I like how easily accessible solution reach is and how it allows us to use all the technology we have access to. It's also makes it very easy to communicate with patients and how simple it is to use.

Sometimes there are several minutes to an hour where the texting app does not work on our desktop computers.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

The time that this system saves us on a daily basis is wonderful. The automated phone calls & text messages are great.

As of yet we have not found anything that we do not dislike.

This system is simple to use, help is just a click away if you need it, time saver & this results in monetary savings.  Training for new employee was a breeze. Patients seem to like the system also, we often get compliments on the ease of use and convenience of the system.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time that our front office spends on the phone is minimal now compared to pre Solutionreach. We find that the confirmation rate is greater when a patient can just simply send us a text message. The time gained is used in other areas of that benefit our office greatly.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

Solutionreach has been an intricate part of our business.  We used to call each and every client to remind them of their appointments, but it became so labor intensive we had to find another way.  With SR 90% of our clients are reminded of their appointments by text or email.  This has cut down tremendously on the man hours, freeing that time up for more productive things.  Additionally the reviews have been priceless.  While we have a 98% success rate of clients either returning or referring us to their friends and family, we know we are not perfect so SR gives us the ability to reach out and correct any mishaps.  Worth every penny!

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Haven't found a way to make sure the reviews get uploaded to Google and Yelp. (but this could just be me.)

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excessive man hours being used to contact clients and the reviews we receive have led new clients to us.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

Shout out to Josh and Bryce!  Valuable, professional and supportive personnel that exude knowledge, confidence, tenacity, during onboarding and implementation!  Solution Reach benefits any organization that hungers to save precious time in managing patient enhancement.  SR offers the means to schedule, call, text, assist with reviews, and use analytic tools as well.  We have used the competition but no one has the professional team that SR offers!
I started with a shout out because all the reviews spell out the benefits of SR but not the team members that spend hours assisting us with our concerns and issues.  I have worked with many support members but SR staff will push to meet our expectations.  Halleluliah!  SR recruits great people!  Thank you!

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

We have been customers for many years and are thrilled with SolutionReach. SolutionReach makes it incredibly simple to recall patients and remind them of upcoming appointments through landline, mobile, text, or email. Our patients appreciate their appointment reminders and ability to confirm by text message, and we love the time and expense that it saves our clinic! SolutionReach also offers inter-office texting between staff and the ability to text patients through a convenient browser window. Our eye care clinic has found this service to be invaluable for letting our patients know when glasses or contact lenses have arrived and are ready to be picked up. Despite their recent growth, I remain very satisfied with SolutionReach's customer service. It is generally easy to reach someone by chat or phone to discuss the occasional issue that may arise. The ease of use of their software is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Some of the ancillary products offered by SolutionReach are a bit half-baked, such as their patient portal and online check-in forms. We have tried these services but have been disappointed with their quality and lack of features. We were recently excited about the ability to pair with Jive for VoIP phone service and pop-ups for phone calls with patient information (this is a great feature of Weave's VoIP), but we have found Jive's customer service to be lacking. I was disappointed that SolutionReach would partner with and recommend products or companies that do not seem to value customer service the way they do.

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

I strongly recommend giving SolutionReach a try. This software has dramatically increased the ease of patient recalls and appointment reminders for us and pays for itself.

SolutionReach simplifies and automates patient recall and appointment reminders and saves us time and staff expense while reducing no-show rates. Our patients love the convenience of text messaging and we have received numerous compliments from patients on the system.

It allows you to communicate with patients via text. Most patients are busy at work and don't want to hear from their dentist, but we obviously need to communicate with them. Most of our patients have been good about responding to the texts.

Currently they are converting everyone to a cloud sync, and that has caused a lot of issues. We are now back on the OLD system for the time being. We look forward to the cloud sync version, but for now are happy with our old system.

If you are looking for an easy platform to communication with your patients and relay information, and reminders, please use SR! It is amazing.

Cloud sync. We understand the benefits of a cloud sync, but with all the issues happening with the cloud sync we prefer the old system as of now. The old system has sync issues as well, but at least we can manually sync when we need to.

There is not anything our office likes about Solutionreach.

The system has a very slow sync time, we have had several patients that have cancelled or rescheduled appointments days ahead and still get several text messages from Solution Reach. When our contract was up, we were notified the day of. There was absolutely no prior notification via email, mail, or phone stating that are contract was almost up. They called the day off and asked if we wanted to renew for a new year. Very unprofessional. They have messed up multiple times to the point we have gotten 6 months free services for both of our offices if that tells you anything.

Don't waste the time and money using Solutionreach. It is cheaper, but you get what your pay for.

There are no benefits or problem solving. SolutionReach has only been a headache for our office.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

We love the appointment reminder texts and e-mails and that you can customize how many reminders to send, and when.  We love the two-way texting service (SR Conversations).  This has helped us in so many ways, from getting pictures of updated insurance cards to rescheduling appointments (when we can't reach the patient by phone) to simply asking a patient to give us a call (due to a voice mail box that is full, not set up, etc, or many people just don't answer their phone anymore!).   Also love the recall messages, birthday messages, ability to send newsletters etc.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

We have had multiple instances of our reminder texts/e-mails not being sent for some reason or another, as well as problems with our SR profile syncing with our EHR/PM.  This has caused some confusion with appointments, missed appointments, etc, since patients have grown accustomed to getting reminder texts (or e-mails) and count on them.  Also, the newsletters can be difficult to customize in some cases, and when I have reached out to SolutionReach for help with some newsletter issues, many times they are not even able to figure out how to do something.  I wish the newsletter design process was a little more intuitive / user friendly.  Lastly, it has been a source of frustration for the doctors that they signed up at a certain monthly rate, but anytime new services are offered, it is all at an extra cost.  We were told in the beginning that as the service improved, rates would never increase.  I wish that it had been worded a bit differently, like that our rates would never increase unless we decided to subscribe to additional products, or something like that.

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

We have looked at several similar services and have really liked using SolutionReach.  The customer service is excellent, and though we have had the occasional problem, they have been good to work through those problems with us and do their best to make things right.  I definitely recommend at least trying it out!

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to call each patient to remind them about appointments.  We like to stay in touch with our patients through newsletters - especially around the holidays to let them know of our holiday hours and how to reach us, etc., and also to invite our patients to leave us reviews on google, facebook, etc.  We have also had a lot of patients schedule because of recall messages.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

Solutionreach has helped us so much with patient recalls and confirmations. Our patients love the convenience of confirming with a simple text message instead of taking more time calling the office.
Also, very convenient that we can set up the frequency of those messages.
We can spend more time taking care of the patients here in the office than trying to confirm them over the phone or by sending an email, especially in an office with a small staff.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

There are been a few technical issues with our sync, we have to open our sync every morning and every so often otherwise confirmations doesn't get written.  We have talked to technical support they have checked it and it doesn't seem to have issues but doesn't get resolved. 
Also, we like and hate the fact that there are so many features and additional services that are not included and have an additional fee, which is understandable but sometimes inconvenient for small offices trying to survive high rents.

Helpful platform, simple to use and so many great features. Easy to manage and very positive patient experience.

One of the best benefits we have since we started a few years ago with Solutionreach is the capability of reaching back a lot of the patients that were not active, many we had tried calling for recall appointments with no much luck and now they have returned to our practice.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

SolutionReach is best for texting and sending newsletters via email. It is HIPPA compliant which is great for in a medical practice.  
It is connected to the EHR that we use and automatically sends appointment reminders to patients on the schedule. Reminders can be sent weeks or days before depending on the preference of the office. 
Patients are able to send pictures of insurance cards. 


**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

The only dislike we have for the system is that even when we cancel a patients appointment, the patient still gets a text. On our EHR as soon as a patient cancels their appointment we update the schedule and put that the patient has cancelled but somehow there is something that is not syncing when we update the schedule. 
We are always getting calls from patients saying they already called and canceled their appointment but they still received a text. 

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

It's great if you have a big or small practice. Solution reach makes contacting patients and patients contacting the office much easier. 
Great for Newsletters! For example we are a dermatologist office and we do sell products and offer cosmetic treatments there are times we offer seasonal sales or promotions. With SolutionReach we are able to send a Newsletter to all of our patients so that they're aware of the sales/promotions. 
You can customize the newsletter and use templates that are provided. 
This feature is great for not only medical offices but other business.

No shows can always a problem in offices. SolutionReach has helped reduce the amount of no shows we have.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

When our patients are unable to answer the phone for a conversation, I can send them a message about what I need to speak with them about. It's easier for some patients at work to text than call. Our patients enjoy getting the appointment reminders instead of taking an appointment card and losing the card and missing their appointments.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

I do not like that it is limited to 250 characters. With spaces, and punctuation it is difficult to get the entire message out to the patient and we have to send multiple messages. 

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

Absolutely a game changer for our office. We struggled with reaching our patients. Once we started with SR many of our patients are loving the automated reminders of their apts so they do not have to take a card, risk losing the reminder card. For our new pts we can send them a text with our address, phone number and apt time. 

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our phone line had been down several times and Solutionreach allows our patients to request an apt if our lines are down. 
When patients do not answer the phone and we leave a voicemail, some patients do not check their voicemail. They call asking what we called for or simply do not come to appts when we have reached out to them. SR allows us to send texts so if they don't listen to voicemails, we have the option to text.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

I really like the ability to text patients if we can't reach them by phone or don't have a valid address for them. I also like the fact that automatic reminders of appointments for patients! Our patients have been asking us for a while if we could send them reminders of their appointments, but we didn't have an easy way to do it. This feature is even more helpful now that we preschedule delivery appointments 2-4 weeks in advance. If a patient asks for a reminder, we just let them know that they will receive a text or voice call a few days before their appointment!

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Most of my dislikes don't have anything to do with what SolutionReach can help. It's mainly stuff like patients who reply with something other than 'stop'  to opt out, so we manually have to go in and stop the messages. Or patients who reply with emojis to their appointment confirmations, so we have to go in and update the appointment. I don't get notifications when patients message us, but that may also be an issue on my computer's end instead of solutionreach.

Definitely watch ALL of the training videos before implementing the service.

SoluionReach has made reaching out to referred patients so much easier and really frees up our phone lines. It's so much easier to text a patient than it is to answer the call and continually put the patient on hold while we look up their information. With SolutionReach, it's so easy!

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

Solution Reach is easy to use. They are always adding great new features - like two way texting! Very affordable. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Solution Reach does not have two way communication with my EHR; therefore I still have some manual data entry. We recently added SR Intake and have asked questions that no one seems to be able to answer. I'm glad they want to add new programs but really need to get the kinks worked out before releasing (maybe some Beta testing). Technical support staff is not always friendly and very hard to reach. 

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Text confirmations are wonderful. I've regained so much time by not having to call every patient on our schedule! We also utilize newsletters to send program reminders to patients. Two-way texting has also been helpful for reaching patients who aren't able to answer the phone during the day.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

The ease of use with everything. It is very user friendly and easy to learn. SR has also made our office run more efficiently. We have implemented the use of automatic recalls and conversations which has made a huge difference! We can text our patients which gets a much better response and the staff isn't spending valuable time on the phone calling patients about upcoming appointments, getting insurance information, etc. It's great!

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

I can usually tell when a new feature is in the works or a new "product" is coming out. We rarely have problems with the program but if there are any glitches, it is generally around the time a new product is being introduced. They are always quick to get things running again!

I would highly recommend Solutionreach. They offer many different services that are not available by competitors. The customer service is quick and the people you talk to genuinely want to help and sound like they enjoy their job. It's a great company to work with and they actually listen to your feedback and suggestions!

Conversations has solved a lot of problems. Solutionreach has allowed me to multi-task which is vital for a busy office. The time spent on the phone is cut down substantially since adding the texting feature. It isn't just beneficial for the office either, patients prefer the option to text us too.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

We have been using SolutionReach for six years now, during that time we have saved countless hours of calling patients to remind them of their appointments, or informing them that we have received their order, or that they are overdue for their annual exam. Most of those phone calls ended up in a voicemail that never got checked. Thanks to the automation of text and email reminders we have happier patients, who are notified faster and more efficiently of their order or their appointment or their recall. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

The Newsletter templates still leave something to improve on. There are times when the software will glitch out, and patients will get incorrect automated messages. This can cause big problems for us. Thankfully, days like those are few and far between.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient communication, especially keeping in touch once they leave the office. Thanks to the SR Conversations feature, we are able to text directly with patients from the same phone number they have known for years. We also keep us on the top of their minds with educational newsletters every month. SolutionReach has made our office more efficient and more patient centered.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

It has allowed us to eliminate phone calls for appointment reminders. This makes life easier for the administrative staff. Many patients don't answer their phones during the day, but they will answer text messages. New features are always being added. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

The support staff is disorganized. It took months to get training scheduled with SR implementation staff; we almost gave up. The worst part of that is that we were being charged for the service; but we couldn't use it. After we became SR customers, they called us for 2 years offering the service. We kept telling them we were already customers, but they just kept calling. Poor follow through on demo appointments. 

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

Allow your tech savvy staff members to take the lead in SR setup and feature management. Its very empowering. 

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient appointment reminders. We have better response times from patients with texting versus calling. Office Closings--in the past we had to call each patient individually in the event of inclement weather or other reason for an altered schedule. Now we can send mass communication via text and email. For remote access, this product is very easy to use. Nice!

The patient appointment reminders and recall has made a positive impact on our kept appointments and recalls. Patients love that they can communicate  with the office via text message, and it is super convenient for the office as well!

I have not found anything that I dislike about Solutionreach. It was difficult to navigate at first but with training , it has become an excellent tool for the office.

Solution Reach has helped us increase the percentage of kept appointments with the convenient text/email appointment reminders. We have also seen an increase in recall patients scheduling with the recall feature. Love the ability to send patients a request for review with Solution Reach.

It's hard to imagine how we managed our office before coming on board with Solution Reach! For years we manually called every patient for material pick up as well as confirmations for appointments. Now to mention the 600 plus post cards we would stamp by hand each month for recalls. Now, Solution Reach does all that for us and let's us place our focus on more important things. We have gotten nothing but positive feedback from patients who love the new system as well!

We have had a few issues with SR not syncing with Revolution EHR and have had to call for tech help.

Take advantage and learn all the tricks and uses of the system to make the most of your money!

We love SR Notify.  This is the best! The patient love the option to text as most have a very busy schedule and are unable to call. It is also great for us when we can't leave voicemails but they patient receives text messages.

SR Review.  Wasn't that great to show review's to patients on different platforms. Also when working on newsletter. The set up is a little hard to work with when inputting pictures, cropping, and staying within the limit of how many words can be place on the newsletter.

If you can't figure it out, do not hesitate to call! The reps are always willing to help and walk you through any problem that you might have and if they can't solve it for you they take the time to find the answer for you with someone else or call you back when they do get the answer.

We have much better communication with our patient as to reaching out to them in regards to their health, getting more information with their insurance. Solutionreach is very consistent. I run a busy chiropractic practice and am focused on treating patients. Solutionreach runs automatically in the background and I do not need to touch it at all, which is a huge value for me.  I also like that it is HIPPA compliant and integrate seamlessly into the electronic health records software that our practice utilizes.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

The email drip campaign (newsletter) feature only allows for you to send one email per week, I would like to be able to send multiple emails per week with this feature.  I would also like see some more robust CRM type features added into the Solutionreach platform. I would like to have all electronic communication tools under one umbrella instead of having to utilize multiple different products that do not integrate into each other.  I would be willing to pay for this additional feature

Make sure that it is integrated with whatever business software you are utilizing.

Patients missing appointments and patient communication. Solutionreach has decreased our no call/no show percentage for patient visits and help us to capture more revenue. It has also made it easier our office to change appointments by reading the message from a patient instead of having to answer an additional 10-15 phone calls per business day.

I have tested a lot of products and even used a couple before we found Solution Reach but there are none that even come close to what Solution Reach can do. 
One last thing that I will mention is that some great companies diminish after a few years because they stay stagnant, Solution Reach is continually seeking ways to add to their product so that it add an increased value to this already priceless product.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

Solution Reach has been generally easy to work with and syncs up well with our EMR (General Electric Centricity) to cross-share patient information and account details. They have great customers service and the "help" section of the site has wonderful tutorials if you're struggling with navigating the portal, or setting up a custom communication. It can gather all our information from as far back as the company records go, meaning we can target patients who haven't been here in years - a nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Some things are saved in weird places. For example, different communication options and their coresponding reports are all saved under different names in different areas of the portal - so it's not alway user friendly to do a big sweep and check everything at once. All emails should, ideally, deploy out of the same area of the site - but they don't. I wish I could create drag-and-drop custom newsletters (similiar to MailChimp).

Make sure your information is syncing properly before going live. We used a 3rd party tech team to set-up with our remote system.

This platform helps us with scheduling and patient communications - including recalls, reminders and general newsletters. We use it for both text and email communications. We also use it to organize "trigger" emails such as birthday messages and recalls that deploy on their own via actions a potiant takes.

Texting capabilities using our landline has been amazing! It saves our staff so  much time in call-backs and we are able to reschedule cancelled appointements right away via text.

It would be awesome if SR Intake information could be imported directly into the patient's medical history and into smartdocs instead of us having to download and import into smartdocs and enter in medical hx manually  - Regardless, it's still better than loads of paperwork

Not everything is automated.  Still have some bugs to figure out regarding previous patients when it comes to online appointments.

I would like it if SR intake and SR tablet could work together instead of having to choose one or the other.

We loved using the SR Tablet, so we chose to give the SR intake a try. We LOVE SR intake as well, just wish we could use them both for paperwork. But, having online paperwork available to use has greatly cut down our daily paper use which is great!

Automated and customized messaging is awesome. We also use the texting option every day! Online scheduling is a must for our patients. There are lots of things to love!

Sometimes our portal and software says our pw is incorrect, but later it will work just fine. I'm not sure what the issue is there, but it always lets us in eventually.

Getting recall pt's scheduled without having to do a lot of hands on. We don't have to pay someone to sit and call down a list or print reminder cards. It really pays for itself.

For several years we have used their service.  Still satisfied.  They really help out on those tasks that are time consuming, and have eliminated us having paper patient forms.  They allow patients to pay via text, which is very convenient for a lot of busy patients!  They stay on the front line of their field and do not disappoint!

Needing a refresher for some of the services.  That does take quite a bit of time, and I don't always have time to go over all of the services they offer.

Our office loves SR Conversations app because we find it the quickest way to communicate with our patients in this new technology-driven era. We love the newsletter templates, it makes sending out quarterly newsletter quick and painless. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

We have had to speak with customer service several times to reinstall/figure out why Solution Reach wasn't syncing with our appointment book. 

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting in touch with our patients through SR Conversations has really helped keep an updated schedule. Patients can no longer say they did not listen to our confirmation voicemails because they can communicate through text with us if they need to reschedule!

Sometimes patients will complain that they were inundated with texts/emails, so perhaps that can be a little overwhelming at times.

Lots of options on the market, but solutionreach is tried and true! We love it!

Easy confirmations. Great for filling up open spots on the schedule.

The services offered are great and it isn't that hard to use.

We have constant interruptions in our service and techs who are not sure why it is happening.There also used to be a lot more personalized care and it is very automated now with no regular rep to help us anymore.

Definitely look into using Conversations, it is a great service.

Confirmations take a lot of time, so it definitely helps in this area. Texting using our office number is very useful as well.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

I like the fact that it gives our business the opportunity to reach out to our patients conveniently and in a timely manner. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

I dislike the fact the updates are not real time. For a clinical, that is a much pain.  I also do not like the process of me having to provide "multiply examples" before they can fix any issue.

Be patiuent and also make sure to follow up on your tickets and keep your ref#

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most definitely has seen a decrease in our "No Shows" due to patients being able to reach us after hours and at their convenience.

The program is so easy to use. The set up was a breeze and customer service, is truly service. They are friendly and willing to help!

Really, there isn't much of anything I can think of that I dislike... other than we didn't start using the service sooner!

Do not be turned off by the monthly price. The service will be worth every penny and is better than hiring another employee

We have been able to save time by not having to make reminder calls. Patients love the text messaging and our failed appointment rate has been dramatically reduced

Patients are able to contact us easier and at their convenience. They are not always able to make a phone call or answer our calls but, they can quickly send a text to reach us.
