“Pleasant, Easy-to-Navigate Interface with Great Colour Contrast”
What do you like best about Xero?

The most important thing for me is ease of use, especially when it comes to the app and desktop interface. Xero has a format that’s very pleasant to navigate, with good colour contrast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

Moderately confusing is the ability to refer a friend for commission rewards. I opted in to this, yet it isn't a fixed to my Xero account, thus I had to create two separate accounts. Moreover, the scheme seems to be available through external providers such as 'Partnerstack' too, which complicates the service further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accountancy tools should be simple to use. The drive should be to make a likely mundane task for most seem less daunting. I don't think a multitude of features drives the market. One could use fintech invest apps for comparison. The target audience is the average member of the public which is where sps like QuickBooks which I used briefly some tears ago, fail. Their interface is too much geared towards the professional sphere which is off putting for consumers such as myself. If it seems too complex I'm not incentivised to undertake tasks and will look elsewhere for an alternative, hence Xero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful Yet Pricey ERP with Integration Challenges”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like that NetSuite tracks all of our transactions and products sold. I've learned to create scripts that allow me to get dashboards and data out of NetSuite. Using cloud features has been the most helpful because it lets me see under the hood. Once we went live and started working with ACS, the internal NetSuite consulting team, our experience improved significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

As a startup, if you add multiple modules that you do not end up using in the future, there's no way to remove them. If you remove them, you cannot lower the contract value. So I would start with what you actually need and then add on as you go. Don't buy into the bundle because if you don't need something in the future, you will be stuck with it forever, and the value of the contract will never go down. The initial setup was very difficult. We hired a consulting firm to do it for us, and they were terrible, which made the experience unpleasant. We paid for a whole year before we even went live. It's a very expensive product to go an entire year without using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Effortless Customer and Inventory Management, Needs Multi-Image Upload”
What do you like best about AutoLeap?

I like that AutoLeap makes the payment process pretty easy and the ability to send quotes, invoices, and other payment-related tasks is straightforward. Learning to use it was also pretty easy, especially coming from a tech background to learning the front office side for the first time. The initial setup was pretty easy, and there was enough communication to guide me through everything without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

I find it time-consuming that AutoLeap only allows me to upload one picture at a time. It would be nice to have the ability to upload more than one picture at once. Right now, I have to upload each picture individually, and it takes up more time than necessary when I want to upload multiple images like four tire pictures at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Tekmetric?

The reports, ease of use, and mostly the ability to make suggestions and see that they are being considered and implemented. Plus now with the built in CRM I can have everything I need in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tekmetric?

Since we’re a transmission shop, we use the canned jobs and sell the transmission as a complete unit. For inventory purposes, it would be helpful to track the cost and the specific parts we used to build it, without generating a huge parts list for the customer. Ideally, the customer-facing view would still show only the transmission itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Streamlined Complex Pricing and Revenue Workflows in Salesforce”
What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

What i like about it is that how it handles complex pricing, quoting and revenue workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem. Once we configure this, it brings good structure and also consistency to the revenue process, also reduces some manual efforts. This integrates with salesforce object and reporting also makes it easier to track revenue and deals. The User interface is same as salesforce, which makes it very easy to use. Performance is always stable during complex pricing as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

The thing i dislike is the initial setup and onboarding process that is complex. Achieving ROI can become very hard and take time to see that and the AI features only provide better value after data and processes are well established. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Anchor Makes Setup Simple and Client Viewing Effortless”
What do you like best about Anchor?

Anchor has been incredibly easy to set up and use, and I love how simple it is for my clients to view everything on their end too. I started using it in November 2025, and I’ve found myself using it more and more often because the platform is so straightforward and efficient. It has the right amount of features without feeling overwhelming, and the integrations with both Xero and Double HQ were quick to set up and easy to adjust. Anytime I’ve had a question, customer support has responded in a timely manner and is always kind and helpful. I’ve already recommended Anchor to other business-owner friends and will definitely keep doing so! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Refrens Accounting?

At Tech Daddy Global Solutions, while Refrens works well overall, there are a few areas for improvement.

Some advanced features and integrations can be expanded further, especially for scaling businesses. Occasionally, minor performance lags or UI refinements could be improved for a smoother experience.

The AI features are useful but still evolving, and there is scope to make them more powerful and insightful. Also, adding more depth in reports and customization options would make it even better.

“Transformational Pricing Software with Seamless Integration”
What do you like best about Pricefx?

I really appreciate the intuitive user experience with Pricefx. It excels in quoting and providing real-time prices during customer negotiation, which is fantastic. The software is incredibly intuitive, offering the right analytical data based on past experiences and invoices, aligning perfectly with customer needs. I find the price list generation efficient, and it integrates seamlessly with systems like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. The software is SaaS-based and continuously evolving, especially in terms of Gen AI, and offers a proactive analytical view of invoices and discounts. It's also great for keeping the pricing process upstream, dividing the price waterfall for optimization, and aligning with our commercial processes. I also loved that the initial setup was nice and quick. Overall, it's a mature product that checks all the boxes for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pricefx?

I believe the product-based configuration is one area where Pricefx needs to evolve. Especially when building a new-to-the-world solution, it should build up its capabilities and be equally performant. Additionally, we faced challenges with the skill set available in the market. It was a bit challenging to find Pricefx skill sets that can support us, which means we are mostly dependent on one or two specific vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pricefx solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Tabs Streamlines Billing with a Clean UI, Flexible Invoicing, and Strong Integrations”
What do you like best about Tabs?

What I like best about Tabs is how much it actually simplifies the messy parts of billing that used to take up way too much time. The UI is clean and intuitive, so I can jump in, generate invoices, or adjust billing terms without hunting around. I especially appreciate how flexible it is—handling things like custom pricing or mid-contract changes doesn’t turn into a manual workaround anymore.

The integrations have been a big win too. Everything syncs cleanly with our other systems, which has cut down a lot of the back-and-forth and reconciliation work we used to deal with. It’s also just fast and reliable—I don’t have to worry about delays when running invoices or pulling reports.

The AI feature for contract uploads saves me a lot of time each cycle and makes the whole process feel way less manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tabs?

What I dislike about Tabs is less about major flaws and more about the typical friction that comes with implementing a powerful billing system.

On the UI/UX side, while it’s clean overall, there are moments where more advanced workflows (like complex contract configurations or edge-case billing rules) aren’t as intuitive and require a bit of trial and error. There’s definitely a learning curve once you move beyond the basics.

Integrations have been solid, but getting everything mapped correctly during the initial setup took time. Aligning data between systems—especially if your CRM or accounting setup isn’t perfectly structured—can require extra effort and validation upfront.

From a performance standpoint, it’s generally reliable, but large data operations (like bulk updates or historical adjustments) can occasionally feel a bit heavy.

Pricing-wise, like most billing platforms, it’s an investment. The ROI is there, but it becomes clearer over time as you scale and fully utilize the platform. Early on, it can feel like you’re paying for more capability than you immediately need.

Onboarding and support are helpful, but implementation still requires internal alignment.

For AI and intelligence features, while useful, they still feel like they’re evolving. Overall, most of the downsides are tied to the complexity of billing itself rather than Tabs specifically, but it does mean there’s some upfront effort required to get everything running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tabs is solving the biggest pain point we had with billing—too many manual processes stitched together across different tools. Before, we were juggling spreadsheets, our CRM, and our accounting system just to get invoices out the door and make sure everything tied correctly. Now it’s all centralized, which has made a huge difference in both speed and accuracy.

For me personally, the biggest benefit is how much time it’s saved during each billing cycle. What used to take hours of double-checking formulas and reconciling data now happens in a much more streamlined way. The UI makes it easy to see exactly what’s going on with each customer, and I don’t have to dig through multiple systems to get answers.

The integrations have also been a big part of that improvement. Data flows more cleanly between systems, so we’re not constantly fixing mismatches or chasing down discrepancies. That alone has reduced a lot of back-and-forth internally.

Performance-wise, it’s reliable enough that I don’t have to think about it—it just works when we need it to, especially during critical billing runs. And from a ROI standpoint, it’s been worth it just based on time savings and fewer errors, which ultimately impacts revenue accuracy.

Support and onboarding helped us get to that point faster than expected, especially on the scheduling side of things. There’s still effort required on our side, but having guidance on how to structure things properly made a difference.

One thing I didn’t expect to rely on as much is the AI layer—it saves us a lot of time. And having our contracts easily accessible is a nice benefit.

Overall, Tabs has taken something that used to feel pretty fragmented and made it much more controlled and predictable, which has been a big win for our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Modern and flexible billing with clean integrations into Xero, Stripe & Attio”
What do you like best about Sequence?

The flexibility has been the main benefit for us. We’ve been able to configure different pricing models and contract terms without workarounds, and adjust things as the business changes. The CPQ side integrates cleanly with Attio for sales, while Stripe and Xero handle payments and accounting on the back end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkbook?

They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident. Something definitely changed on their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly?

I love the “feels like I’m inside the businesses system feel” for clients. I love that I can bill them from the software, and I especially love the custom workflows, I love the forms, I love the ability to add multiple people a company etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

“Strong startup banking interface, but policies are unfriendly to international business”
What do you like best about Mercury?

Mercury provides a clean and modern interface for managing U.S. startup finances. The onboarding process is straightforward, and the product integrates well with many tools that early-stage companies use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mercury?

Mercury may not be a good fit for founders who do any meaningful work internationally. My account was closed despite the company being a legitimate U.S. LLC with an EIN and a U.S. mailing address. The only unusual factor appeared to be that part of my work involves one international business address.

The closure happened quickly and without any opportunity to resolve the issue. For founders building global companies, that kind of uncertainty without opportunity for manual review makes financial planning extremely difficult.

Many startups today operate with distributed teams or founders who spend time abroad. Based on my experience, founders with any international operations should review Mercury’s policies carefully before relying on it as their primary banking platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mercury solving and how is that benefiting you?

For founders operating primarily in the United States, Mercury simplifies tasks like opening a business account, managing payments, and connecting financial tools without needing to visit a bank branch. The platform is clearly designed with startups in mind, and the user experience is much easier than traditional banking portals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
