What do you dislike about WorkJam?

We don't have any dislikes. As we evolve our business we are always adding to our wishlist and requesting extra features from the WorkJam team, and they have been very accommodating listening and really understanding our requests, challenging our use cases, and working to deliver a solution. A recent example is their ability to add in the "task rejection feature" so we can provide real-time feedback to submitters, and not delay our regular task workforce planning. WorkJam is awesome. It allows us to communicate with our staff with ease, to direct them in what they do and create real team work. Whats cool about it is that you can gamify the entire experience so it's always fresh and exciting for the staff.
