In our experience with edcast we have found it's customer success team to be very keen and helpful in terms of taking our feedback and constantly adding to make the experience well suited to our enterprise needs. The EdCast LXP introduced the concept called skills passport, the skills passport allows me to create an Inventory of skills that the current employee possesses. So whenever there is a new requirement that comes in I know if this gap can be filled up by an existing employee.
