communication. When information is shared verbally or through different formats, the message can vary each time. Content Hub allows me to create clear, written content that stays consistent. This helps ensure that patients receive the same guidance every time, whether they read it immediately or later.

Another challenge in daily work is time. Creating structured content from scratch again and again is time-consuming. Content Hub reduces this effort by providing a clean editor, easy formatting, and a clear workflow. This allows me to focus more on the quality of the content rather than worrying about layout or technical details.

It also helps solve the issue of clarity for patients. Many patients prefer simple written guidance that they can revisit. Content Hub makes it easy to present information in a readable and organized manner, which improves understanding and reduces confusion. This directly supports better patient education without adding extra workload.

For clinic-related work, flexibility is important. Content Hub allows content to be created, updated, and refined as needed. If a diet recommendation changes or needs clarification, it can be updated easily. This makes content management more practical and reliable over time.

Another benefit is the built-in support system. The AI chat support and guidance available within the platform help resolve most questions quickly. This reduces dependency on external help and keeps the workflow uninterrupted, which is very helpful during busy workdays.

Overall, HubSpot Content Hub solves the problem of scattered information, inconsistent messaging, and time-consuming content creation. It benefits me by making educational content more organized, easier to manage, and more effective for patient communication. Instead of feeling like a marketing tool, it works well as a practical content management solution that supports real professional and educational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Incredibly easy to get your website up and running with both the product and Morphic team. They managed the entire process for me and I also had the aiblity to make updates on my own. What do you like best about FlexiFunnels?

I really like the FlexiFunnels AI builder. It's built to create designs better than a human designer and even handles the copywriting. The fast hosting provided by FlexiFunnels is a big plus, as my pages load in less than thirty seconds. It's incredibly efficient; I can build and edit pages in less than ten minutes. The initial setup is too easy—I think even a 10-year-old could do it! Integration with Razorpay, PayPal, and Stripe is working fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FlexiFunnels?

I think they have to include some improvements in the AI bot. It would be helpful if we could take a screenshot of any part and upload it on the building page to make specific changes. “Duda Makes Team Collaboration and Website Updates Fast and Effortless”
What do you like best about Duda?

As the VP Customers at Joyned, I’ve been using Duda to help manage and maintain customer-facing websites, and it has made collaboration between teams much smoother.

One of the things I appreciate most about Duda is how easy the platform is to work with, even for people who don’t come from a technical background. The UI feels clean and modern, and the editor is intuitive enough that our team can make updates quickly without relying heavily on developers. Performance has also been very solid—pages load fast, mobile responsiveness works well out of the box, and overall site stability has been reliable. We’ve also had a good experience connecting it with tools we already use for analytics and marketing. The AI-assisted features are a nice addition too, especially for helping speed up content setup and reducing repetitive tasks during onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

The pricing can feel a little expensive for smaller-scale projects, and some advanced customization options require a bit more learning than expected. While the current integrations cover most common needs, there are still a few specialized tools I’d love to see supported more directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Duda, website updates and collaboration between teams were more time-consuming and harder to manage consistently. With everything centralized in one platform, onboarding new projects has become smoother and maintaining existing sites is far more efficient. It has helped reduce turnaround times, improved internal collaboration, and made it easier to deliver a better overall experience for customers. Support has also been responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance, which adds confidence when working on active client projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Photoshop-Like Design Control Backed by Awesome Webflow Tutorials”
What do you like best about Webflow?

I like to describe Webflow to people like a Photoshop for website design. You have a lot of visual tools to help you refine the look and style of your website, but there can be quite a learning curve.

With that being said, one of my favorite things about Webflow is their awesome tutorials and videos to help get you started on different aspects of their platform. Those are SUPER helpful and engaging.

Webflow gives me all of the control I need to really dial in the look of the site I'm building. This is great when you don't want your website to look the same as every other site in your industry.

There are also a lot of ways to connect with other services inside of Webflow which makes automating certain tasks and connecting with other platforms really fluid.

They are also contantly evolving and including new tools. While I used to use Chat GPT to help me with some of the code and animation aspects of Webflow, they've recently come out with some of their own AI tools which I'm exctied to try.

While the cost may be a bit higher than other website platforms, I've found it to be a good value for the amount of control and innovative tools you have access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

Webflow is super powerful and can do a lot of things, but with great power sometimes comes great complexity. Sometimes it can be easy to get lost in what you're doing with certain triggers or actions.

While I love the ability to connect to other services fairly easily, sometimes I feel like Webflow relies on these connections too heavily, leaving some of the functionality a little lacking. Contact forms for instance, work 'fine' by default in Webflow, but I feel like you'd want to connect to another service to get the most out of your web forms.

I've also found the performance to be fairly good. I opted in to receive texts when different aspects of Webflow are experiencing issues, and while I appreciate the communication and transparency, it does seem to have issues more often than other platforms I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webflow does a great job combining some advanced coding and web programming techniques (like animations and triggers) into a well designed tool that just feels right as a designer. I'm a programmer and designer and I to me Webflow marries those two things together beautifully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Versatile and User-Friendly, Yet Needs Enhanced Navigation”
What do you like best about Hygraph?

I really like Hygraph because it allows us to create and structure blogs visually with all the necessary elements like headings and subheadings, making them look good. I also like the capability to upload various image types such as webp, PNG, JPEG, GIF, webp, and mp4 files, which keeps the photos crisp and doesn't take up too much space, solving an issue we've had with large image sizes. It's great that I can see every single image, go back to the beginning, and access everything I've uploaded, which is key for managing content on our website. Another thing I appreciate is the ease of navigation in Hygraph, even though I encounter some clicking when finding specific images. It's also pretty cost-effective and allows multiple users to have access, not just one person, which is something I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hygraph?

I really, really would wish there was a key function for sorting by last modified or last uploaded in the content section. Right now, it's just a left arrow and a right arrow, and you have to keep on clicking through, which I don't like at all. Another thing is when editing a blog. It shows it as being published on the same date that you edited it, even if the original post date was earlier. I wish there was an option to display both the creation and last edited dates, and it would be useful if you could turn this feature on and off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hygraph solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Hygraph to create and structure our blogs visually with headings and images. It's convenient for uploading various image types like PNG and JPEG, making my content creation seamless. “Seamless Google Workspace Integration for Studying, Writing, and Collaboration”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

As an undergraduate science student, Google Workspace is my daily lifeline. What I like best is the seamless integration between Drive, Docs, and Sheets. I rely heavily on Google Drive to securely store all my large wave optics and mechanics PDFs, along with high-res scanned copies of my professional sketches. Google Docs is incredibly versatile—I use it not only for drafting complex university assignments but also for typing out my original poetry and shayari before campus literary events. Furthermore, Google Sheets makes tracking my entrance exam preparation and organizing statistical data analysis incredibly organized. The real-time collaboration feature is an absolute lifesaver when my classmates and I are working on joint physics presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

While Google Workspace is generally excellent, there are a few minor drawbacks. Formatting complex mathematical and physics equations in Google Docs can sometimes feel tedious and limited compared to dedicated LaTeX editors. Additionally, the standard free storage limit fills up rather quickly when you are constantly uploading high-resolution scanned images of professional sketches alongside heavy academic PDFs. Lastly, the offline mode for Docs can occasionally be a bit clunky and laggy before it syncs back to the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary problem Google Workspace solves for me is digital fragmentation and data security. Previously, my academic materials (heavy physics notes, statistical datasets) and my creative work (original shayari drafts, scanned professional sketches) were scattered across various offline folders and devices, making them hard to manage and risking data loss. Now, everything is safely centralized in the cloud. It allows me to seamlessly transition from studying for my IIT-JAM exams on my laptop to typing out a sudden poetry idea on my phone. Additionally, it has completely eliminated the headache of version control when collaborating with my university peers on joint assignments, as we can now all edit a single file in real-time without emailing multiple drafts back and forth. “Adobe Experience Manager Makes Content and Digital Asset Management Easy”
What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?

I started using Adobe Experience Manager a few months ago while exploring different Adobe tools, and my experience has been positive so far. One thing I found useful is how it helps manage website content and digital assets in a more organized and professional way. In the beginning it took some time to understand the workflow, but after learning the basics, updating content and managing pages became much easier. I also liked that it supports better collaboration for teams working on content and digital projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?

Since I started using Adobe Experience Manager a few months ago as a learner, one thing I found difficult was that the platform can feel complex for beginners at first. Some features, workflows, and setup steps take time to understand properly, especially for users who are new to content management systems. Because of this learning curve, I was not able to continue using it regularly for some time. I think Adobe could improve the beginner experience by adding simpler tutorials, guided walkthroughs, and more beginner-friendly documentation. This would make it easier for new users and buyers to adopt the platform faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

I started using Adobe Experience Manager again a few months ago after trying it a few years back, and I noticed that adobe has improved many things compared to before. The platform now feels more advanced and useful for managing website content, digital assets, and workflows in one place. Earlier, handling and organizing content across different platforms could feel confusing and time consuming, but AEm helps make the process more structured and efficient. As a beginner, the main challenge for me was understanding the workflows and features in the beginning because the platform has many tools and options. But after spending time learning it, I understood why many businesses use it for content management and digital experiences. I think buyers can benefit from it because it helps teams manage content more professionally, saves time, and improves collaboration. compared to many basic CMS platforms, Adobe experience manager feels more enterprise-focused and scalable, especially for companies handling large amounts of digital content. With AI, personalization, and digital experiences becoming more important, I feel AEM can become even more valuable in the future. Beginners who want to learn enterprise-level content management can also start with it because it gives practical exposure to realworld workflows used by larger companies. “HighLevel centralizes CRM and automations with great flexibility”
What do you like best about HighLevel?

What I like most about HighLevel is that it allows centralizing several key functions on a single platform: CRM, automations, funnels, forms, communications, and commercial tracking. For an organization like ours, this helps to organize processes, reduce scattered tools, and have better visibility of the progress of each lead or client. I also greatly value the flexibility to create automated flows and adapt the platform to different businesses or sub-accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

What I like least about HighLevel is that, being such a comprehensive platform, some configurations can feel unintuitive at first. The learning curve is steep, especially when working with automations, pipelines, permissions, subaccounts, and integrations. I also think that some areas of the interface could be simpler and more consistent for non-technical users. It would be very valuable to have better step-by-step guides within the platform and a more structured onboarding experience for enterprise teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

HighLevel solves the dispersion of tools by centralizing CRM, forms, automations, communications, and pipelines in a single platform. This allows us to save time, reduce manual tasks, improve lead tracking, and have greater visibility of the progress of each business process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“User-Friendly Platform with Robust Capabilities, Needs Email Features”
What do you like best about Grigora?

I appreciate Grigora's intuitive drag and drop website builder, which is great for creating websites for coaches and allows them to make changes easily, making it very convenient for me. The robust blogging tools are also a favorite of mine, along with the newsletter function that we have. The platform's all-in-one nature, with both hosting, free SSL, and an integrated CDN, makes website building, blogging, and content management effortless. Additionally, the support is fast and helpful. It is fairly easy to implement if you've worked on similar systems. I use Grigora on a daily basis. Even though I haven't integrated with any it seems pretty straight forward to integrate with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grigora?

I would have loved if the email was included in the package. Another thing is the lack of auto responder functionality, so if someone signs up for a newsletter, there isn't the ability to send them continuous emails after they've signed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The CMS that finally made a government website feel modern”
What do you like best about Sanity?

The Studio is genuinely a pleasure to use, even for non-technical staff. Everything is editable in the way you’d expect from a WordPress-era CMS, but without the baggage. What really won me over is the webhook integration: I’ve got it wired up to Vercel so content changes trigger revalidation instantly. No manual deploys and no cache headaches.

I also run separate dev and production datasets, which keeps my development workflow clean and lets me test schema changes without touching live content. The Vercel integration, in particular, has matured a lot and now feels completely native. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanity?

The learning curve at the beginning was steeper than I expected - not because Sanity is poorly designed, but because the documentation for more advanced use cases was pretty thin when I first got started. I ended up spending a fair amount of time piecing things together from community posts and examples. That said, the situation has improved noticeably since then: AI-ready resources, more complete skills documentation, and tighter Vercel integration have all arrived, and I think onboarding a project today would be meaningfully faster. What problems is Sanity solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage the official website for a municipal government built on Next.js, with Sanity serving as the content layer across the entire site. Previously, updating content required a developer to touch the code. Now, every page, announcement, and news item is fully manageable through Studio, so non-technical staff can publish and update content in real time without ever touching the codebase. The structured content model has also given us clear, consistent control over SEO metadata site-wide, which would have been painful to manage any other way. Overall, it’s turned what could have been a rigid, hard-to-maintain institutional site into something that actually stays current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
