**What do you like best about Bill360?**

I absolutely love how easy Bill360 is to use, both for myself and my customers. The integration with QuickBooks is seamless, setup is almost instant, and the customizable features—especially the reminder system and risk classification—have been game-changers for our clients. The customer service is truly exceptional; I always feel taken care of, whether it's from the sales team or tech support. The consistent updates and clear communication about new features like surcharging have also been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

Honestly, there’s nothing significant I dislike about Bill360. The only minor challenge is that some features, like reminders, are more relevant to my customers than to me personally, but my clients love them, so it’s not a real issue. I haven’t received any negative feedback from customers.

**What problems is Bill360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill360 makes invoicing on the fly a breeze. The true problem Bill360 solves is the ability to discuss invoices with customers inside the platform. I love that customers can ask questions regarding particular invoices, and the full audit trail of questions follow. Bill360 also eliminates the questionmark of "has a customer seen this invoice", as a full audit trail of the invoices being opened and viewed is attached directly in the invoice log.

**What do you like best about Bill360?**

I love Bill360 because it saves me hours every month by handling billing and payments of customers. I love that I can send multiple invoices at once, and I can send open invoice reports directly from Bill360. This feature saves me a lot of time and negates the need to manually run credit cards for 75-100 customers each month. The open invoice report is super handy because I don't have to run it in QuickBooks and email it from there. Also, setting up Bill360 was pretty easy since the experts basically installed it for me.  But the best part about Bill360 is the excellent support I receive whenever I have a question or issue, even if it's a problem with the other software I synchronize.

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

I would like to have the ability to do a 'mass email' to my customers. For example, I had a price increase this month and had to put the details in the previous email, from December. I'd like to be able to send out emails like that from Bill360 because I can't do it from QuickBooks.

**What problems is Bill360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill360 saves me hours every month by allowing customers to pay their bills online, significantly reducing my manual processing. I love sending multiple invoices at once and directly accessing open invoice reports without using QuickBooks.

**What do you like best about Bill360?**

I like that with Bill360, I can onboard people easily, and clients find it very easy to set up their accounts and ACH payments. It's also very convenient to refer people to the portal for any invoicing questions or when they need reprints. Another feature I enjoy is the ability to customize invoices and decide when and how often to send them.

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

Occasionally, the invoices don't send correctly through my email, and I get a notification, but usually on a retry, they will send.

**What problems is Bill360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill360 saves my time by letting clients use the portal to manage their accounts, so I don't have to send invoices or deposit checks. It improves ACH payments and speeds up client payments.

**What do you like best about Bill360?**

I love the easiness of it.  My customers like the ability to see all their invoices in one place vs. each individual invoice with quickbook.  I have had some ACH payments which cuts down on credit card fees. Support is fantastic.  I email with a problem and it is fixed usually immediately or if not within 24 hours.  Cant ask for much better than that.

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

Only negative I have so far is that the settlement reports are not always accurate.  I find some days settlements dont line up. The money always makes it to the bank but i have to combine days sometimes when reconciling becuase the settlement reports are a tad off.  But that to me is just being picky and really have no negatives for the program.  Already recommended it to a few other businesses.

**What do you like best about Bill360?**

I have been using Bill360 with QBO for well over a year now.  The implementation was so easy!  My clients enjoy being able to see their invoices and payment history all in one place as well.  Bill360 continues to make improvements all the time - they're always making improvements.  As the business owner, I love the dashboard - I can see in a moment where I need to focus my energy on collections.  Just a few clicks and my client follow up is complete!  Quick and easy to use.  I love it!

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

I really cannot think of anything I dislike about using Bill360.  I am a very happy customer!

**What problems is Bill360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill360 provides a way for me to auto draft ACH payments on a monthly basis from my flat rate clients.  So quick and easy and the automation saves me so much time!

**What do you like best about Bill360?**

What's not to like! Invoices automatically send when I finish editing. The reminder system automatically sends reminders based on the "touch level" I feel necessary. Steven and I had two phone calls together and that's all it took to set up! Steven checks in with me monthly to make sure the system is running correctly and I have everything I need to succeed. He is the definition of quality customer support! Bill 360 quick connects with quickbooks automatically syncing the invoices in Bill360. We use it every day in our office to send invoices and check on our incoming cash flow.

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

They are currently working to streamline editing invoices in the application.

**What problems is Bill360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill360 saves me time everyday by sending out invoices. It also saves time weekly since I no longer have to send out manual reminders! Its easy to use application allows my managers to understand what is happening in our AR without me providing a written report.

**What do you like best about Bill360?**

Bill360 has the best customer service I have worked with in my position. The program simply integrates with my QuickBooks application and reduces the AR tasks exponentially. Our days outstanding have decreased over 50% since implementing Bill360. The fees charged are extremely competitive.

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

Customers ask to pay their invoices before we have even created them, because they save their wallet and information in Bill360. We love getting paid, but prefer to wait until we can create an invoice!

**What problems is Bill360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill360 closes the door on customers being able to say they never received an invoice. By setting up reminders, we are able to ensure that the proper regularity of invoices being sent out are recognized and paid on time. Customers have 24/7 access to their account, to view not only open invoices, but those which have been paid in the past 18 months. This settles many disbutes which can sometimes arise with AR collection. The platform improves accuracy, collection time, and the reporting of income into our accounting software. It saves me hours each week!

**What do you like best about Bill360?**

Bill 360 connects directly to your billing system and allows easy access for sending customers emails with their invoice and a link for them to pay by credit card or e-check.
We like the e-check for our customers as most of them want to pay by check and a lot of them are utilizing the e-check payment function.
Customer support is very helpful and knowledgable.  
Implementation of the Bill 360 product was fairly quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

I haven't found any downside to using Bill 360

**What problems is Bill360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker turn around for payment.  I get an email when someone pays their invoice thru the system and don't have to wait to receive the check by snail mail.

So far, it has proven to be very user friendly.  Our customers find it easy to navigate and easy to use overall. I like that I can go in and send reminder emails easily.  And the reports make it a lot easier to do bank reconciles each month. Also your team is very professional and always helpful!  Jeff is awesome!

Some customers say they get too many emails.. but not that many say that.

Collections mostly.  But customers also really like that they can access their invoices outside of normal business hours.

integrates with quickbooks, easy to add customer payment info, we like that customers can view their past invoices, payments and current account status.

**What do you dislike about Bill360?**

Some of the payments do not automatically sync into quickbooks (we still have to manually do these deposits which is frustrating but still less time consuming than quickbooks). Also, in QB you can enter credit cards without the CVC compared to bill 360

less time to collect on invoices. self-service for customers decreases amount of time we are having to navigate through QB. automatic payments are easy.,

Honestly, with all the upgrades they have done since we joined I cant think of anything we are unhappy with.

This works great for our single location customers but, we have had some challenges with multi location customers.
