Substrata Pricing Overview

At work, I use Substrata virtually every day, and it has made a positive change. I'm better equipped for any forthcoming emails or meetings in addition to assisting me in advancing negotiations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part is how it helps me stop guessing how people are feeling in long email chains. At Genpact, i have to deal with a lot of different teams and clients. Substrata basically acts like a second pair of eyes that tells me if the tone of conversation is shifting like if someone is becoming impatient or if I’m being too formal. It’s great for making sure my communication stays professional and effective without me having to overthink every sentence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only real downside is that the platform feels very geared toward “sales” and “closing deals”. Since my work is mire about process management and operations, some of the terminology doesn’t always fir my daily tasks.
