In a fast paced industry such as hearing solutions and medical equipment, it matters to us to know how and when clients engage with our messages. The best part is how it helps me stop guessing how people are feeling in long email chains. At Genpact, i have to deal with a lot of different teams and clients. Substrata basically acts like a second pair of eyes that tells me if the tone of conversation is shifting like if someone is becoming impatient or if I’m being too formal. What do you dislike about Substrata? The only real downside is that the platform feels very geared toward “sales” and “closing deals”. Since my work is mire about process management and operations, some of the terminology doesn’t always fir my daily tasks.
