# I would love someone to contact us regarding the SR Intake issue we are having.

We've been using Patient Reach tablet for about a year. When we added SR intake the paperwork we set up in Patient Reach tablet is no longer there and when we try to add in questions they will not save. Can we use both? What do you do if a patient has not completed the paperwork ahead of time?

Hi Ainsley! Thank you for stopping by and asking a question. I'm Jasmine, a Research Analyst at G2, and one of my areas of expertise is health care. 

First things first: the PatientReach Tablet app can only be used on an Apple iPad that runs on iOS 9 or higher. When you switched over to SR Intake, did you change tablet devices? Another thing: when you used PatientReach Tablet, only one health history form can be active at a time on the app. Perhaps there are multiple forms being created and stored as you use SR Intake? Whether you're using PatientReach or SR Intake, both systems are designed to automatically upload information from forms into the overall SolutionReach system. 

Additionally, there are some practices and practice management systems that are not fully integrated with SolutionReach which doesn't allow for the automatic uploading of information from patient intake forms. SolutionReach is expanding their integrations with practice management and EHR systems to address this problem.
