**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

What I appreciate most about Rise Up is the simplicity of using the platform combined with its comprehensive features that facilitate the management and tracking of training. The flexibility to customize content and the responsive support team are also real assets.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

Some simple features are not available (multiple partners on the courses, adjustment of the header photo) and I would like to have advice on pedagogy: I find that we do not have enough challenge in our content and training support on certain features (AI, H5P)

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rise Up allows us to centralize and digitize all of our training, which considerably simplifies the management of learning paths. This saves us valuable time, facilitates the monitoring of employees, and ensures a faster and more consistent skill development within our teams.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

I think the system is overall very intuitive and I find it very easy to navigate and operate.  So far using the system I am finding things are very straight forward.  I believe the team has really thought it through for end users, such as; navigation, preference and layout on the homepage.  I feel it is easy to use and I get to explore the tools more and more as I go along.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

I know this is still early stages of reporting.  There are lots of reporting options but I feel this could be a bit slicker.  i.e. on the progress tracking, for those who have completed a training it will only give me date of when they enrolled onto a course and end time but will not be able to provide me with an expiration date of that training.  I will have to go to a different report i.e. certification to find all that out.  I think it would be great if that can be combined and have everyone under one.  Unless that is an option I have not discovered yet.

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The content provided is very professional, and it is giving our learners a better learning experience with the mandatory training.  We also have been using  a different platform to register our learners for external courses or in house face-to-face training.  Now we can migrate that option onto Rise-Up and it is really helping.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

I am a fan of Rise Up, I like the user interface, and I also like the team behind the tool. As soon as you have a problem, the Customer Success Managers team is very responsive. The Rise Up tool is perfectly integrated with our HR management intranet, which ensures synchronization of users and schedules. Regarding data usage, thanks to PeTra and unique profiles per person, we have a high level of analysis granularity on the people we train and their progress. We also make extensive use of the AI translation integrated into the tool, which allows us to provide access to our training in all languages. The license pricing is very competitive, so we currently have more than 11,000 users on the platform, with a global management team of 20 people, 1 person per country, who have been able to quickly get to grips with the tool thanks to its ease of use. We also have the mobile application, which allows training to be in everyone's pocket.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

The platform sometimes presents a bit too much instability, which blocks us from certain actions. Another point is that some parts of the interface have not yet been updated, for example, the email notification interface or the datalab. We eagerly await these improvements in the roadmap.

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rise Up allows us to put training in every pocket, in all languages, and for everyone, including those who are not comfortable with computers. Rise Up allows us to spread the maximum amount of knowledge to the maximum number of people internally.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

I have been using Rise Up for my training organization for 5 years. This LMS is easy to use for learners as well as for administrators, designers, or group managers. It offers many possibilities for adapting roles and modulating rights, organizing by user groups/sub-groups.

You will find all the data and tools there to effectively track your performance indicators.

For designers, it is an efficient authoring tool that allows the integration of modules in SCORM format.

It allows the creation of courses (grouping of trainings), and the resource library is also interesting to use.

Rise Up is constantly improving and seeking innovation in AI and localization.

Its support service is fast and efficient.

The advantage of Rise Up is also the quality and proximity of its support, with a customer success manager and a dedicated sales contact.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

The software adapts to the needs of a multitude of organizations. This is its strength; however, it cannot always meet a very specific need as a result.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

Frankly, the platform is great! The interface is super intuitive and pleasant to use: whether it's for taking a course or managing users as an admin, you never get lost, everything is in its place. As a designer, the tools are varied and the use of AI adds real value. But what really makes the difference is the support. The support team is extremely responsive. A big thank you especially to Thuy Mai for her patience, availability, and dedication, as well as to Olivier, Mathieu, and the entire support team. It's a pleasure to work with such professional and attentive people!

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

The only small downside for me is that we cannot yet make bulk modifications (as an administrator) via Excel import (for example, to update the descriptions or objectives of training records all at once). It's a shame because we can already export the list, so having the 'import' option for updates would be a huge time saver for administrators. It's not a deal-breaker, but it would be a great improvement for the future!

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rise Up helps us mainly to gain fluidity. The new menu bar is much simpler for navigation. Also, the 'force finish' option is super useful for migrations: it allows learners to immediately see their already validated modules. It saves us a lot of questions and frustration on the user side!

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

I use Rise Up as a central tool in my training organization to deliver remote training. I like the easy-to-understand interface and the app that is available for learners. Additionally, the tracking of learners is very useful, especially the connection statistics. I also find that the centralization of documents and the ability to conduct both synchronous and asynchronous sessions are strong points.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

add a level in the training hierarchy. Presentation of quizzes. The Exam step that does not allow multiple types of files to be submitted / the file submission step that does not notify when a learner submits a file.

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rise Up to centralize documents, conduct synchronous and asynchronous training, and track learner activity. The interface is easy to understand and the application is accessible for learners.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

I appreciate the developments of Rise Up, even if their implementation is often laborious. They cater to ease of use and diversify the features, which is relevant. Moreover, feedback requesting improvements is taken into account, which is really pleasing. The support is quite responsive.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

The implementation and updates of features must be reviewed in their entirety/method. There are too many bugs following the implementation of updates, which causes nuisances on the client side and a waste of time or even worse, sometimes data loss.

Rise Up digitizes processes and facilitates the evaluation and monitoring of learners. The developments increase ease of use and diversify features while incorporating our feedback for improvements.

I appreciate the ease of use of Rise Up. The integration of videos created with external programs into Rise Up is also a particularly useful feature. Exporting our data to Rise Up was easy, which facilitated the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

The Helpline whose problem resolution is too long. Some features at the level of importing our data could be facilitated. The fact that we cannot publish training courses in the catalog. The import of training data from Rise Up to our personnel management tool is problematic.

I use Rise Up to create training sessions and train a large number of people in a short time on mandatory subjects.

RiseUp is fairly easy to use and offer a nice experience for both learner and administrator. Creating courses is quite intuitive even for a complete beginner. We appreciate a lot their Customer Support, they are super quick to react and are genuinely interested in solving issues. The connection with our HRIS is efficient and works properly.

The whole workflow around registrations, attendance, cancellation, completion is completely automated. We save a lot of time on administrative repetitive tasks. Learners now have a dedicated dashboard to keep track of their progress and learnign efforts. It is easy to monitor registrations without having to go to deep into the admin board.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

Starting with very basic but the most important is the user experience, and it is absolutely great. Easier to navigate and not getting frustrated unlike other similar platforms where you dont know what to do. The way the information is available for entry level or senior, is really easy to grasp as the necessary things are presented in sophisticated way. Also as I have experience in integration and automation in CRM as a developer, that seamless integration done here, they didba really good job.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

I would like them to expand the integration availability to more platforms, atleast to the populae ones. Also ain API docs side provide support for more languages, I mean the examples to use it in a feasible way.

I think there are 2 major ones, first one is cost, small startups can afford it easily rather then other similar services and the work flow that solves the inefficiencies in day to day operations.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

We switched from our previous provider to Rise Up as we were looking for a partner; we didn't want a sales/customer relationship.  So far, everyone at Rise Up has acted in our best interests.  The platform itself is simple to naviage and has a great learner interface.  We love the fact that it integrates with Teams meaning that learners can simply log in to their Teams and access learning immediately.  Setting up the platform does take time, but the experts at Rise Up were on hand to support with queries and help with best practice advice.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

It was a bit disappointing that when it was demo'd to us, there was the AI feature for learners but this has been removed.  The only other thing people should be aware is that the translations from French are literal - Registration and Unregistration whereas we'd say, register and unregister and also the use of the pronouns in the masculine, so we see 'he' rather than 'you' or 'they', but they are very minor points.

It's probably a bit too ealry to say, but we're hoping it will help to support the learning culture we're developing at the company.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

The onboarding with RiseUp has been smooth and seamless implementation - setting our team up for success. The platform in intituitve and easy to learn, build content and report. A real winner for both internal and external clients.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

There are a few tweaks such as banner populating and thumbnails. However, RiseUp actively takes feedback onboard and pleased learn that requests are often implemented and remedied as part of the groing Roadmap.

Rise up has helped many Startup businesses with the most accurate resources to use, in addition to that they assisted with clear explanation about everything.

They may be a little bit late in responding, but recently they are trying to come over it as I witnessed this with some friends.

I love the interface. Its refreshing and modern. Its interface allows you to produce the best content possible for your learners. Also their learning path and course layout is perfect and ingaging. Many features.

Would be great if you could upload SCORMS in to the resources folder. Also the ability to replace a file and it replaces it in multiple courses too.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

Rise Up have supported my business as it has growth in the last 12 months. I have found the technical and commercial support to be outstanding. Although Click2 Learn is a small but growing business, Rise Up have treated us as a valued customer with 'Rock Star' treatment

We use the platform to serve multiple use cases for multiple clients and we have found the token system meets our needs perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

Default time zone to Europe Paris when setting up a new user. Data extract and customer reporting could be stronger.

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tokens: We utilise the token system to serve a wide range of clients. We have found this approach flexible and easy to administer. 
Partner Platforms: Having unlimited partner platforms has become an extremely valualble part of our business model, as we are able to offer a dedicated platform with client branding and bespoke configuration.
H5P: Having this authoring tool integrated into the platform has proved increadible useful for created bespoke content for out clients. It allow us to turn around short courses with nice interactive learning features quickly. 
Integration: We have also started to integrate 3rd party software into the Rise Up platform, This includes an external customer database and a proctoring tool.

Riseup is a very easy to use e-learning module. very easy to create an e-learning content / training module. we use it to complete our mandatory trainings

nothing. raise up is great tool. the reporting can be improved

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

As a learning provider in search of an easy to use e-learning platform, Rise Up fit the bill. We needed enough bells and whistles to complement our live instructor-led sessions, but not so many that it would be difficult to administer or complicated for the end-user. Rise Up gets that balance right. Also, their customer service is exceptional. It's rare to have a vendor so interested in your success and so willing to help out. A+ for the customer support!

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

Not much to add here. I suppose the creation of courses and learning paths could be a little more intuitively designed. But compared to other products out there, it's not hard to figrue out.

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rise Up provides us with an online platform for participants in our instructor-led programs  to access materials, complete pre/post session assignments, and collaborate with each other asynchronously. As a small firm, we couldn't build our own platform and didn't need an ovelry robust solution. Rise Up provides us with the right amount of functionality (with lots that we've yet to tap into).

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

The support given is exceptional, with any queiries or issues being delt with quickly by a friendly and enthusiastic team.
Being able to view, add  and update content material quickly and easily is a great benefit. Seing how learners are using the courses and developing is very easy and efficient, along with extensive reports to see which content is working.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

The main dislike would be the usability when accessing from a mobile phone or smaller tablet. It can be less efficient and not as good an experince as on a computer and larger screen.

To be able to add and amend content quickly and easy along with developing new courses.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

We engaged with Rise Up a little over one year ago. We are part of Xplor Technologies, a global SaaS and payments company with various products and verticals across the world. We were introduced to Rise Up by one of our French coworkers using the platform. For our vertical, we are all based in North America, so needed a platform that works in English, but also could scale as we plan to enter additional markets in the coming years. We also needed a platform that had robust reporting, as our previous platform had incredibly limited reports and we weren’t able to know where we should optimize our material.


We decided to build two different accounts within Rise Up. We created an internal academy where we house all of our training materials for employees. Our team found it incredibly easy to create courses around simple things like getting to know Xplor, and more complex learning paths like learning how to use our software. We enroll any new hire into the academy and are constantly adding new courses as we roll out features to the various products within our group. It serves as a central hub that we can send everyone within our teams (customer service, product, sales) to learn about what is going on and not miss any new releases.

 
The second account we built was a client facing academy. This is focused on new client onboarding, and houses our client facing learning paths. Most of that is utilized as part of their onboarding to our various software products, but we hear customers who go back and reference it from time to time. We loved Rise Up because we could make it so much more engaging and interactive than previous tools we had used. Our training team is able to tweak the course weekly as things change, while keeping a very close eye on completion rates and have set up various reminders for customers throughout their onboarding so they don’t forget about the courses. We pair the online courses with live training sessions so we are able to serve the content in multiple ways, knowing that people learn in different ways.

 
Overall, we are extremely happy with Rise Up. We are adding another product into our catalog of courses now, and looking at year two of our contract with them!

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

Moving courses between our two different instances or Rise Up has proven to be a little difficult.

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rise Up's features help us solve the problem of giving our customers and internal teams practice tasks, ways they can engage with our product to actually learn it. It also gives us so much visibility into reporting so we know where we need to improve, ie. where customers drop off, how to break up courses or tasks into smaller bites.

Rise Up are an innovative forward thinking company.
Right from the start we have been welcomed and made to feel important, time taken to show us how the Rise Up can look personalised and customsied for our users. 
We selected Rise Up after alot of research, one of teh key factors was their ambition to grow, change, develop, receive feedback and develop with the market.
People - Rise Up's people are simlar to us, positive, can-do attitude, a fantastic match from the start.

**What do you dislike about Rise Up?**

The pricing model was confusing at first and still a little challenging to understand what is included and what's not.

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are provinding, with Rise Up, sector leading training for teachers. We are able to reach more teachers, at times which are approriate for them, in the right mode, right content. 
Times have changed and we recognised this and wanted to move to a different delivery model - Rise Up suport that for us.

**What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We looked for a more robust solution to support us when we moved to a hybrid delivery model. The system allowed us to customize an experience across an array of clients. Yet, for us, it only required minimal administrative adaptations. The biggest gift to us is the ease of use to navigate the system from both the user and administrative side. 

We also like the ability to segment the Community (discussion boards) by various groups (e.g., by small peer teams, cohort, and client organizations.)

The team behind Rise Up is awesome, so human and approachable.

With the Rise Up app on the employees' Teams app we really have learning in the flow of work and that's a real advantage.

Rise Up has successfully guided use while implementing an internal and external learner management system for real PE.

The friendly, professional and knowledgeable team have guided us with patience and helped us drive our project forward at pace.

Not much to offer as dislikes if we are perfectly honest.

The tokens v's licence decision was a challenge for our business, but we now have a sound understanding of how this can work for our products.

We were keen to develop a suite-style learner management system to host the learning of our real PE members.

This introduction was a new area for us to navigate and transferring all our vILT and in-person content into eLearning modules was quite challenging.

Rise Up has guided us with top-quality support, and we look forward to the benefit this will bring to real PE membership

The landing page of the app is missing the feel of a social media app, to encourage users to visit more regularly. Instead of a dynamic feed of training updates and brand news, users get the static list training courses assigned to them.  This isn't helping to build the user habit of regular visits.

**What do you like best about Rise Up?**

We are using UpGraduate since 6 months. Thanks to UpGraduate LMS, we create our first corporate university to train customers. It's one of the best LMS on the market, focus on user experience, mobility, easy to use .. Finally a LMS built for marketers.

I hope in the future they will improve analytics and add more plugins.
