"The Ultimate Learning Platform with Unmatched Course Variety"
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

I love that I can grab any course for free with my Udemy Business subscription. It's great for fine-tuning my learning based on my Cloud and DevOps experience. I find the rating and reviews feature really useful as it gives me an insight into the course before I commit fully. The ability to download the Udemy Business app on my mobile and sync my progress across all devices is incredibly convenient. I also appreciate being able to download valuable resources and communicate directly with instructors to resolve any queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

I don’t see any disadvantages. You can get any course you want for free!! In fact, the company covers the entire cost, so you don’t have to pay a single dime to buy a course. It’s a very good platform for learning new courses and picking up new skills. Overall, I can’t really find any cons.

I’m not sure of any major drawbacks, because I honestly couldn’t find any. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible Learning Platform for Continuous Skill Development"
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

What I like best about Udemy Business is the breadth and quality of its course library. It covers a wide range of technical, business, and soft skills, which makes it useful for different roles within a team. The content is practical and updated regularly, so learning feels relevant rather than theoretical. I also appreciate the flexibility it offers—employees can learn at their own pace while managers still get visibility into progress and skill development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

What I dislike about Udemy Business is that course quality can sometimes be inconsistent since it depends on individual instructors. While there are many excellent courses, a few feel outdated or less in-depth than expected. Also, finding the right course can take time because of the large catalog, and better filtering or recommendations would make discovery easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Learning in a practical way that meets actual work requirements"
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business is unique in that it emphasizes skills that are applicable to the workplace rather than just academic material. Learning feels practical and inspiring because the courses are simple to follow and made to be used right away at work. I can select classes that closely relate to my current responsibilities, learn at my own pace, and go over material again when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

The variance in course quality is the primary disadvantage. Some courses feel very polished, while others feel less structured or out of date because the content is created by different instructors. Finding the best course among a number of similar options can take some time. n addition, some courses would benefit from more hands-on exercises or stronger assessments to better measure learning progress. "Easy, Practical Learning That Fits Seamlessly Into the Workday"
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

What I like most about Udemy Business is how easily it helps me fit learning into my day-to-day work. I can quickly find courses that are directly relevant to my role—whether I’m focusing on technical skills or soft skills—and move through them at my own pace. The content feels practical and up to date, and the shorter modules make it simple to step away and pick up again later without losing my place. Overall, it’s especially useful for ongoing skill development without getting in the way of my regular work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

One thing I dislike about Udemy Business is that the quality of courses can vary depending on the instructor. While many courses are excellent, some feel a bit outdated or not deep enough for advanced users. Also, it can sometimes take time to find the most relevant course among so many options, especially when you’re looking for very specific or advanced topics. "Bridging daily work challenges with continuous learning"
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

What I like most about Udemy Business is how practical it is, allowing me to immediately apply the learning to real-life situations. The content is not just about explaining concepts, but helping to apply them directly in our day-to-day work, making learning feel purposeful rather than just theoretical. Another standout aspect is the flexibility; it lets us learn at our own pace and choose courses based on real work challenges rather than being limited by a fixed curriculum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

One area where Udemy Business could improve is content consistency. Since courses are created by different instructors, the depth, teaching style, and quality can vary. While there are many excellent courses, it sometimes takes extra time to find the one that matches the exact level or learning approach we are looking for. Another challenge is navigation and discovery, and I also faced that hands-on experience and assessment could be stronger in some courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical, Bite Sized Sales Training That Fits Between Calls"
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business helps me improve practical sales skills without pulling me away from my daily targets. I regularly use it to learn prospecting techniques, objection handling, CRM usage, communication skills, and product knowledge. The courses are broken into short, easy to follow lessons, so I can learn between calls or after work hours. I like that the content is very practical, with real examples that I can apply immediately in emails, discovery calls, and follow ups. It’s flexible and easy to use, even when schedules are busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Because the library is very large, there are many courses on similar sales topics, which makes choosing the best one time consuming. Instructor quality and teaching style vary, so I usually check reviews and course outlines before starting. Some courses could be refreshed more often to reflect current sales tools and modern buyer behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps Me Productive Learning Salesforce with Clear, Practical Courses"
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business helps me stay productive while learning Salesforce. I use it to understand Apex patterns, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and admin-to-dev crossover topics. The courses are broken into clear sections, so I can jump straight to what I need, practice in a sandbox, and return to my tasks. I also like that certification focused courses explain concepts in a practical way instead of just exam theory, which helps with real project work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

Some Salesforce topics have many similar courses, which makes selection slower. Instructor depth and approach vary, so I usually check reviews, course outlines, and update dates before starting. A few courses could also benefit from updates when Salesforce releases new features or UI changes, as older demos can be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Udemy Business Makes Routine Training Simple and Saves Me Time"
What do you like best about Udemy Business?

Udemy Business saves me time on setup. I can bulk enroll learners, group courses by role, and send reminders automatically. The lesson lengths suit people who learn between tasks, and the exportable reports let me show progress to managers quickly. Overall, it makes routine training simple and reduces back and forth emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Udemy Business?

The catalogue is very large, and many courses cover similar topics, which makes selection time consuming. I often need to preview multiple options to find the clearest and most relevant one.
