
WorkJam was reasonable to implement and is easy to use, and offers a number of modules that can be customized to the individual company. In our case, we use almost every module offered; WorkJam has made great strides in the past few years to make sure that the modules "talk" to each other effortlessly to provide a seamless experience for the end user. In addition, their customer support is truly top-notch - when we have an issue, we know exactly who to ask, and if they can't solve it right away, they put us in touch with the people who can as quickly as possible. We haven't had that experience with other vendors, and it's appreciated. Most of our users log into WorkJam at least once a day and are able to connect with our internal communication messaging very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one module that isn't offered in an easy-to-use format is an in-app scheduler. There is one present, but it's clunky for our business use case (it seems like it is designed for a different use case and may do very well for traditional retail).
