I like the ability to file emails directly into our folder structure, so that nothing gets lost over time. In our industry being able to go back to "prove" actions taken is imperative. I was finding just filing emails in Outlook doesn't provide enough reliability for this purpose. I was also really happy that there are multiple functions which we use - signatures is another important function. Creating the client "portal" of shared documents is great too. Provides a secure place for both us and our clients. And the support is great - reliable, quick. We were able to implement Suitefiles in our practice quicly so that we could benefit from all the features because we use it all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
