**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

Easy to use, integration with PM system. The reviews and surveys are a must to know what your patients are really thinking. The reports help you keep a pulse on everything. Conversations is text messaging with patients which is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

There are some limitations for our patients multiple location offices such as can only list one office address. Also the portal and app require individual logins for each patient instead of a family login.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have saved money on our annual advertising campaigns for physicals, vaccines etc.. by sending our own custom newsletters. We also have saved some phone time by the use of conversations.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

I enjoyed being able to import my own graphics and designs with minimal clicks.  Being able to one click add things like social links, patient info, location info etc. The lay out was table based which made making it customized easy to do. Customer service was great! Not only did I have access to online help but the local representative was amazing and stayed in touch!

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

There was a cap on the amount of storage you had for graphics so you had to go back and delete the graphics one by one even if you deleted the campaign. 

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

Watch the tutorials and take advantage of the training. It will make an already easy to use software even more so!

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reached our entire mailing list with the ease of one email.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

They're reliable and hands free.  One of the easiest implementations I've ever done.  It just works.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

I wish we utilized the product to its fullest!  We have many features we do not use yet due to adoption of technology internally and externally.

We focus on appointment reminders for our office

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

The best part is being able to customize reminders! Patients can specify how many reminders they want. We also like the feature for patients that require pre-med, they get a reminder message telling them to take their medication. We used to spend almost 4 hours a day on reminders now we only spend about 20 minutes!

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Can't think of anything. Keep up the great work!

We have been able to focus on other things in the office, like recruiting new patients and increasing production.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

SolutionReach has improved ease of communication with our patients which has made a huge difference in patient retention and production. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

There is not much I dislike about SolutionReach. Sometimes I wish the newsletter templates were more customizable without having to go into the HTML side of things.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with patients. Patients miss their appointments less often because of the reminders. If they are unable to make their appointment they tend to reschedule through text as soon as they receive the reminders.

There is nothing that I dislike. As previously stated I like all aspects of this communication product

My favorite thing is the automated (text/email) appointment reminders!

There honestly is not really anything that I don't like about SR.

The relationship between our office and our patients has increased tremendously!

Sr notify us quick and easy...it's real time texting from your home screen so you can work on other things.  It gets information to the patients fast! 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

It's not really customizable...and I haven't seen a place to save frequently sent texts so that you dinner have to retype it over and over

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have less cancellations with the reminders and we are saving man hours

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

How easy to software is to use and how much times in saves our clinic on a daily basis. If there every is an issue, customer service takes care of you as soon as possible.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

There are sometimes glitches when trying to select newsletters to send. I also wish they would update their Newsletters selections more often.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with our patients. Texting and calls are so much easier through SR. The patients like it better and we don't have to make call all day or send out post mail anymore.

The ease of use and how much time it saves our practice on a daily basis!

There are, at times, issues with SR syncing with our PM software.

I love the ability to connect better with my patients. I am able to e-mail or text them when a call just isn't convenient for them. I love how my appointment retention has gone up with my missed appointments going down.

I wish we had online booking to help our younger patients set up appointments

We have dramatically improved with missed appointments and no shows thanks to SR.

I love how easy it is to communicate with my patients at any time. Easy to text or listen to voicemail.

Lots of bugs, but support is very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

Know that it crashes quite a bit, let them work out the bugs though. Very helpful.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of patients are eager to get their new glasses but are unavailable to talk during the day due to work and don't often check voicemail. Being able to text the patients opens up a lot of opportunity to reach out to patients when we couldn't before.

Everything that you guys have. My top things are: being able to text patients, send newsletters, have the system send out confirmations.

I honestly like everything so far. I let them know when something needs to be fixed.

ITS AWESOME. GIVE THEM A TRY.

The ease of the program. Anyone can use the system with the way it is designed and the help there is to walk you through.

Nothing really, we have never had an issue with the program and we have used it for over 2 years now.

Time gaps in the schedule, also the ever hated no show's

This software has been the best solution for our private office’s direct marketing issue. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

The only dislike I have is that the reports feature can be a little difficult to navigate.

We have struggled with direct marketing and patient communications. SolutionReach is perfect for our needs.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

The ability to text with patients and create group messages. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

They charge an additional fee for the new texting feature, which is ridiculous, seeing as how Weave offers it inclusive to their services. It's not worth the added cost and seems like you're getting fleeced. 
Also,  sometimes features get buggy and don't work,  but that depends on SR's compatibility with your software. 

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

 Check out other software in addition to this.  There may be a better option for you.  SR was the only compatible software worth Daisy dental management software,  so we had no other choices. 

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient appointment confirmations are easy and (mostly) reliable. Patients enjoy the birthday message.  I've enjoyed the time saving benefits for confirmations and group messages.

You have the ability to notify patients a select number of days when their next appointment is without having to reach out to them individually

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

There are sometimes glitches and patients that are signed up claim they do not get text notifications.

We are able to get a better turn out of patients making their appointment confirmations via text or call

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

The best thing about SolutionReach is the recall feature. Being able to have a computer remind patients they are due for their cleaning and the office just has to wait till they raise their hand to book their appt. 

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

That is doesn't sync in realtime with our dental software. I know that is a hard stretch but it can sometimes affect our system, also that when a patient reply to the automatic message we dont know if it is from an appointment reminder or recall messsage. 

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reactivation of old existing patient and amount on inefficient time on confirming patient appointment.
