What I like best about LogRocket is how easily it lets you replay real user sessions and see exactly what the user experienced when something breaks. It saves a ton of time during debugging because you can:
Watch the exact steps that led to the issue
See console logs, network calls, and errors in the same timeline
Correlate frontend behavior with backend failures
Reproduce flaky or environment-specific bugs much faster
Overall, it shortens the gap between “a bug was reported” and “I know exactly what went wrong,” which is huge for QA and debugging tricky issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm working on a contract where the CIO asked me to integrate some Azure services with Better Stack and see what could be done.
I had never worked with better stack before. Looked at their docs, watched their videos, and was able, in 8 hours, to pipe logs to a source, create a few time series and create a dashboard with a few charts that shows the things he really cared about.
It absolutely blew his fucking mind... His team had tried do something like this in Azure App Insight for months.
So thank you guys! Awesome work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firstly, Its integration capabilities to Hosts (Windows/Linux/mac), Platforms (AWS, Azure which I use, plus GCP etc) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) etc benefits alot of usecases as DD server as a one stop shop. We have support for multiple programming languages to easily publish logs to Datadog directly right form your application code, eliminating any fancy stuff.
We have very reliable feature slike smart health checks and automated test suites so we catch problems before they hit. On-call teams get instant alerts, incident triage, and even automated workflows for triage etc enhance teams to focus fixing issues quickly and stress-free with some readily available first hand information.
Dashboards with visualizations like line, bar, pie, and timeseries charts cater to different use cases—such as applications, infrastructure, and databases—making it easier to monitor performance. DD become an integral part of our daily operations, helping outquickly spot anomalies and simplifying the overall and managing workflows.
Its easy to setup/install/implement agent configuration (Pre designed Installation URL with installation script) doesnt take more than 5mins. Users can readily build dashboards in under 15 mins for prod grade setup. [ In general its just 5mins as publicised by Datadog].
DD do has great customer support but we rarely need that as most of the stuff has documentation and easy to setup or configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the centralized monitoring capability of Netdata, which allows me to effectively monitor my homelab nodes without relying on my own infrastructure. This means that even if a server goes offline, monitoring remains in place and I am informed. I particularly like the vast range of monitoring options that Netdata offers, combined with good clarity despite the many possibilities and the complexity of the platform. Additionally, I find the design appealing, although this is a personal preference. I have previously worked with other tools like Prometheus and Grafana, but Netdata offers clear advantages for me in terms of simplified centralization and fewer technical dependencies on my own infrastructures. We've been using IT-Conductor for SAP APM and automating SAP Basis tasks like managing transports and system refreshes. For years, the platform helped us keep our systems stable while cutting down on manual work. It's a game changer! What really stood out to me was how flexible and innovative the platform is, especially with the continuous improvements and new features being rolled out.
Also, since IT-Conductor is cloud-based, we didn't have to invest in extra infrastructure, which would've been necessary with other monitoring tools. That’s been a huge cost savings for us, especially since we’ve been using the platform for several years now.
Lastly, one of the many things I liked best about IT-Conductor is how efficiently it handles change management. This is crucial for SAP Basis administrators. IT-Conductor takes care of the heavy lifting through automation, allowing us to focus more on high-value initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
