What do you like best about Tridens Monetization?

The solution is highly flexible in terms of product configuration. Things such as proration, adjustable billing cycles, detailed discounts, and bundling of services are easy to design and maintain. What problems is Tridens Monetization solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we manage to fully automate the »Order 2 Cash« process we will save plenty of time and resources. Monetization is currently used primarily for annual and monthly billing of our clients for cloud computing services such as secure data storage and SaaS products. 1) The system is quite flexible, especially of its rating engine, we have a lot and sometimes complex scenarios since our client needs vary greatly, still Tridens can always provide a proper solution.

Based on our requirements Monetization was able to support us with any new use-case we

had, which proved the configurability and flexibility of the solution. Automating the billing

What problems is Tridens Monetization solving and how is that benefiting you?

Billing of information security services, which mainly include one-time or recurring fees with pre-

defined duration terms. We also use the dunning functionality to send out notifications or apply

penalty fees if bills are overdue. Monetization offers a REST API and usage-based rating, so we are

currently in the process of trying out new scenarios where we would bill based on consumption for

tasks in our process. It’s straightforward to manage customers and maintain a product catalog,

and I can even set up my billing, invoicing, and payment collection schedule. I use the

I like how simple it is to set up the data loading components and add additional customized fields and parameters to the reading service. Tridens Monetization focuses on configuration rather than customization – making it a powerful solution with OOTB features for complex pricing and 5G HTTP2 processing. We handle monetization of 5G IoT services through a combination of different models, such as B2B2X. HTTP2 5G functionality support is a welcome addition in Monetization, along with xDR event processing. We set up detailed pricing offers for our clients based on the duration of the contract and total usage in each billing cycle.
