It is an excellent communicating platform with our clients. Their team is very professional and responsive. In addition, the platform is very well organized and easy to use.

There is nothing we don't like about SleekFlow. We are happy to work with them as they keep on improving.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

gathering all messages from different channels in one place and can be reached by all team members is the best part.And the internal notes function is helpful for communication among the team.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

-Wishing sleekflow to be able to do intergration with mindbody, so clients can receive updates of their mindbody accounts by whatsapp as 90% of them are active users of whatsapp over SMS/email. 
-The template approval criterias is not transparent, it would be nice if the reason could be stated clearly for a rejection.
-not very stable.

the flow builder looks good, but still exploring

- Good UIUX 
- Handy for integration with API
- Complete Features for sales
- Easy to implement
- Good customer support which can answer most of the questions. Although they failed to answer some unique use case, they are still helpful in general.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

- Mobile App UIUX seems outdated
- Failed to catch the cases of deleted account (i.e. After I deleted the testing account, I can still log in but failed to fetch the data)
- Away and Active cannot be visible across the team

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Single platforms that integrate most of the social channels. It results that we just need to brief the sales for SleekFlow
- API Integration which enables us to extend the capability based on SleekFlow
- Intuitive flow builder which is handy to build automation flow similar to Zapier

The masking is the initiative for me. My biz need confidential information that may be leaking to the staff, by using it I can safely let them contact clients without worry.
Customer support is readily available. Now I use it everyday and my team handle it well.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

The apps still developing, some issues may occur during the usage, so I have to wait for the issue to be settled until I can use it fully again.
If the integration between Google Calender abd sleekflow is available, will be good.

I am now free from the worry of the staff stealing my clients personal info. And the transition from resignation to the other staff is much easier.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

Functions of SleekFlow was good and covered many aspects to enhance customer communication. The backend setup was also well-thought out with multiple user options, tagging, name insert, assigning, etc. Customer expereince with SleekFlow team was great and fast.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Slightly slow load time overall and would sometimes require page refresh to show updates. Functions like picture attachments would significantly slow down sending time. Emojis/ stickers not available so messages with such would not be able to display. Cost of maintaining SleekFlow operation was also quite high.

Bulk WhatsApp messaging, centralized messaging hotline for company

Sometimes the customer serivces reply slow. And I started using the system after account is created on 5/20. But they charge me the date I made the payment to them on 5/8. This is really wrong.

Sleekflow offers an amazing solution to reach masses with ease and in an authenticated form. With its connectivity via Whatsap Business API, it provides immediate authority and authenticity of a business ownership. The ability to reach out at scale via it messaging platform makes ROI into calculable computation.  What we needed is scale and speed and Sleekflow offers that solution with its mastery with META. Customer success manager was readily available to support the onboarding process.  A very dedicate team across the region to trouble shoot any challenges in operation or development.

There are little or grievances using Sleekflow. What will be more exciting it better value pricing moving forward.

The ability to scale using technology and being able to work through the Top funnel seamless and effortless with campaign metrics in place. In simple language, to Scale with Speed and repeat.

Serena keeps following our account and provides support on how we can ultilize sleekflow to provide a better customer journey. She constantly shares ideas on using automation which inspired us a lot on doing work more efficiently.

There are still some features we would love to see on sleekflow. Like replaying customers reply, categorising template.

In 2.0 Sleekflow version, it gives much much more upgrade. You can make wokrflow for your customer from entry to exit conversation. Customer service very fast responses and will help you for any technical question. I am using this software almost 1 year and server never down.

Limitation for business 40.000 contact. If you want to add more you must pay more. But you cant delete non engage contact for long periode.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

Sleekflow is far easier to use across multiple channels than the competing products we've tried as all channels are unified into a highly intuitive single customer view. The channel fallback is a great feature, as are the automations which allow us to tag customers and automate workflows based on customer characteristics without tedious manual intervention. We use the broadcast feature to regularly update customers as well as reactivate lapsed customers. The support is also very good. Overall, a beautfully designed and easy to use product.

It would be good to have email as an added channel.

Communiating with leads and customers using SMS, individually and at scale.

Convenient for my team sharing whatsapp, with automation features we are able to engage with customers faster which in turn increased our potential customer retain rate.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

There has been a few bug with the mobile application and sometimes the browser version, which can cause some inconvenience to our team. But on the bright side, Sleekflow's tech team is able to address our issues at the soonest.

It has automation reply systems, which help us with retaining potentail customers when our customer service officers are not available. And the whole team is able to share a common number, do help the team to get clearer picture of customer's messages comparing to what we did before. We are able to create automation linking with our facebook leads form, hence contacting leads are done more timely.

You like SleekFlow the most. You can arrange a ZOOM meeting to serve customers. Every time a question is asked, SLEEKFLOW will do its best to answer.

You don't like SleekFlow. It's a bit more difficult because you have to use both platforms temporarily. Also, using the platform could be more convenient, for example, automation is relatively difficult to use.

The SeekFlow application is commendable as it offers many practical features that make our work more efficient and organized. Its user interface is intuitive and easy to understand, allowing us to easily manage tasks and projects. We particularly like its reminder feature, which can timely remind us of important matters and deadlines. Additionally, SeekFlow's team collaboration features are also excellent, allowing us to easily share information and documents with team members. Overall, SeekFlow is an outstanding work management tool, and we strongly recommend it to other businesses.

This app is outstanding and works flawlessly. Its features are comprehensive and easy to operate, allowing us to effectively manage our workflow. **What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow is a great helper in responding to customer messages. Firstly, the interface is clear and easy to use, with clear button instructions, which makes it easy to use for both us and our customers. Secondly, SleekFlow provided clear and detailed training at the beginning so that we could have enough time to familiarise ourselves with the software and find the staff to answer any questions afterward. Lastly, the staff of  SleekFlow are friendly and approachable and are always available to help us with any queries we may have. The overall experience is very good.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Although the staff of Sleekflow provided us with appropriate assistance and answers to our questions, and the overall design of the software was easy to use, the only drawback is that sometimes the staff were slow to reply and we sometimes did not have enough time to deal with our problems, but this was only a minor problem.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sleekflow is intended to facilitate the response of our customer service. It helps us in terms of speed of response, robotic response and customer classification. Firstly, we have a lot of inquiries from customers every day and it helps us to reply faster without having to reply manually one by one. Secondly, the bots are easy to set up to reply to messages, which also helps us not to reply to customers manually sometimes. In addition, the system has some tags to help us classify the large number of customers, which also helps us with statistics and classification.

it is a bit on the pricier end. i think we also need more function for the automation enabling more varieties of response from the customer. mobile application can be improved upon too.

I really wouldnt say "dislike" but most probably, can't wait till the completion of V2 of Sleek Flow to avoid switching from V1. Other than that, we're good and looking forward how it would bring positive results to our marketing campaigns and efforts.

Support team is the most valuable part with their inputs to real business use case scenarios and their quick response. 
With that I belive feedback helps everyone improve so it'll be a great long terms if the focus is improved on service features and more simplified user access  instead of dark design when it comes to unsubscribinh any add on plus just get rid of top bar of top up top up upsell from all users and only to separate accounting invoice automation.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Top bar which pushes upsell with guilt tripping to all the users. It's unnecessary when there is still credit in the account yet it keeps showing

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm still testing this product out along with hubspot sales pro, zendesk and twilio... it does seems promising but the glitches, bugs, and server refresh rate really needs upgrade.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

The platform is very intuitive, has a good interface, and I got great support in Brazil from Javier. It has good documentation, and meets what it proposes. I recommend that you test it.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

The price is high when you need to migrate plans. Sometimes there are some screen loading bugs, frontend updates that are a little annoying (but can be easily fixed). The automation rules are still too simple and do not have more logical options like AND, OR...

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a demand that several professionals in my clinic could answer whatsapp at the same time, being able to forward messages between them, and also that it was possible to use it by cell phone, with a very good app as well as whatsapp. And sleekflow meets this and a little more very well, with respect to automations and marketing shots that I can do.

Omnichannel solution for our customer channels. Support for WhatsApp Business reduces phone calls and helps us recover impossible opportunities through missed calls. Chatbot further extends informational support to 24/7.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

We use SleekFlow predominantly as an interface into WhatsApp API. As a chat client the usage is quite close to that of WhatsApp for business meaning less time to train staff to use and be familiar. 
SleekFlow account manager are terrific to help with onboarding, and it's support channel solve most issues on a timely basis.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

There some nuisances with the app, which will hopefully be resolved in future.
Support if 24/7 would be great as sometimes we need help after hours. Lastly pricing is Abit on the high side.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much like other businesses we have multiple departments and operators in our team so being able to assign customer conversations to different team members has been a life saver. 
Integration with Shopify is also not bad !
