One of the features I use the most is Session Replay, and it does a lot more than just record the screen. It captures the full context of a session, including user interactions, navigation, network requests, console errors, and other important events, all in one place. Most of the time, replaying a session is enough for me to understand a bug that would've taken hours to reproduce on my own. Even with all that information, moving between session replays, errors, performance metrics, and events feels really smooth. I never feel like I'm jumping between a bunch of different dashboards just to figure out what's going on. Another thing I appreciate is having Core Web Vitals, performance insights, JavaScript error tracking, and network monitoring built into the same platform. Instead of switching back and forth between different tools, I can handle most of my debugging without ever leaving LogRocket, and honestly, that saves me a lot of time every week. One of the biggest strengths of Datadog is how it brings logs, metrics, traces, and alerts into a single platform. Instead of switching between multiple monitoring tools, I can quickly identify what's happening across the entire application stack. Comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into application health. Powerful log search and filtering for faster root cause analysis. APM (Application Performance Monitoring) that helps identify performance bottlenecks. Intelligent alerting that notifies the team before issues significantly impact users. Seamless integrations with cloud services, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure tools. In my QA and automation workflow, Datadog significantly reduces the time required to investigate production issues. Rather than relying solely on application logs, I can correlate metrics, traces, and logs to pinpoint the exact cause of a problem. This makes debugging much faster and improves collaboration between QA, developers, and DevOps teams. Overall, Datadog provides the visibility needed to proactively monitor systems, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and maintain application reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Better Stack for monitoring my website's downtimes at https://xocat.online. I like how it's free and easy to use. The tool that helps me monitor my website's downtimes is the most valuable to me because it lets me know if something's wrong with my website. Additionally, I find it particularly valuable that when my website is down, my users can simply go to https://status.xocat.online to check if something is down. The initial setup was extremely easy; all I had to do was add the DNS records and my domain, and status.xocat.online was up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We run a lot of microservices. Image processing, AI inference, image delivery and API serving - all separate, and keeping an eye on all of them was getting complicated. CubeAPM helped bring that together. Traces, logs and infra in one place, and the correlation between them is what actually helps when something in the pipeline breaks.
Support is the other thing. We have a shared Slack with their team and I'd say the response time is genuinely fast. Not the usual open-a-ticket-and-wait experience.
And the migration was smoother than I expected. We were already on OpenTelemetry so most of our instrumentation just carried over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about IBM Instana is the level of automatic visibility it provides with relatively little manual configuration. The automatic discovery of applications, services, infrastructure, and their dependencies is especially valuable, as it quickly builds a clear picture of how the environment is connected. I also appreciate the combination of real-time monitoring, distributed tracing, and infrastructure metrics in one interface. This makes it easier to move from a high-level alert to the specific service, request, or infrastructure component causing the issue. The visual service maps and detailed transaction traces stand out because they make complex microservices environments much easier to understand and troubleshoot. The initial setup was very easy, taking just one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The absolute standout for me is how effortlessly I can spin up custom EXE sensors that pull live Modbus data straight from our legacy PLCs on the factory floor and correlate it with power draw on individual CNC machines. No other tool I’ve tried lets me do that without fighting through three layers of middleware or writing a full-blown agent. Last quarter I had one sensor flagging a 12% spike in vibration on a milling station at 2 a.m.—turned out to be a bearing starting to go. Fixed it during the next shift window instead of losing half a day of production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
