We use Xero as our accounting system and when looking for a project management software integration is one of the two must have features. **What do you dislike about WorkflowMAX?** "Everything that isn't the fact that it integrates with Xero". At the end of the day we stopped using this software because it was too simplistic. It didn't handle the intricacies that we required to properly manage and measure our projects. **Recommendations to others considering WorkflowMAX:** In a word and a half, "don't". At this point in time, unless you are a very small organization, WorkflowMax is not an appropriate tool and doesn't provide the level of sophistication required to properly manage even medium sized projects. **What problems is WorkflowMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem we attempted to solve was having our project management/accounting systems act effectively as one system.
