# Is Solution Reach only for US based companies ?

SolutionReach is used nationwide; currently, SolutionReach's PRM platform reaches more than 80 million patients across the United States. However, as of right now, there is no specific global, non-US support. SolutionReach was created in response to the realization that compliant text messaging/patient communication systems didn't exist in the US as they existed in Asia and Europe.
