**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

-Sleekflow is a useful tool for the business as it smoothened the internal communication of the company to work closely together, and accelerated a faster and more satisfying customer experience with the external parties.

-The customer service is very helpful and responsive whenever we have encountered any technical issues using sleekflow. We are able to receive assistance within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

-Group Function currently is not available, it would be a lot better if the Sleekflow can manage to support the function

- The filter function has a limit of 5000. It can be a bit handful when it can only show the first 5000 results after the data is filtered.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sleek flow has helped to improve the internal communication within the company and it accelerated the quality of experience of the external parties.

It helps us to better understand patterns of customers requests and also has improved our response-time. It's our main platform to automatized replies and very easy to use

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

Being able to view all inquiries from one platform. With Sleekflow, the conversations are much more organised with labels, automation, and contact lists. Not to mention, communicating with customers is much easier.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Currently, it is not possible to answer social media comments through Sleekflow yet, and their Analytics is still fundamental. Hopefully, this will be an available feature someday, and they can display a more detailed Analytics data.

Connecting all social media accounts in 1 platform. Being able to customize and set automation according to how we want it. The best is probably being able to send broadcasts and initiate conversations effortlessly.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

All configuration aspects of the platform with the assignment of lists, lead fields which greatly facilitate segmentations and performance reports, in addition to the campaign result data (messages read, delivered, etc.).

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Few price scale options, the ones presented have a very high value. I haven't tested all the possibilities of automation rules and integrations yet, but looking at it, there aren't many options.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently initiated a contact strategy via WhatsApp (active/proactive), where integration with our tools was essential for success, and SleekFlow had the necessary functionalities for this process to occur effectively, simplifying configuration and analysis.

SleekFlow customer service staff is helpful, smart and professional, and also able to present in bilingual

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

-the system is not user-friendly
-have bugs when creating conversation templates all the time 
-cannot freely reply customers when the conversation box is over-time
-long acceptance time for creating a template, which I cannot reply to the customer in time.
-campaign's automation data is not synced to the actual data situation
-customer service can ONLY communicate in Whatsapp & also only can talk to one person, but not in group

The broadcast function and auto-reply with specific keywords are perfect, saving time on doing repeating jobs

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

With Sleekflow, we are able to put all our messaging platforms into 1 single platform and sleeklflow also enable our team to communicate accross multiple channels hence we are able to follow up with our customers more effectively. We have tons of messages coming in due from our social paid ads numbering to the hundreds and sleekflow is just the perfect platform  to properly manage all those messages across our departments.

There are alot of settings in particular the automation that requires a little tweaking from our part before we manage to get them to work. There is no function at the automation to automatically collect customer's details from the chat and automatically compile it into a leads list.

- The system is relatively easy to use

- Pricing model options can be more flexible or include certain features in the tiered package plan; Rather than add-ons under the existing subscription price.
- Quite costly to include additional add-ons that are actually required features onto the existing plan, while some other features are rarely utilized
- Better if the message template creation can also be consolidated onto a single platform for better content management and streamlined workflow process.
- Messages are distributed by batches, hence slight time-lag

- We were using each platform to connect with our customers separately, and that was time consuming and sometimes we would miss some messages or reply a bit late. We also couldn't see and keep track of the conversations between the customer and the person who is replying and it would take a long time to seek help from another colleague while with Sleekflow all the users have everything infront of them and you can simply assign the conversation to the right person.
- Amazing team support and are always readay to assist.

Images sent by customers often don't show up, and when customers reply to an image, we can't see what image specifically they are replying to.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was more of a smoothening workflow rather than a problem. With all the social media and having customers on different platforms it was difficult to keep up on opening each single one and replying in a timely manner, so having it all in one place is great and saves a lot of time.

Nothing, awesome experience so far. However I would suggest it has some sort of spam block as there are many scam messengers at our unassigned inbox from time to time.

The customer services are really helpful with prompt reply and useful suggestions. Problems could be solved in a short time. The automation and campaign functions are handy.

The app and web conversation could be improved. Sometimes there's delay for receiving client's message and sometimes even not shown. This will definetly effect our convertion.

Sleekflow is connecting with many other CRM systems and apps, such as Hubspot, and these tools help us to manage our customers database easier, which save a lot of time and effort.

helpful staff walked me through the setup, and also very clear instruction manual during the setup. Tons of automation template can be used. Shopify integration is good for our website.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Not enough automation amount for lower plan. I wish we could have more whole package plan instead of add-ons under existing subscription price. The cost is a bit high for us while adding the add-ons onto existing plan.

Simplying the customer services procedure that we could answer to our customers at one platform. With automation, we could easily reply to customers in time. And the integration with Shopify is also good for us to follow up with our customers.

- Customer service is the best plan in SleekFlow. Their staff helps us to solve some problems in a short time.

-Create campaigns to promo the company easily.

-easy to organize all the data and conversations

-the typing problem (Chinese-Pinyin). We found that some words will be missed when using Pinyin.

The data collection. The system has a clear database, such as the response rate after sending the broadcast messages. That would be helpful for the promotion in the future.

You can reply to all customers on one platform, effectively handling a large volume of messages simultaneously and standardizing the workflow. By using SleekFlow's mass messaging, you can save a lot of time and also check customer replies through message records at any time. You can also instantly check how many people have read the messages for further analysis and to keep up with market trends.

The entire SleekFlow system is relatively comprehensive and professional, so beginners or first-time users may find it relatively difficult to master and use, requiring some time to learn and explore.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Set up personalized mass messaging to send personalized messages. Each time, promotional and discount messages can be sent to a large number of customers at once with the press of a button, making customers feel more friendly and connected, enhancing customer retention, and building strong relationships with customers!

Whatsapp API, it's saves us much time for broadcasting. We appreciate that one platform can operate all functions, including broadcasting, chat management and a little CRM function

A little disappointed is that the backup support is not enough. And the WhatsApp API temporarily cannot provide group functions

Combining all the messaging platforms such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Messenger is powerful. It is also beneficial to add and assign different client service colleagues to handle various inquiries and requests. The mass message function also saves time for direct marketing.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

The connection of the Whatsapp integration is sometimes not very stable. Sometimes, we are unable to send messages from time to time, and it might create some confusion among the customer service colleagues. It might be better to apply for the official Whatsapp API to resolve this issue.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer relationship is always the top priority for our education business, and we aim to reply to inquiries promptly. However, we usually receive messages from various channels and it is hard for our customer service colleagues to handle them. Sleekflow has helped solve this problem and increase our efficiency.
