Solitics gives us a clear, real-time view of how customers move through our site and apps. It connects data from all our tools, so we’re finally able to see the full journey without jumping between platforms. The best part is how easy it is to create segments and trigger personalized messages based on actual user behavior — it's made our campaigns way more relevant.

**What do you dislike about Solitics?**

It took us a little while to get used to the interface and figure out how to build some of the more advanced journeys. Would also love to see more flexibility in reporting exports. Not deal breakers, but things that could be better.

What problems is it solving for you?
Before Solitics, we were flying blind when it came to understanding user behavior across touchpoints. Now, we can clearly see where people drop off, what drives conversions, and how to act on that in real time. It’s helped us improve retention and drive better results from our marketing.

**What problems is Solitics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solitics helps us bring all our customer data together in one place — before, we were struggling to track the full user journey because our data was stuck in different systems (CRM, website, email platform, etc.). Now we can see real-time behavior and understand exactly where users are dropping off or converting. This has helped us improve targeting, reduce churn, and personalize communication without needing a lot of manual work or help from developers.

**What do you like best about Solitics?**

What I like most about Solitics is its ability to unify data from multiple sources in real-time, enabling highly personalized customer journeys. The platform is extremely user-friendly, even for non-technical users, and allows marketing teams to act instantly based on customer behavior. The real-time automation and segmentation tools save a tremendous amount of time while improving engagement rates and customer satisfaction. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever needed.

While Solitics is powerful, there is a bit of a learning curve in the initial setup—especially for those not familiar with data mapping or integration processes. It would be great if there were more onboarding tutorials or in-app guidance. Additionally, some advanced customization options may require technical assistance or support from their team.

Solitics is helping us solve several key challenges in real-time customer engagement and data management. One of the biggest problems we faced was the lack of unified, real-time data from multiple sources. Solitics seamlessly integrates data from our CRM, website, app, and other platforms, providing a 360° customer view without the need for complex IT involvement.

**What do you like best about Solitics?**

As a marketing automation platform, Solitics provides enough options for non-technical users to hit the ground running and start "touching" their clients through multiple channels as soon as the platform is handed off. They also provide the tools and the flexibility for more technical users to perform much more complex and complicated operations. But the most important aspect is the support - there's always someone available to help you, and the people who you are in touch with are knowledgable and eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Solitics?**

Like any company, their development pipeline is complicated and does not always proritize requests for individual clients over requests which have a larger impact.

**What problems is Solitics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solitics is providing me with the tools and insights that I need in order to create automations based on my own custom segmentation for interacting with my clients.

Solitics allows me to create personalized and automated customer journeys based on real-time data. The reverse integration helps more departments align, for example, marketing and sales. Segmentation is a plus - it generates multiple layers of customization and so on the Save Data feature.

**What do you dislike about Solitics?**

I dislike the time policy limitation at the customer journey level. This limitation forces me to create multiple journeys with the same characteristics to target different geographical regions with different timezones.

Solitics helps me build the marketing automation infrastructure, reaching the audience via multiple channels. I use Solitics to build customer journeys that respond to users' actions, engage them with promotional and marketing communications, and reactivate lapsed users. The customization created via segmentation and the possibility of having dynamic content using smart placeholders enhance the results and diminish the operational effort.

one platform for all marketing channel: email, sms, push, popups.... advanced report and CRM modul in which I can check specific customer communication, ability to add new events easliy. 
They have great support and help fix issues quickly and make sure you make the most of the system.
I used more than one marketing automation tool and this is the only system which I was able to work only through one system which integrate to diff channels providers.

I must admit that I dont have something which I have problem with,
the only thing was that sometime I needed to communicate them for new provider integration, but they add new abiliy to do it alone.

sending customers real time data in diff channels, to save time I can also using Tokens which helping me to save time and not edit each time the promotion

Solitics is extremely flexible and can be used for almost any customer engagement scenario. We planned to use the platform for customer journeys, but when learning how versatile the platform is we started planning on how to expand its usage.

Solitics enables marketing professionals to create multi-channel, personalized customer journeys based on all customer data in real-time (less than 2 seconds). The possibility of using all customer data, both historical and live, enables the creation of elaborate, trigger-driven sophisticated customer touchpoints. These proved to improve customer engagements, which in turn drove LTV and loyalty, resulting in a significant increase in revenue and conversions.

Clearly, no solution is perfect, and the need to integrate it with core data sources causes a bit of a pain - but hey, that's not unique to them and must be done with any solution anyways, regardless of the platform.

**What do you like best about Solitics?**

The ability to have all your data segmented and ready to be used in one intuitive UI. The integration process is very simple and by 30-45 days you can have access to the system. In addition, you can run complexed journeys for different languages.
Besides the data management capabilities, one of the most important capabilities of solitics’ is the ability to react contextually based on the player’s actions and in real time, unlike other companies that say "Real time" but mean up to 2-3 minutes. solitics does in a few seconds.

The UI could have some improvement, as it seems a bit outdated.

We use Solitics automation platform to plan and execute my campaigns and promotions, as part of our long-term marketing strategy, we are reacting to our customers based on their behavior and actions via multiple channels such as : WhatsApp, SMS, Email and in-site pop- ups, we saw an incredible uplifts in almost all metrics since we started to use solitics.

**What do you like best about Solitics?**

The ability to segment the data properly while getting an easy integration abilities. Complexed journeys for different languages and the ability to drill down reports. Must mention the pop up function that operates by trigger of the user - converts amazing to leads and deposits.
Reacting LIVE in real time is the best feature no one is offering now in the industry. While my customers in the platform, I can react to them live and offer them promotions and keep them purchasing in the platform and track their behavior.

The look of the system is a little bit outdated, but I don't judge the book by it cover. The UI is complexed for the small gaming companies. It must have a person dedicated on it or a small team to operate it as "SOLITICS team leads".

**What problems is Solitics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planing future campaigns and planning long-term strategy. We've created several emails for different segments such as leads, depositors, VIPs, and we've created several flows to get the ability to know our customers better.
We also generated a massive data breakdown and we know the behavior of our purchasers better so we could interact with them better and offer them better bonuses.
We can combine all the communication channels under 1 roof without forcing us to move from on platform to another - that force us to get analytics from different places.

I'm working with Solitics for the last few years, and it changes our ability to react to the customer in real-time. as a Trading company, the ability to react in real-time is vital for us. with Solitics we finally enhanced our conversion and retention efforts.  we were able to see substantial revenue uplifts. 


Main abilities which are the most critical: 
Easy integration, All different channels campaign set up and reports in one place, 
Response and Real-Time
Fast and professional customer support
the system keeps improving and adding new features

**What do you dislike about Solitics?**

The main pain point is that the popup feature ability cannot support mobile App

Real Marketing automation.
you don't need to deal with development and spending time with integration,
very professional team

1. The main problem which we had before solitics is the real-time response, we found that a lot of Marketing automation tools claim that they are real-time, but once you drill down you understand its not real-time (usually about 2 hours of sync) 
Trading is a very dynamic environment and we must respond in real-time to customers' actions.

2. Multiple channels in one system - No need to work on a few dashboards to track data, all in one place - email, push and popups.

After an extensive vetting process with a number of globally recognized vendors, Solitics stood out as the best solution for optimizing our performance. We wanted to make sure our marketing efforts were data‑driven in real-time, so we chose a platform that is able to swiftly consolidate all our data sources, and enable us to communicate with our customers contextually, at the right time, using any channel.

The Solitics platform is extremely user-friendly and made a real difference to our automation and data management processes. As we are an agency for a trading company we must react based on our traders' behavior and in absolute real time.  With Solitics we finally managed to do that resulted in better conversion and retention efforts leading to substantial revenue uplifts.

The only downside I see is the User Interface of the platform, But it's just my thought

We were having some difficulty cycling  emails and mainly with user acquisition funnels. Solitics gave us great solutions for these parts of the platform.

Although the platform is pretty intuitive, I believe there is room for improving a little bit the UI/UX.
