**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

The transition to SleekFlow has been a game-changer for our team’s productivity. The onboarding was remarkably smooth—their support team didn't just hand us a manual; they actually helped us map out our initial workflows. We’ve seen a clear ROI in our response times, which have dropped significantly since centralizing our WhatsApp and Instagram DMs into one place. The performance of the platform is knowing we have a responsive support team behind us gives us huge peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

While the platform is incredibly robust, I’ve encountered some occasional bugs within the Flow Builder when setting up complex, multi-step automations. Sometimes the canvas can be a bit glitchy when dragging nodes, or a specific trigger doesn't save correctly on the first try, requiring a page refresh. It’s a minor inconvenience given how powerful the tool is, but a smoother, more 'bug-free' experience in the builder would make the setup process much faster."

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SleekFlow, our customer data was scattered across different apps, leading to missed leads and slow response times.  The AI Intelligence now handles our basic FAQs and lead qualification 24/7, which has been a huge boost to our ROI—we’re closing sales even while the team is offline. The UI/UX makes it easy for our staff to manage high-volume chats without feeling overwhelmed, and the performance has remained stable even during our biggest sales events.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow’s AI and Intelligence features are miles ahead of other tools we’ve tried. The AI power-up for drafting replies has drastically reduced the mental load on our agents. What’s even more impressive is the UX/UI; it’s intuitive enough that our new hires can navigate the inbox with almost zero training. The integrations (specifically with our CRM and Shopify) are seamless, allowing us to see customer purchase history right next to the chat window. It’s a sophisticated platform that feels surprisingly simple to use.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

The web platform is flawless, but the mobile app still has room to grow. While it’s great for basic replies on the go, it doesn’t yet offer the full power of the desktop Flow Builder or the deep AI settings. I have also occasionally experienced slight delays in push notifications on mobile compared to the desktop version. Improving the app's parity with the web version would make this a perfect 10/10

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow makes it easy to manage customer conversations from platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram all in one place. The interface is clean, simple, and user-friendly, and the automation features help save time while improving response efficiency. Overall, it’s especially useful for streamlining communication and supporting better team productivity.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Some of the more advanced features can take a while to fully understand, especially for new users. In addition, occasional delays or minor glitches when syncing messages across platforms can impact the overall experience.

SleekFlow addresses the challenge of managing customer conversations across multiple platforms by bringing everything into one place. It helps improve response times, reduces the chance of missed messages, and makes it easier to track conversations and convert leads more efficiently.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

The most helpful part is the responsive, active customer service, and the fact that I can embed my Sleekflow chat widget directly into my website (Shopify). It has helped me increase my conversion rate when I’m offline. I trained the AI to answer customer inquiries about products and promotions, which makes it easier to support customers even when I’m not available.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

I keep running into issues with the AI training part. For example, when we can’t update the newest promotions, we end up having to key them in manually because it can’t capture them from the website. On top of that, it takes about a month of gradual training before it becomes mature enough to answer customer questions properly. The cost of Broadcast is pricey, and sometimes we don’t get the return on that cost. Also, the 24-hour window closes down the conversation with the customer, which means we can’t follow up as we’d like, and we end up needing to work on Saturday.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usually, customer service is helpful, especially through the chat widget on the website when I run into issues with it not showing up. However, the recent update to the widget’s new style doesn’t work well for me because it blocks part of the website page and gets in the way of viewing the content.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

I like how SleekFlow allows us to shift from multiple client numbers to one number, connecting our entire company on a single line. This feature makes us look more professional to our clients since they see only one number for our company. Additionally, it simplifies the process when clients have concerns, directing them to the specific branch they're looking for through the welcome flow that SleekFlow creates.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

I think it's whenever you're sending a broadcast, it's a little bit time-consuming because we have multiple siblings with one number. So we need to separate the file. If we wanted to personalize the messages, so they will not receive the wrong message.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SleekFlow helps us manage messages across branches by consolidating client communication into one number. This streamlines our operations, making us look more professional and ensuring clients can easily reach the right branch.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow has helped my business handle WhatsApp messages with less stress and more control. I can automate greetings, reminders and follow ups which helps me respond faster and give a better experience to my customers.

The broadcast tools are easy to use and the analytics help me see which campaigns perform well. What I like most is the unified inbox that keeps everything organised so I never miss a message. SleekFlow has made my customer communication smoother and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

One area that needs improvement is the analytics. The platform offers basic data but the depth is still limited and the date range cannot be customised much. It works for simple tracking but may not be enough for advanced performance analysis.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SleekFlow helps me solve the issue of juggling many WhatsApp conversations each day. Before this, I had to reply one by one and it was very easy to forget follow ups. Now everything is organised in one place, messages are automated and I can track conversations clearly. It saves time, reduces mistakes and helps me communicate with customers more confidently.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

What I appreciate most about SleekFlow is its ability to centralize all my messages in one convenient location. Managing conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook becomes effortless, as I no longer need to switch between different apps. This not only saves me a significant amount of time but also helps me stay organized. The automation tools are particularly useful, taking care of follow-ups and replies when I’m occupied. I also find it very straightforward to review chat history and monitor my interactions with customers. All in all, SleekFlow streamlines communication and enables me to provide better service without feeling overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

One thing I find challenging about SleekFlow is that it takes some time to become familiar with all its features. Certain settings and automations seem a bit complicated at first, and it requires some practice to navigate them comfortably. The mobile app could also be more responsive, particularly when switching between chats or searching for previous messages. I’ve noticed that notifications are sometimes delayed, which can be frustrating when I need to reply to customers quickly. However, after everything is set up, SleekFlow functions smoothly and really streamlines daily communication.

SleekFlow has made it much easier for me to manage all my customer messages in one place, saving me both time and stress. Previously, I struggled to keep up with conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, and I would occasionally miss important messages. Now, everything is neatly organized and simple to locate. The automation tools are especially helpful, allowing me to maintain consistent replies and follow-ups, even during busy periods. I like that the customer service is really fast, friendly, and always very helpful, which makes resolving any issues a pleasant experience. I also appreciate that the platform is very easy to use, allowing me to navigate and perform tasks without unnecessary complications. The simplicity of SleekFlow enables me to focus more on the content of my outreach campaigns and less on technical obstacles.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

I find that the analytics aspect of SleekFlow can be improved. It is challenging to effectively track the impact of a sequence or a journey, which makes it difficult to assess whether a series of steps is working effectively or not. Additionally, while using the platform is not complicated, planning the right communication journey by myself was challenging at the beginning.

I like how SleekFlow brings all customer conversations from different channels into one shared inbox, making it very easy for teams to manage and respond without switching tools. It helps us streamline communication and improve response time. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

The interface and analytics could be more intuitive and customizable as it sometimes takes time to navigate and extract the right insights. I'd like the interface to have clearer navigation, faster loading conversations, and better filters to quickly find chats, leads, or campaigns without multiple clicks. For analytics, more customizable dashboards and deeper insights into conversation funnels would be great.
