As a marketing automation platform, Solitics provides enough options for non-technical users to hit the ground running and start "touching" their clients through multiple channels as soon as the platform is handed off. They also provide the tools and the flexibility for more technical users to perform much more complex and complicated operations. But the most important aspect is the support - there's always someone available to help you, and the people who you are in touch with are knowledgeable and eager to help.
