“Easy to Use and Makes Troubleshooting a Breeze!”
What do you like best about LogRocket?

Being able to see what a user clicked/typed via Session Replay is invaluable when troubleshooting an issue. Customers aren't often sure what they did or how they did it, but this removes the doubt and guesswork, and speeds up resolution time by eliminating additional back and forth asking investigative questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

The UI was a bit of a learning curve, but once I navigated around a bit, it's very easy now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

This makes supporting customers so much easier. In the past we'd have to ask them to try and screenshot what they were seeing, or ask them to try to do a screen recording, but that was a huge pain point when working with technology-challenged customers. If they were already frustrated, asking them to learn to do something new to help us solve the issue wasn't a great customer experience. Now, we can see what they see, and it makes troubleshooting a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Monitoring with User-Friendly Features”
What do you like best about Better Stack?

I greatly appreciate the independence of Better Stack, which ensures that I receive notifications even when my VPS and hosting servers are down, as it continues to operate and alert me of any issues. The program's clear user interface is another standout feature, enabling me to configure everything effortlessly without having to delve into extensive documentation. It's incredibly intuitive and efficient. The instant notifications are vital for me because they allow me to react immediately to any downtime and handle incidents promptly. The status pages are also quite beneficial, as they let me continuously monitor the status of my services. Also, I found the initial setup process to be straightforward and easy, which was a great plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

The current two-factor authentication (2FA) in Better Stack only supports Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) methods, which are susceptible to phishing attacks. I believe that including support for WebAuthn methods, such as YubiKey or other physical keys, would enhance security significantly. This would be particularly important for security-focused individuals, although it is not critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Better Stack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Better Stack to independently monitor my self-hosted services. It provides instant notifications when issues arise, helping me respond swiftly. The clear UI simplifies configuration without extensive documentation, and the status pages keep me informed about service statuses efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Comprehensive Observability and Real-Time Insights Made Easy”
What do you like best about New Relic?

New Relic stands out for its comprehensive observability capabilities and intuitive user interface. The platform provides deep insights into application performance, infrastructure health, and user experience, all in one place. I particularly appreciate its real-time monitoring and alerting, which helps teams detect and resolve issues before they impact end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

While New Relic offers powerful observability features, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pricing model can become expensive for organizations with high data volumes or multiple users, as costs scale quickly with ingestion and retention. Additionally, data retention beyond the default period often incurs extra charges, which can be limiting for teams that need long-term historical analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?

New Relic helps solve the challenge of end-to-end visibility across complex application environments. In modern distributed systems, it’s easy for performance issues to go unnoticed until they impact users. New Relic addresses this by providing real-time monitoring, distributed tracing, and detailed error analytics, which allow us to quickly identify bottlenecks and resolve issues before they escalate. “Effortless Monitoring Across Platforms with Datadog”
What do you like best about Datadog?

A lot to consider about Datadog: mainly, it is used to monitor a wide range of applications and infrastructure. Application monitoring for container-based, server-based, and web-based applications. Also the it reduces the human effort for checking the exact error.

It is easy to use and supports different kinds of platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Installation is very easy. Datadog provides all the required documents for integrating the agent. We can use the predefined dashboard templates many times, which is a lifesaver if we have repeated monitoring services.

Large-scale monitoring services and tracking are very easy, and the UI is clean, and we can find every service and access the running process via UI as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datadog?

There are only a few things that I was not satisfied with Datadog, those are.

Cost is somewhat high; we have to pay even we utilize the resources or not.

And the main con is the customer support; they only deal via email, and we have to dump the log data into their storage. They first analyse the logs and come back to us; it will typically take 24-36 hours, which has an impact on the clients. Also, they only come on a call on production issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datadog solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wide range, like we need to sit in front of the servers or app all the time. If there is any error, it will send an email or notifications regarding the error. So no need to worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Coralogix Game Changer Logging Tool”
What do you like best about Coralogix?

I really liked using the coralogix because it was very easy to find the releavant logs by putting some easy query and it has got pagerduty integration also as well. Whenever there was any issue it was easy to contact them and they shared a fair response. It was easy to implement, I used very frequently to debug whenever I had any live issue or pd alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

Sometimes it was keeping the duplicate logs and it was redundant and using double tokens for some service, we couldn't find why exactly it was happening, otherwise rest was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is providing centralized logging system which make easy to debug any issue when there are a lot of microservices and it is having pagerduty support too, which enables to get alert whenever something is breaking. Otherwise we need to go to logs in k8s pods and setup other system to preserve the logs and keep them centralized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Service Mapping and Insightful Dashboards”
What do you like best about Dynatrace?

The way it automatically maps out services and dependencies is genuinely helpful, instead of guessing where an issue might be coming from, I can usually spot it pretty quickly. I also like how the dashboards pull everything together in a way that actually makes sense, even when there’s a lot of data flying around.

Another thing I appreciate is the alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynatrace?

There’s a lot of information packed into the dashboards, and it takes a while to get comfortable with where everything is and what each view actually means Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Clarity-Driven Reliability That Empowers Confident Teams”
What do you like best about Last9?

I appreciate how Last9 focuses on addressing genuine reliability issues rather than simply introducing more dashboards and unnecessary noise. The platform comes across as carefully designed and geared toward clarity, which enables teams to work more intelligently and with greater confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Last9?

I don’t have any major complaints, but one aspect that could use improvement is the internal documentation and the number of manual steps involved in workflows. If there were more structure and clearer guidance in these areas, I believe productivity could be enhanced even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Last9 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Last9 is solving the problem of unreliable, difficult-to-understand systems in modern distributed architectures. As applications grow more complex, it becomes harder to maintain uptime, identify the root cause of failures, and ensure that services meet reliability goals. Last9 addresses this by providing structured SLO (Service Level Objective) management, real-time observability, and automated insights into system performance.

For me, this has been extremely beneficial because it helps me:

Detect issues early before they become customer-impacting incidents.

Reduce time spent on debugging, since Last9 surfaces the exact services or dependencies causing reliability risks.

Track reliability in a measurable way through SLOs instead of relying on subjective judgments.

Focus my efforts on what truly matters, thanks to clear error budgets and actionable alerts.

Deliver more stable releases, ensuring better user experience and fewer production escalations.

Overall, Last9 helps turn reliability from a reactive activity into a proactive, data-driven process — which boosts my efficiency and confidence in managing high-scale systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netdata?

I appreciate the centralized monitoring capability of Netdata, which allows me to effectively monitor my homelab nodes without relying on my own infrastructure. This means that even if a server goes offline, monitoring remains in place and I am informed. I particularly like the vast range of monitoring options that Netdata offers, combined with good clarity despite the many possibilities and the complexity of the platform. Additionally, I find the design appealing, although this is a personal preference. I have previously worked with other tools like Prometheus and Grafana, but Netdata offers clear advantages for me in terms of simplified centralization and fewer technical dependencies on my own infrastructures. “Effortless Dashboards That Simplify System Monitoring”
What do you like best about SquaredUp?

What I like best about SquaredUp is how easy it makes it to actually see what’s going on across all my systems. I’m not a huge fan of digging through raw data or complex reports, so having everything visualized in a clean, interactive dashboard really helps me stay on top of things. I also like how quickly I can build or adjust dashboards without needing to rely on technical help. It’s honestly made my day-to-day work smoother and a lot less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SquaredUp?

One aspect I find less appealing about SquaredUp is that setting up new data integrations or creating custom visualizations can occasionally take longer than anticipated, particularly when working with more uncommon data sources. Additionally, there is a noticeable learning curve at the beginning as you try to understand how to fully utilize all the available features. However, once everything is configured, the platform performs very well. It just requires some patience to get things set up exactly as you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SquaredUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

SquaredUp has helped address the challenge of scattered and siloed data. Previously, I had to switch between several different tools just to get a comprehensive view of system health and performance. Now, with everything consolidated into a single platform featuring clear, real-time dashboards, my data visibility has greatly improved. I can identify issues more quickly, recognize trends with greater ease, and share insights with others without the hassle of exporting or explaining raw data. Managing systems has become much more proactive for me, rather than simply reacting to problems as they arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FusionReactor APM?

FR brings "light into the darkness" for me. I also like how this monitoring software is constantly being expanded and developed in a progressive manner. The cloud integration offers many advantages. I can't say directly what I like best about it; for me, it is a daily tool to observe, check, and monitor the direct impacts of my work on the servers. For error analysis, it provides me with very tailored tools and usually gets me to the goal immediately. I also really like the AI support. It often provides very useful tips to narrow down errors. What do you dislike about FusionReactor APM?

Fundamentally, it is very expensive. We have a lot of instances in the cloud, and we cannot run it on all installations, as that would far exceed our budget. “Saved us time and cost. Game-changer for teams working with SAP!”
What do you like best about IT-Conductor?

We've been using IT-Conductor for SAP APM and automating SAP Basis tasks like managing transports and system refreshes. For years, the platform helped us keep our systems stable while cutting down on manual work. It's a game changer! What really stood out to me was how flexible and innovative the platform is, especially with the continuous improvements and new features being rolled out.

Also, since IT-Conductor is cloud-based, we didn't have to invest in extra infrastructure, which would've been necessary with other monitoring tools. That’s been a huge cost savings for us, especially since we’ve been using the platform for several years now.

Lastly, one of the many things I liked best about IT-Conductor is how efficiently it handles change management. This is crucial for SAP Basis administrators. IT-Conductor takes care of the heavy lifting through automation, allowing us to focus more on high-value initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT-Conductor?

“Easy Feature Flagging with Usability Concerns”
What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?

I appreciate LaunchDarkly's ease of use and the additional features it offers. The UI is excellent and makes complex flag evaluation straightforward. The configurability of feature flagging is a significant improvement over the previous solutions we used, allowing much more control and flexibility. The ability to search for contexts by name is particularly useful, making the process of toggling feature flags for specific users, projects, or companies extremely easy directly from the browser. This capability has greatly enhanced our workflow, moving beyond a simple on/off solution to a more sophisticated and user-friendly interface. Overall, LaunchDarkly's feature flagging service is the most valuable aspect for us, and it's a primary reason for our continued use and affection for the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?

I find the network calls erroring out while trying to stream data to be a problematic issue, even though it hasn't impacted functionality significantly. Additionally, I'm not satisfied with LaunchDarkly's observability feature—its lack of robustness and insight, coupled with the high cost, doesn't meet my expectations. The integration of Observability and Session Replay feels overly coupled, and I don't appreciate its interference with the console. Finally, the pricing model is complicated, especially the context counting method, which makes it difficult to forecast costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes I run into “out of scope” issues when adding a debugging condition, and I don’t always understand why.

It can be frustrating in the moment, but the Lightrun support team responds so quickly that I can just reach out and get an answer right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lightrun solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Lightrun to identify a NullPointerException.

At first, I only knew the general area where it was thrown, but not the exact cause.

By using Lightrun snapshots, I was able to narrow it down to the specific line where the exception occurred and inspect the object’s state.

This revealed that the issue was caused by broken data in the environment.

After fixing the data, the custemer was able to work normally again, without needing to wait for a future release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
