**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

the thing i like about Sleek flow is that it brings conversations from different applications like whatsapp , insta, facebook , email etc. also we can switch between multiple apps in our business generally we need to send people about our new policies and new courses. so it made it easy by automating the things and easy integration of social media also helped a lot to us. The workflow automation is also very useful in handeling repetative task such as follow ups and customer notifications.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

One area that i think should be improved is the workflow automation builder because it seems to be very complex while managing multiple conditions and branches due to which it takes time in setting up also i would say the interface is good but it can become some what more soothing and eeasy to use.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before sleek flow keeping track of customer messages across whatsapp, insta, mail was very time cosuming and sometimes many important requests were ignored as we used to forget but now everything is managed from a single inbox, which makes it much easier to respond the messages quickly and stay organized which makes its perfomance very good. The automation reduced the repetive work saving  few hours every day while the responsive support and smooth onboarding helped our team sujalcodes get started without much difficulty. Overall i will say it is good value for investment.

The transition to SleekFlow has been a game-changer for our team’s productivity. The onboarding was remarkably smooth—their support team didn't just hand us a manual; they actually helped us map out our initial workflows. We’ve seen a clear ROI in our response times, which have dropped significantly since centralizing our WhatsApp and Instagram DMs into one place. The performance of the platform is knowing we have a responsive support team behind us gives us huge peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

While the platform is incredibly robust, I’ve encountered some occasional bugs within the Flow Builder when setting up complex, multi-step automations. Sometimes the canvas can be a bit glitchy when dragging nodes, or a specific trigger doesn't save correctly on the first try, requiring a page refresh. It’s a minor inconvenience given how powerful the tool is, but a smoother, more 'bug-free' experience in the builder would make the setup process much faster."

The thing which I like the most is that it is an all in one social platform like here you can see all the messages from every platform in a single dashboard. its pricing is also good and its performance is really nice

Actually I think for beginners it is a little bit complex to setup Whatsapp Business and also to verify Meta Business manager except this things are fine

We use it as an all in one social inbox here we can see every messages whether it is from whatsapp or Instagram or any other social media platform in a single dashboard . the support team is also very supportive

You're right that WhatsApp Business and Meta verification are fiddly, though a fair bit of it is Meta's own process. The upside is that with a single account, it's a one-time step, so the hardest part's behind you now. SleekFlow’s AI and Intelligence features are miles ahead of other tools we’ve tried. The AI power-up for drafting replies has drastically reduced the mental load on our agents. What’s even more impressive is the UX/UI; it’s intuitive enough that our new hires can navigate the inbox with almost zero training. The integrations (specifically with our CRM and Shopify) are seamless, allowing us to see customer purchase history right next to the chat window. It’s a sophisticated platform that feels surprisingly simple to use.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

The web platform is flawless, but the mobile app still has room to grow. While it’s great for basic replies on the go, it doesn’t yet offer the full power of the desktop Flow Builder or the deep AI settings. I have also occasionally experienced slight delays in push notifications on mobile compared to the desktop version. Improving the app's parity with the web version would make this a perfect 10/10

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

The most helpful part is the responsive, active customer service, and the fact that I can embed my Sleekflow chat widget directly into my website (Shopify). It has helped me increase my conversion rate when I’m offline. I trained the AI to answer customer inquiries about products and promotions, which makes it easier to support customers even when I’m not available.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

I keep running into issues with the AI training part. For example, when we can’t update the newest promotions, we end up having to key them in manually because it can’t capture them from the website. On top of that, it takes about a month of gradual training before it becomes mature enough to answer customer questions properly. The cost of Broadcast is pricey, and sometimes we don’t get the return on that cost. Also, the 24-hour window closes down the conversation with the customer, which means we can’t follow up as we’d like, and we end up needing to work on Saturday.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usually, customer service is helpful, especially through the chat widget on the website when I run into issues with it not showing up. However, the recent update to the widget’s new style doesn’t work well for me because it blocks part of the website page and gets in the way of viewing the content.

I like how SleekFlow allows us to shift from multiple client numbers to one number, connecting our entire company on a single line. This feature makes us look more professional to our clients since they see only one number for our company. Additionally, it simplifies the process when clients have concerns, directing them to the specific branch they're looking for through the welcome flow that SleekFlow creates.

I think it's whenever you're sending a broadcast, it's a little bit time-consuming because we have multiple siblings with one number. So we need to separate the file. If we wanted to personalize the messages, so they will not receive the wrong message.

It’s good for managing conversations and keeping my selling flow organized.

Maybe the LLM that SleekFlow is using isn’t very good at learning from, or understanding, the prompts and the knowledge base. Because of that, we end up needing to do a lot of prompt tuning to get it to work properly.

This chatbot is helpful for replying to social media posts.

SleekFlow has helped my business handle WhatsApp messages with less stress and more control. I can automate greetings, reminders and follow ups which helps me respond faster and give a better experience to my customers.

The broadcast tools are easy to use and the analytics help me see which campaigns perform well. What I like most is the unified inbox that keeps everything organised so I never miss a message. SleekFlow has made my customer communication smoother and more efficient.

One area that needs improvement is the analytics. The platform offers basic data but the depth is still limited and the date range cannot be customised much. It works for simple tracking but may not be enough for advanced performance analysis.

I like that the customer service is really fast, friendly, and always very helpful, which makes resolving any issues a pleasant experience. I also appreciate that the platform is very easy to use, allowing me to navigate and perform tasks without unnecessary complications. The simplicity of SleekFlow enables me to focus more on the content of my outreach campaigns and less on technical obstacles.

I find that the analytics aspect of SleekFlow can be improved. It is challenging to effectively track the impact of a sequence or a journey, which makes it difficult to assess whether a series of steps is working effectively or not. **What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

I like the interface of SleekFlow; it's nice and it's a really, really good idea. It allows me to consolidate my WhatsApp, WeChat, and Facebook Messenger chats. I appreciate that it enables one phone number to be shared among various team members in my company. It also offers some automations in terms of workflows and chatbots. The initial setup was easy, and the staff was very helpful, they were on top of everything at the beginning.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

I think number one is connectivity. If you don't have a good Wi-Fi signal, if you don't have a good 5G signal, if you don't have any full bars, the app itself is very, very laggy. So the mobile app itself doesn't work at all if you have very bad reception. This has happened many, many times. I've also filed complaints and reports to SleekFlow. They always say they'll look into it, but nothing ever gets fixed. It's very, very slow. Sometimes messages get lost, they don't get sent. Sometimes the app just lags and freezes, and you know, you cannot even do anything until you go to a place with good Wi-Fi or connections, which is impossible because we're always moving around. Also, the mobile app kinda logs me out for no reason. I have to log in again, and given its slow speeds, it's just annoying. It's not as fast as it should be. And then secondly, on the desktop, if you don't have good Wi-Fi, it doesn't work. It's kinda clunky. The connectivity is very, very bad, and I think that's the main thing.   Another thing is the search function. The ability to search within your chats quickly is not good. They've categorized your contacts into open, all, close, but sometimes you just want to search a keyword across everything, and you can't do that. It's very difficult to navigate at times.   Number three, the mobile app itself doesn't have enough screen real estate. They put so much on the screen that when you're typing, you don't see much of what you're typing anymore because everything's all covered up. It's just not as functional as it should be.

I use SleekFlow to consolidate my WhatsApp, WeChat, and Facebook Messenger chats. It allows sharing one phone number among team members and offers workflows automations and chatbots.

I think there is a difficulty in the service flow, and there is also a lack of ease in integration. I want to integrate with other platforms, and this integration is complex.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

I really appreciate SleekFlow for its effective collaboration tools, enabling multiple users on our customer service team to work seamlessly together. This feature allows team members to easily assign tasks and continue operations if someone is unavailable due to illness, ensuring workflow continuity. The user interface is intuitive, making it straightforward for the team to manage their tasks efficiently. Additionally, the WhatsApp communication support channel is a standout feature for us; it provides a more convenient and personalized communication method compared to traditional emails, enhancing our client interactions. The omni-channel integrations are particularly valuable, allowing us to have a single platform for responding to customers across Facebook, Instagram, and other channels, thereby increasing our operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

I find the flow builder in SleekFlow lacking in certain quality of life features. For instance, I cannot easily copy and paste multiple nodes or branches, which is time-consuming when making similar workflows. Additionally, when I need to detach some nodes to rearrange them, it's not convenient. As I was new about this kind of software, I found it a bit difficult to connect a channel and obtain all the necessary verifications from meta (whatsapp). But the assistance from Sleekflow was very helpful.

I had some issues connecting the channel (our whatsapp number to Sleekflow), mostly because of Meta requirements verification and getting template approved.
Even if we only purchased the monthly pro plan (that doesn't include the set up assistance) I've been very helped by Ertac Ayduran. He was always very kind and helpful, also preventing me to make a mistake and probably getting a restriction from Meta which would have caused us problems. Thanks to him we managed to set up everything and once fully setted Sleekflow is very easy to use and a big improvement for us

Sleekflow enables management to monitor sales communications and distribute messages across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I think it would be even more useful if Sleekflow could also help with managing comments on social media.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

After using SleekFlow for the past three months, I can confidently say it's a fantastic tool that meets all my needs. One feature that really stands out is its ability to identify inbound chats from Meta ads or Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns (CTWA). I've tried several omnichannel tools, but SleekFlow is the only one that pinpoints the exact ad source, which is a game-changer for me. The flow builder, API integrations, and AI functionalities have been incredibly helpful in streamlining my processes and managing conversations more effectively.

I also appreciate the responsive support from the SleekFlow team. They always reply quickly with helpful solutions, making troubleshooting much easier. Plus, the tool is user-friendly with a clean and intuitive design, which makes it enjoyable to navigate.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

You know, the user interface could use some work. Having both v1 and v2 versions can be a bit confusing when switching between them. Also, the analytics could be better—I'd love to see more advanced options like CSV exports, customizable metrics, and detailed reporting. And honestly, the flow builder add-on is pretty pricey. It feels like it should either be part of the main plan or offered at a lower cost so more people can access it.

Since we started using SleekFlow, managing communications across multiple channels has become so much easier. We can now handle customer inquiries from platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and others all in one centralized place. One of the biggest challenges it solved for us was identifying where incoming chats are coming from, especially with Meta ads and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns. This feature helps us track ad performance more effectively and allocate our marketing budget more wisely.

The flow builder in SleekFlow has also been a huge help in automating our workflows. It saves us time by handling repetitive tasks automatically, which boosts our overall efficiency. Additionally, the API integrations and AI-powered features have improved how we manage conversations and provide personalized responses, leading to better customer satisfaction.

Overall, SleekFlow has made it much simpler to manage customer interactions. We're able to focus more on building relationships and less on manual tasks, which has been a real game-changer for our team.

The platform’s automation tools have also been instrumental in solving time-management issues. The flow creation was easy for me to get used to. Plus the support from our account manager who was very patient with us

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Hmm I once inquired if we can link the lists (showroom locations) to an external link like google maps so that people can easily start their route if their driving or planning to make a trip down but that function wasn't possible or ready yet. But i manage to find an alternative that works the same but customers has to click the link instead of being directed automatically. I believe it's something SleekFlow can consider as we ant the same ease of flow.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inquiries that are coming in from the website and social media through whatsapp as we are a small team hence we'll all the help we can get.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

Difficult to say. The team did listen to our issues but never got resolved. We had serious problems where in our agent incentives got impacted because of the lagging of the tool. There v1 & v2 are all over the place. Also please note they would not refund your WABA credits so be mindful of not having a higher auto recharge as I am quite sure you would need to reconsider if you were to choose them

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

- Lagging interface - the time it takes for an agent to load a chat on their inbox is way more than a normal app. Sometimes 10 seconds. And it has been this way for more than a year. 

- Extremely Buggy & lacks monitoring
There were countless times when we could not add an agent despite having seats on the app and having paid for it.

More concerning, the team was unaware that images being sent were actually not being sent to customers. Also same case with text messages. Often these would not go through but show as being delivered. 

Very poor agent experience - Sales agents had to work double hard just to be using their interface.

As of now, we just got stuck with Sleekflow. We wanted a whatsapp business Platform solution for our sales agents use case. Despite the high costs

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

I started to use Sleekflow service not for long,  starting from on-boarding,  service activation,  customer sucess team is very considerate and closely follow up.   I like their after sales support.

Also,  their workflow builder with chatbot function is very powerful,  with the enablement of AI chatGPT element on the platform definitely will bring service agent a big hand too.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

That would be more powerful if their platform can integrate with traditional PSTN network   like SIP trunk integration.   Not sure if this will be under their roadmap or not.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow has helped my team manages customer interactions and workflows. One of the best features is its omnichannel messaging platform, which consolidates all our communication channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and even emails) into one unified inbox. Currently we are only using Whatsapp function

The workflow automation tools are also very easy to use. SleekFlow allows us to set up automated responses, trigger actions based on customer behaviors, and follow up seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

While SleekFlow offers fantastic features, there are a few areas where it could be even better. Like syncing up with hubspot.

Sleekflow is helping us solve instant interactions and engagements with clients that reaching out to us. 
With it's automation we are able to keep clients engaged and also if they are  not replying, we are able to trigger automation to prompt them to respond to us.
