What do you like best about WorkflowMAX?

As an employee in a fast-paced professional Urban Design firm, WorkflowMax has become an indispensable part of my daily workflow. From managing tasks to tracking time and collaborating with colleagues, it offers a comprehensive suite of tools that streamline operations and improve accountability. Since using WorkflowMax, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I manage my time. The visibility into my productivity has helped me prioritize better, reduce time wastage, and contribute more effectively to projects. The interface is clean and intuitive. Navigation between jobs, tasks, and timesheets is seamless, and the dashboard provides a clear snapshot of my jobs, my tasks and a summary of my productivity. What do you like best about WorkflowMAX?

Simple to set up, all the information is seamless from quotation, through Job/Project to invoice, tracks costs instantly, helping to keep projects on time and in budget, highlighting problems sooner rather than later.

Works perfectly with Xero, for goods receipts and invoicing.

What do you dislike about WorkflowMAX?

More flexibility with the dashboard for specific users and options on the delivery address would be very beneficial in purchasing. Sometimes quoted value doesn't tally with invoice value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkflowMAX?

I like the fact that WFM is very simple to use as I use this for the accounts, WFM links to xero which makes this seamless as everything is automatically exported across which makes life so much easier. What do you like best about WorkflowMAX?

The software is easy to use and customise to our business. Overall though I think it's the Help Centre that really makes the experience. There is a wide range of resources of different types that makes it easy to get using the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkflowMAX?

Only a small niggle but every time you navigate between pages it defaults to the current date / week, so if I'm checking timesheets for the previous week if I switch between staff it shows me the current week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkflowMAX?

We are a small business that used the original WFM and transitioned to the BlueRock version. Notwithstanding some challenges in the initial rollout we are happy with the current functionality that meets our basic business needs and provides a platform for us to scale. What do you like best about WorkflowMAX?

I've been using WorkflowMax in my businesses since 2016 since 2016 and it provides a reliable backbone to a creative, agile and sometimes chaotic business to apply a bit of structure and process to quoting, time tracking, purchasing and invoicing. The major upgrade to version 2 of WorkflowMax in 2024 meant a few features were unavailable for a while. But now that the dust has settled everything is back in action and new features and integrations are starting to be added on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkflowMAX?

I manage a busy bespoke joinery production which using Workflow max I can now create leads ,quotes and purchase orders which enables me to track every apspect of a project so I know finacially in real time what the actual projects cost are highlighting areas that need to be amended for future projects.

What do you like best about WorkflowMAX?

WFM has made it easier for our business to streamline invoicing and keep better track of time on jobs. With all the new updates and features, it can sometimes get a bit tricky to navigate, but the support team are always quick to respond when we raise a ticket. Upgrades and features can sometimes take a while to adapt to or work correctly with our reporting - this has been raised and resolved with the team.

Export feature to Xero doesn't allow you to export as timesheets - this feature hasn't yet been able to work correctly for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
