I like the ability to file emails directly into our folder structure, so that nothing gets lost over time. In our industry being able to go back to "prove" actions taken is imperative. I was finding just filing emails in Outlook doesn't provide enough reliability for this purpose. I was also really happy that there are multiple functions which we use - signatures is another important function. Creating the client "portal" of shared documents is great too. Provides a secure place for both us and our clients. And the support is great - reliable, quick. Due to several staff members working on the one job Suitefiles has made things so much more efficient. Having everything in one place is excellent.

SuiteFiles has allowed staff in our office to work on documents collaboratively alongside clients. It has given us one source of truth. The templates, the addons, the responsiveness of the staff, the ease of use, the possibility to archive files, the search function, the fact the developpers are improving the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, the fact it is online based is not practical (better though with the One Drive addon). We had Dropbox before and there was still a physical copy in the hard drive, which you can work on even offline, and which will synchronise when online. I just installed Suite Files One Drive add which acts the same as far as I can tell, but I haven't used it long enough yet. What I can see is that the One Drive add on does not differentiate between archived and current folders.

I would welcome the option to add links to my email text when sending a pdf for esigning.

The upload function when copying a physical file to Suite Files is not always very efficient. I noticed for example that if there is a special character in the file name, the upload will just freeze. I work with French citizens mostly, and their name often contain special characters and that issue hasn't made my life very easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SuiteFiles has been extremely easy for everyone to use. Initial implementation was fast and didn't cause any disruption to our business. We use SuiteFiles on a daily basis. Clients are finding the signing of documents to be so easy and fast, love the way the signed documents automatically appear back in the right folders. The connected folders are much easier for clients than our previous Client portal. The few times that we have required Customer Support the process has been fast and efficient. SuiteFiles makes filing documents a breeze. SuiteFiles integration with Xero and Outlook is great as is the ability to open Word and Excel documents from within the system. SuiteFiles can't be accessed from a IOS device so if I'm travelling I still need to take my laptop with me to be able to access files, currently it is the only software we use that I can't use on my ipad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SuiteFiles provides a great web-based interface to SharePoint. It also integrates nicely with Microsoft365, in particular OneDrive and Outlook. I can enable a client portal for easy exchange of documents with my clients and create documents for secure digital signing. From Outlook we can save emails into client files so that the whole team can be across whatever we are discussing with our client and pick up where the last person left off - very useful if someone is away sick and they need someone else to continue dealing with an urgent request from a client. SuiteFiles will also integrate with a number of industry standard systems that Chartered Accountants use every day in addition to Microsoft365 such as Xero, CCH iFirm, MYOB and APS. We really like the way we can attach files to the CCH Business Fitness client workpapers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OneDrive integration is excellent but changes are made and saved locally on your machine and can take a few minutes to update to your SharePoint site, while files uploaded via the web browser interface update immediately. We can also see Archived files in the OneDrive integration which can lead to confusion at times. These are really Microsoft/OneDrive issues and not a SuiteFiles issues. SuiteFiles is very user friendly which was wonderful for our firm because it is always hard to onboard team members who are reluctant to learn new apps.

SuiteFiles are always looking to add value to their product and we have seen a lot of positive additions since first onboarding 7 years ago.

We have full functionality of SuiteFiles however we are not using it to it's full potential only because I haven't taken the time to learn and teach our team members. This will be a goal of mine to complete in 2024.

SuiteFiles integration with email to make it seemless to save client files to their folders or draft emails with templates and attachments. It makes the process of gathering and saving documentation a breeze. Suitefiles also makes it easy to enable clients to upload docs to a sharedfile straight to where you want the files. Currently not able to make templates for forms for clients to complete and sign. While you can add text boxes to forms for clients to fill in and sign, the text boxes have to be added each time and can't be saved as a template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SuiteFiles has been a great addition to my business. It provides my document managment system, my electronic signing, allows for easy creation of templates and integrates in Xero XPM perfectly to pick up client details as requested. Support have always been fantastic to deal with and helped greatly in the implemetation and integration of the software into my systems, while dealing with a not overly tech savvy individual at my end. Suitefiles forms an important part of my business and is used daily to ensure my digital records are kept in order. Would highly recommend this product to others seeking a cost effective package. Probably my only downside, which can also be an upside, is that being in Western Australia, we are often hours behind the rest fo the country, in busy times this can be great because I can start my day super early and have support help dealt with before standard work hours, but it can also be a bit of a pain if something happens late in the day our time as its after hours for the rest of the country, this is something we are somewhat used to in WA anyway so not a huge problem.
