What do you like best about Substrata?

the thing I like most about this product is that it tracks the signals coming from our prospects. As I work as a marketer in a software development company and constantly deal with leads, it is often difficult to figure out whether prospects find our offers interesting or not. What do you dislike about Substrata?

the thing that I dislike most about this product is that the dashboard looks rather complex, meaning that it takes some time to learn how to use this tool properly. What do you like best about Substrata?

What I find most interesting is how it points out the actual sentiment in an email thread. I work with a lot of SaaS entrepreneurs and service providers in my industry, and sometimes there are discrepancies between tone and intent. With Substrata, I can tell if a prospect is losing interest or if there are underlying objections that have not come up yet. It removes all guesswork for me in terms of follow-ups. What do you dislike about Substrata?

I suppose there is a bit of a learning curve in terms of getting used to Substrata. There is just so much data provided, and sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming when you first open the program. I have found that there can be a bit of clutter on the dashboard when you are juggling many high-volume conversations at once. It takes a week or two to really get used to the interface. My favorite aspect of Substrata is the ability to take call & email analytics and turn them into valuable insights for me as a Sales Performance Analyst. Substrata allows me to determine purchaser intent, find trends and enhance the way I forecast sales, thus allowing me to perform my analysis much quicker, with more accuracy, and with actionable results. What do you like best about Substrata?

I utilize Substrata to send hyper-personalized email campaigns based on my customers’ behaviors, automate flows, and track all clicks. It is the backbone of our email marketing efforts here at Comark. Substrata integrates seamlessly with Salesforce for CRM integration, Shopify for ecommerce data, and Zapier for custom integrations – all without any headaches! Their segmentation and automation capabilities were incredible, and we implemented it in two weeks flat! The setup was super easy; I simply logged in, integrated my CRM, imported my lists, and was ready to send a test campaign in under two hours without needing IT assistance! What do you dislike about Substrata?

What do you like best about Substrata?

Substrata allows me to analyze my client's behavior during a meeting and on phone calls. It allows me to pick up on subtle cues such as body language and other indicators from my prospect, and to prioritise those with higher intent so that I can tailor my conversation with them accordingly. All of these things save me a lot of time, improve my deal strategy, and make it much easier for me to manage an enterprise sales cycle that can sometimes be quite complicated.
