“Intuitive Network Debugging That Cuts Time and Makes Trending Errors Clear”
What do you like best about LogRocket?

Being able to review the headers and body of network requests and responses easily from the main pane has helped cut down on debugging time immensely. It was easy to add into our tech stack after the initial setup, and it's intuitive enough for non-technical users on our team to get value out of as well. It's nice to be able to organize sessions by error, and being able to talk to the LogRocket AI has helped me interpret trending errors better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

The descriptions of some errors are a bit exaggerated, and performance on some sessions tends to lag. One common issue I see is that we have an endpoint that returns a 400 by design, but it's picked up as a top-priority error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

Technical management has had poor insight into errors on a large scale, as well as trends of these over time. The dashboards they can create in LogRocket have improved visibility and confidence in our product. Also, we are able to see pain points from a user's perspective in terms of clicks, abandoned flows, and etc. Before adding LogRocket to our stack, we had no idea what users were actually doing in our portal. “End-to-End Observability That Makes Troubleshooting Faster”
What do you like best about New Relic?

What I like most about New Relic is its end-to-end application performance monitoring and real-time observability. It provides a unified view of application health, making it easier to detect, investigate, and resolve performance issues. Comprehensive Application Performance Monitoring (APM). Real-time monitoring of applications, infrastructure, and services. Distributed tracing for identifying bottlenecks across microservices. Custom dashboards and alerts for proactive monitoring. Detailed error analytics and performance insights. The most valuable feature is distributed tracing. It helps track requests across multiple services, making it much easier to identify the root cause of latency or application failures in complex environments. The biggest benefit is faster troubleshooting. Instead of manually correlating logs and metrics from different systems, New Relic provides the visibility needed to diagnose issues quickly, improve application performance, and maintain a better user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

The biggest challenge is balancing observability with cost. As applications scale and generate more logs, metrics, and traces, it's important to optimize what is collected to keep costs under control. Creating advanced dashboards and custom queries may require additional expertise. Managing data retention and ingestion costs requires careful planning. Some alerts need fine-tuning to avoid unnecessary notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?

New Relic solves the problem of limited visibility into application performance and system health. Instead of relying on separate tools for logs, metrics, and performance monitoring, it provides a unified platform to monitor applications, infrastructure, and user experience. Detects performance bottlenecks and application issues in real time. Centralizes metrics, traces, logs, and error data in one platform. Helps identify the root cause of production incidents faster. Provides proactive alerts to minimize downtime. Monitors APIs, databases, infrastructure, and application performance from a single dashboard. In my day-to-day work as an SDET, I use New Relic to monitor application performance after deployments, investigate API latency, analyze errors, and validate system stability. Having end-to-end visibility into application behavior helps me collaborate more effectively with developers and operations teams. The biggest benefit is faster incident resolution. By correlating performance metrics, traces, and errors in one place, New Relic reduces troubleshooting time, improves application reliability, and helps deliver a better experience for end users. “Best for catching production crashes”
What do you like best about Sentry?

I've been impressed by Sentry's AI-assisted issue grouping and root cause analysis, which reduces duplicate alerts and helps prioritize the issues that actually matter. The customizable alerting keeps notification noise under control, and integrations with GitHub, Slack, and CI/CD tools make it easy to move from detection to resolution without switching between multiple platforms. It has made our debugging workflow much faster and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sentry?

Sometimes crashes get grouped wrong and we miss critical issues. The Android SDK adds almost 2MB to our APK size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sentry solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Android app serves thousands of sellers across India on various devices. Sentry shows me crashes happening on random phones running Android 8 that never show up in our test labs. Last month, it caught a memory leak only occurring after product searches, impossible to catch in regular testing. I've started writing targeted test cases based on Sentry data, reducing our crash rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Monitoring Across Platforms with Datadog”
What do you like best about Datadog?

A lot to consider about Datadog: mainly, it is used to monitor a wide range of applications and infrastructure. Application monitoring for container-based, server-based, and web-based applications. Also, it reduces the human effort for checking the exact error.

It is easy to use and supports different kinds of platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Installation is very easy. Datadog provides all the required documents for integrating the agent. We can use the predefined dashboard templates many times, which is a lifesaver if we have repeated monitoring services.

Large-scale monitoring services and tracking are very easy, and the UI is clean, and we can find every service and access the running process via UI as well.! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datadog?

There are only a few things that I was not satisfied with Datadog, those are.

Cost is somewhat high; we have to pay even we utilize the resources or not.

And the main con is the customer support; they only deal via email, and we have to dump the log data into their storage. They first analyse the logs and come back to us; it will typically take 24-36 hours, which has an impact on the clients. Also, they only come on a call on production issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datadog solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wide range, like we need to sit in front of the servers or app all the time. If there is any error, it will send an email or notifications regarding the error. So no need to worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CubeAPM is able to provide in-depth application performance monitoring even at very high scale. But what stands out is the quick support that we get from the CubeAPM team.

Migration was easy as CubeAPM is compatible with New Relic agent. Also the real-time insights and smart sampling help us monitor performance deeply without inflating our observability costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CubeAPM?

CubeAPM doesn’t have an app monitoring module as of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?

CubeAPM helps us detect and resolve performance issues across our e-commerce platform before they affect customers.

Earlier, we struggled with identifying slow APIs, checkout delays, and backend errors during traffic peaks. With CubeAPM’s unified visibility across metrics, logs, and traces, our teams can now pinpoint the root cause instantly.

The tool that helps me monitor my website's downtimes is the most valuable to me because it lets me know if something's wrong with my website. Additionally, I find it particularly valuable that when my website is down, my users can simply go to https://status.xocat.online to check if something is down. The initial setup was extremely easy; all I had to do was add the DNS records and my domain, and status.xocat.online was up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

I don't like how I can't really customize status.xocat.online, so that could be improved. I mostly don't like the customization because I have to pay to access that, but it would be great if we could build our own website instead of just being stuck with Better Stack's template, even if it was paid. “Comprehensive Observability, Excellent AI, but Complex Pricing”
What do you like best about Dynatrace?

I like the AI-powered root cause analysis feature through Davis AI, which helps quickly identify and troubleshoot issues. I also appreciate the end-to-end observability it provides across applications, infrastructures, logs, and user experience all from a single dashboard. Features like automatic dependency mapping, real-time monitoring, and proactive alerting make it easier to detect problems early and reduce resolution time. Dynatrace gives excellent visibility into system performance and helps improve reliability and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynatrace?

I find the licensing and pricing model complex, and it's sometimes difficult to predict as our environment scales. There's a learning curve for new users due to the large number of features and configuration options. Creating highly customized dashboards and reports can sometimes be less intuitive than expected. Improving ease of use, reporting flexibility, and cost transparency would definitely make the overall experience better. The main areas of improvement are pricing and transparency, ease of onboarding for new users, and more intuitive dashboard customization. While the platform is very powerful, simplifying access would enhance my user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and infrastructure monitoring. It analyzes logs, detects issues proactively, performs root cause analysis, and offers end-to-end visibility. “Comprehensive Monitoring, Steep Learning Curve”
What do you like best about IBM Instana?

I use IBM Instana for real-time application performance monitoring across our applications and infrastructure. It helps me track service dependencies, analyze distributed traces, identify performance bottlenecks, and investigate incidents more quickly. What I like most about IBM Instana is the level of automatic visibility it provides with relatively little manual configuration. The automatic discovery of applications, services, infrastructure, and their dependencies is especially valuable, as it quickly builds a clear picture of how the environment is connected. I also appreciate the combination of real-time monitoring, distributed tracing, and infrastructure metrics in one interface. This makes it easier to move from a high-level alert to the specific service, request, or infrastructure component causing the issue. The visual service maps and detailed transaction traces stand out because they make complex microservices environments much easier to understand and troubleshoot. The initial setup was very easy, taking just one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Instana?

The main area that could be improved is the initial learning curve. Instana provides a large amount of data, but the interface can feel quite dense when you first start using it, especially when navigating between services, traces, infrastructure metrics, and incidents. It was not always immediately clear which view was best for a particular task, such as investigating a slow transaction, checking infrastructure health, or understanding the dependencies between services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Instana solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use IBM Instana for real-time application performance monitoring, reducing investigation time, identifying bottlenecks faster, and understanding issue impacts across our environment. It solves problems with limited visibility in complex applications by connecting traces, metrics, and dependencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Centralized NOC Dashboards and Real-Time Monitoring Made Simple”
What do you like best about OpManager Nexus?

What I like most about ManageEngine OpManager is its centralized NOC-style dashboards and real-time monitoring capabilities. The customizable drag-and-drop widgets, color-coded status indicators, and floor/heat maps make tracking the health of servers, switches, firewalls, and routers simple at a glance. Automated device discovery gets new hardware monitored quickly, and the seamless integration with other ManageEngine modules (like ServiceDesk Plus and NetFlow Analyzer) provides an end-to-end IT management experience without needing third-party plugins Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpManager Nexus?

The main downside of OpManager Nexus is the upfront effort required to tune alert thresholds so you don’t end up with notification overload. Some of the deeper configuration areas—such as custom SNMP rules and report templates—also feel cluttered and harder to navigate than the primary NOC views. In addition, on-premise installations can demand substantial hardware resources, since telemetry data accumulates in the database over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpManager Nexus solving and how is that benefiting you?

OpManager helped us address three major business challenges:

Pricing / ROI: It replaced our expensive legacy monitoring tools with a more cost-effective, device-based licensing model, which significantly improved our return on investment.

Support / Onboarding: Its automated discovery features made onboarding quick and painless, and we were backed up by responsive vendor customer service.

AI / Intelligence: The machine-learning adaptive thresholds reduced our alert fatigue by automatically distinguishing genuine anomalies from routine traffic spikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“From reactive to proactive: how PRTG helped us stay ahead of incidents”
What do you like best about Paessler PRTG?

What I like most about PRTG is that it helps us stay ahead of issues instead of only reacting once something breaks. We already have alerts set up for our critical infrastructure, and that configuration has genuinely helped us catch and prevent incidents before they could impact end users. I also appreciate the all-in-one approach: monitoring networks, servers, and applications from a single dashboard. Combined with flexible sensor types and an intuitive interface, it’s easy to get real-time visibility across a multi-site environment without a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paessler PRTG?

The pricing model based on sensor count can become expensive as your environment grows. Every new device, interface, or metric you want to track adds up quickly, so scaling monitoring across multiple sites requires careful planning around sensor usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paessler PRTG solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly, before PRTG we usually only realized something was wrong after it had already impacted users. A lot of it came down to manual checks and guesswork. Now, with the alerts we’ve set up, we get an early warning before things go south—whether it’s a server running low on disk space, a slow link, or a device that stops responding. That has already saved us more than once from a real incident. It takes a lot of stress off the team because we’re not constantly firefighting anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Clarity-Driven Reliability That Empowers Confident Teams”
What do you like best about Last9?

I appreciate how Last9 focuses on addressing genuine reliability issues rather than simply introducing more dashboards and unnecessary noise. The platform comes across as carefully designed and geared toward clarity, which enables teams to work more intelligently and with greater confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Last9?

I don’t have any major complaints, but one aspect that could use improvement is the internal documentation and the number of manual steps involved in workflows. If there were more structure and clearer guidance in these areas, I believe productivity could be enhanced even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Last9 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Last9 is solving the problem of unreliable, difficult-to-understand systems in modern distributed architectures. As applications grow more complex, it becomes harder to maintain uptime, identify the root cause of failures, and ensure that services meet reliability goals. Last9 addresses this by providing structured SLO (Service Level Objective) management, real-time observability, and automated insights into system performance.

For me, this has been extremely beneficial because it helps me:

Detect issues early before they become customer-impacting incidents.

Reduce time spent on debugging, since Last9 surfaces the exact services or dependencies causing reliability risks.

Track reliability in a measurable way through SLOs instead of relying on subjective judgments.

Focus my efforts on what truly matters, thanks to clear error budgets and actionable alerts.

Deliver more stable releases, ensuring better user experience and fewer production escalations.

“Comprehensive Tool for Application Performance Management”
What do you like best about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

What I like best about ManageEngine Applications Manager is its all-in-one monitoring capability, allowing visibility across servers, applications, databases, and cloud services from a single dashboard, combined with its relatively easy setup and user-friendly interface; it supports a wide range of technologies, offers strong alerting and reporting features, helps with quick root cause analysis, and delivers good value for money compared to other enterprise monitoring tools. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

What I dislike about ManageEngine Applications Manager is that its initial setup and configuration can be complex and time-consuming, especially for large environments, and the user interface can feel cluttered or outdated at times; additionally, integration with third-party tools is somewhat limited, advanced features may require higher licensing tiers, and users often report excessive alert noise that needs fine-tuning, along with occasional performance issues and gaps in documentation or support responsiveness. What problems is ManageEngine Applications Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

ManageEngine Applications Manager helps solve key problems like lack of visibility across complex IT environments, unexpected downtime, and slow issue resolution by providing real-time monitoring of applications, servers, databases, and cloud services from a single platform; it proactively detects performance issues and bottlenecks before they impact users, enables faster root cause analysis, and reduces mean time to repair, which ultimately improves system availability and user experience. This benefits me by minimizing service disruptions, reducing manual troubleshooting effort, optimizing resource usage, and allowing the team to focus more on proactive maintenance rather than reactive firefighting, leading to better operational efficiency and more reliable business services. “Saved us time and cost. Game-changer for teams working with SAP!”
What do you like best about IT-Conductor?

We've been using IT-Conductor for SAP APM and automating SAP Basis tasks like managing transports and system refreshes. For years, the platform helped us keep our systems stable while cutting down on manual work. It's a game changer! What really stood out to me was how flexible and innovative the platform is, especially with the continuous improvements and new features being rolled out.

Also, since IT-Conductor is cloud-based, we didn't have to invest in extra infrastructure, which would've been necessary with other monitoring tools. That’s been a huge cost savings for us, especially since we’ve been using the platform for several years now.

Lastly, one of the many things I liked best about IT-Conductor is how efficiently it handles change management. This is crucial for SAP Basis administrators. IT-Conductor takes care of the heavy lifting through automation, allowing us to focus more on high-value initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT-Conductor?

None. It just takes a bit of time to get used to, especially if your team is new to automation tools. But thanks to the helpful and responsive support team, we were onboarded pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IT-Conductor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manually handling SAP Basis tasks like transport management and system refreshes used to take up a lot of our time. IT-Conductor solves this by automating those processes, which has improved system stability and freed up our team to focus on more strategic work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
