# Is there a way to import copay's into the patient profile under insurance?

We are able to see pt's insurance under their profile but it does show as much info as we enter in Crystal. Also we have the patient's cards on file in Crystal PM yet it does not show on SR Profile. Do we have to upload and enter everything our self?

We use Eyefinity as our PM software.  We believe SR and Eyefinity are compatible and therefore if the patient owes money the information ports over.  Otherwise, SR will require you to input everything yourself.  I hope this answers your question.  Good luck!
