**What do you like best about ServiceNow Store?**

I like how the ServiceNow Store acts as a single umbrella where I can access plugins, applications, and new functionalities. It's easy to download update sets and install them on instances, and the applications can be modified as needed. This is especially helpful for multiple developers using pre-built applications, as it reduces development time. I found the setup with ServiceNow Store easier compared to Jira.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Store?**

I don't like the read-only applications because we cannot modify them if there's a business need to do so. Also, the price for applications could be lower.

**What problems is ServiceNow Store solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ServiceNow Store to install plugins and new applications, enabling useful integrations and reducing development time. It's a single platform for implementing plugins, applications, and new functionality, streamlining developer workflows.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Store?**

I like the existing ui solutions that save me on development time when working on ServiceNow. This allows me to more efficiently use these items for my custom integrations. Over the years I appreciate the performance improvements that have been made to the upload process of the store.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Store?**

The support for installing the plugin from the ServiceNow store to your instance which I intially had issues with.

**What problems is ServiceNow Store solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The performance time when importing a plugin using the old method.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Store?**

The best part of the ServiceNow store is they are having the best applications available in the market among their competitors and the store is updating daily with the new applications as well as with the updates to the existing applications.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Store?**

Some of the applications still need some updates that can make them better. I have used an application for a robust transform map which can be used only for CMDB tables, which could have been better if we can use it for all the tables.

**What problems is ServiceNow Store solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the functionalities can easily be solved using the application in store. I have tried a store app for robust transform map and it worked well and it eased my work.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Store?**

A secure Workplace where you could find the most apps that too the updated versions. They release the app according to the business needs, which captivates me. It's one of the fastest ways to integrate with 3rd party apps. One of the best Interfaces, user-friendly. App store  is the best and low-code app to perform. It scales up Quickly, maximum productivity. It also provides a virtual agent which helps in solving the difficulty faced by end-user very quickly

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Store?**

There's nothing to be disliked about store. But integrating with  some apps , the whole ServiceNow product suites has to be purchased fully which inncludes lots of filters, which is time consuming.

All in one platform with the fastest way to integrate with3rd party and deploy end-user products

**What problems is ServiceNow Store solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The App store is what we use in our day-to-day lives to meet the business requirements, with flows and workflows, a lot of lengthy process of approvals and task fulfillment is done with low code and is lot efficient and user friendly.

ServiceNow stores is the one stop place for the Apps that takes the servicenow ticketing experience to next level. It has more no of free apps to enhance our experiences.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Store?**

Not much,please encourage the developers to make more innovative solutions and application in the enterprise level for enhancing services.

**What problems is ServiceNow Store solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have installed couple of apps into our IT enterprise implementation for better process and efficient usage. That turns out to be really helpful. I also personally worked on developing a application that resolves the real problem and we have published into the servicenow store

NO dislikes for ServiceNow store so far. It needs some amount of patience for the work of research to get the most suitable and optimal applications that you are looking for.

It allows finding the solution for almost any solution using ServiceNow. There are a lot of paid/ free applications that any organization can make use of profitably.

It has plethora of applications which provide solutions for almost every problem with the baseline being develop with minimun code. All the applications are well listed in categories and sub categories.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Store?**

Any new/upcoming applications are not listed on the top or a different section.  It leads to users not being able to locate/discover new apps for the problems.

**What problems is ServiceNow Store solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have personally found out many useful applications for my use with the best one being ' Configurable Workspace for Order Management' It provides best order fulfilment experience

Best to download pulgin based on categories and keywords you can search.many option to save the tickets and adjust the priorities and urgency. Every software is there you can find based upon your use.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Store?**

It provides solutions to add on extra functionality by downloading apps such as field service management, risk, and compliance, ITOM. Service request management is what I am fond of.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Store?**

Should enable more integrations is what I prefer. Apart from that, the repository has maximum apps which empower service. Also, events should be more for learning because what I believe is through more events and learning; we can adopt best practices while providing services.

We are enabling more features by downloading apps.

ITSM, Product catalog, Request Management, Service catalog. I am involved in adding more features and developing more catalog items, and configuring its view in the service portal.

Service Now store is divided based on the needs of the customer. I like how it can be divided into a variety of categories and have it organized; equipment, software, licenses, etc.
