They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident.
