The AI analysis of buyer signals in phone calls and emails is revolutionary for Substrata. Previously, we were unable to see the subtle cues that we now can use to move deals along 20% faster. Substrata does, however, have a high learning curve and occasionally exhibts difficulty with extremely subtle emotional cues. In spite of this, giving specific , well-thought-out counsle has greatly increased my ability to complete sales. What do you like best about Substrata?

The most powerful tool I use every day is Substrata. As an HR and Conversation Officer for a construction company, I find it particularly useful in helping me decode subtle behavioural cues and unexpressed intentions during conversations between employees, including conflict resolution and negotiating with vendors. By providing real-time insight, I’m able to quickly adjust my approach to every conversation to make each interaction as effective and empathetic as possible. When integrating with some of the popular email/calendar programs, it can be somewhat cumbersome at first, however mastering the more advanced features can make it easier to filter out irrelevant data for quick event-pitching purposes.
