They help fill in the gaps in our knowledge and give us guidance when we need it. **What do you dislike about Acuity?** I dislike confusion around pricing changes, which can be frustrating. They do resolve these issues swiftly having a pricing structure from the beginning would be ideal. **Recommendations to others considering Acuity:** Go for it! **What problems is Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acuity help in service providers by delivering high quality work. Their attention to detail and professionalism have greatly benefited my business by giving me confidence, in outsourcing tasks while focusing on areas of growth. ### 2. This has made it easy for us to file our taxes and to resolve any financial questions that arise. ### 3. Any time we need a solution, have a question or problem, Acuity is there to assist. We have been pleased with the services we have received. **What do you dislike about Acuity?** Occasional issues with how certain items sync in from other systems, however, Acuity always does a great job of "cleaning up," if needed. **Recommendations to others considering Acuity:** Highly recommended for bookkeeping and controller services. Acuity is a great resource for accounting related questions that you or your team may not be as familiar with, as well as for accounting solutions. ### 4. Processes put in place have worked great. We can rely on them to guide us in the write direction and follow best practices. **What do you dislike about Acuity?** They are fast growing (so are we) so they sometimes use new tools. If you don't like change, be aware of this. Other than that, we really don't have anything to say that is bad. The relationship has been very helpful to use and allowed us to focus on more important things as we scale. **Recommendations to others considering Acuity:** They have the ability to offer more service as you grow (Controller, CFO, etc...). As you have problems or obstacles let them know and they can help come up with a solution with you. ### 5. We have used them for everything from basic bookkeeping to CFO insights. Their ability to scale is fantastic and have helped us at many stages of growth. **What do you like best about Acuity?** Their team, service, and quality. They go above and beyond and are able to scale which is something other services were not able to do. They use Quickbooks or Xero so you do not have to go through the arduous process of changing systems. They also give you free accounts of things like Bill.com, Xero/Quickbooks and others if you sign on with them - it is an easy decision for small business owners. **What do you dislike about Acuity?** I have thought about this and honestly, there is nothing I dislike. They clearly treat their team/employees well and that spills into their client work. Typically in-house or part-time bookkeepers are grumpy or rigid in scope. Acuity always takes care of us and makes sure we have what we need to grow. **Recommendations to others considering Acuity:** Definitely use them, they have been a massive help to our business. ### 6. They are reliable and reach out to us when there are questions, and we basically just get a financial summary in our inbox each month. **What do you dislike about Acuity?** We haven't had any problems with Acuity - they are great to work with! ### 7.
