**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

the easiness of usage and implementation. also the features are very helpful. alongside with our high traffic, SleekFlow can keep up without any errors. the customers supports are very helpful too. shout out to them. i use it evertime.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

less customizeable for developers. it can't do to much for easiness of the integration, such as leads monitoring. i don't know if its available or not, but i just can't find it.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

The flow builder helps a lot with reducing the workload of replying to unified answers to customers by specific condition. Also, SleekFlow’s customer support team helps resolve the issues we raised quickly which speed up the progress on fully set up of our back end.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Some setups differ between different versions, which may lead to error while setting up our back end. Moreover, there are some minor bugs that reduce the convenience when using the application.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers' inquires used to be stored in separate devices held by different customer support officers which made us difficult to follow the progress and cover each other. SleekFlow enables us to set rules for assigning incoming inquiries to the right customer support officer. At the same time, we can invite colleagues to collaborate in the chat and cover each other on leave days.

It’s so easy to manage all my customer messages in one place. It works well with WhatsApp and other platforms, and the automation saves me a lot of time.

Sometimes, when Meta experiences issues, it interrupts responses to customers, which can be frustrating. It would be great if a chat group feature could be created to facilitate easier communication with the team and better syncing of information.

Thrilled to have discovered SleekFlow! It has significantly streamlined our communication process, allowing us to engage with customers more promptly and professionally. The platform enhances our workflow and customer experience. 

A special mention to the Sleekflow staff for their excellent sales support. They are attentive and go the extra mile to assist clients. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Customer service is good, but not available on weekends. Difficult for businesses that operates on weekends. 

WhatsApp API not friendly for blasting messages if customers did not update WhatsApp app. Need to send template message first before sending our main message. If customers did not click 'read more', we can't send the main message.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sleekflow makes it easy to send targeted messages to customers using custom lists we've created, which is great for marketing campaigns. It also streamlines communication within our team—multiple users can respond to customer chats efficiently without needing to share a single company phone. By adding team members as collaborators, everyone can access and manage chats seamlessly.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

As a Marketing and PR Manager at PRO LAB, getting started with a new platform can sometimes feel like a big leap, but Sleekflow day by day is making us believe that this process can be easy. From day one, it’s been a game-changer for us to think about managing and simplifying customer interactions in the best way. Big shoutout to Daniel and Stefania—their support from the beginning made all the difference. They’ve been incredibly responsive and genuinely invested in helping us succeed with Sleekflow. We expect to see a positive impact on our workflow, and I can’t wait to see how it continues to elevate our customer engagement!

It is a platform with MANY features; it requires more time to understand how everything works. It is only after a couple of meetings with their team, with daily support following the first attempts, that everyone starts to have more confidence. I believe it is a complex platform, and it requires a lot of practice and support for those who are not used to it, and, of course, more time!

Broadcast, which has not yet been tested. But we have put together a flow that will help us respond to customers accurately and professionally.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

I have to send reminder message to client everyday, and their broadcast is smooth and fast. It's one of those task where you won't stress about because you know it is not going to have any problem and will just take a few minute and be done. 

It also helped me handle 60% of client enquiries with the autoreply work flow, really happy with their service.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

If only there is AI Assistant which helps me reply all the message entirely. (With training of course)

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

Apart from having one communication platform for all clients, SleekFlow provided added value in customer service. With the team onboard, response time to clients is on the dot and staff can seek advice from the team through the internal messaging feature. Implementing the use of SleekFlow is easy and it's currently helping us in our day-to-day operation and interaction with clients and among the team members. The next thing to explore is CTWA to enhance data collection and increase lead conversion.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow has been a good help so far, and we are confident that the company will continue to improve the system and service features. Currently, a user can log-in to 2 devices and hopefully in the future the system can allow three devices. At the moment, there's no delete/edit functionality for sent messages, it will be good for SleekFlow to consider.

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The initial benefit we saw is having a unified communication platform which streamlined everything involving clients and our team. At times, when we face challenges in any front of our business operation, we see which areas we need to improve on and avoid lapses in terms of providing effective client support. We expect to see more benefits as we continue to use SleekFlow.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

For my more than one year experience in SleekFlow, I found it very useful as we can reply all channels like WhatsApp , IG , Facebook , WeChat ... all in SleekFlow channel, which is super convenient and efficient for business developeemt and arrangement. Also, SleekFlow has fast- reply customer service once you have any problems. They can fix ur any issues within 10mins.

There's some limitations , like contact quota , you have to pay monthly payment for extra quota. Will be happy to see the deduction in price for extra quota in the future.

It can provide a platform for our company to replay all channels msg at one platform , so we no need to switch channels for replying and missing msg.

Started with 1 business unit, we're now already using sleekflow for all 3 of our business units. Well-featured software, easy to use makes it a breeze to onboard new team members. Good customer support albeit turnaround time can be improved further.

Migration to Sleekflow 2.0 is still buggy, hope this resolves after migration completes. One email can only login to one account, rather inconvenient if you're handling more than 1 account.

Reduce time taken to get back to clients: any team members can easily respond, view and monitor client chats.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow is feature-rich from a business user's perspective. We can manage and answer incoming WhatsApp messages from our customers easily through SleekFlow's backend Inbox. It supports multiple agents, allowing our customer service staff to handle incoming support requests efficiently. Additionally, SleekFlow's backend facilitates the creation of WhatsApp marketing broadcast messages effortlessly, making it simpler than ever to reach a bulk targeted audience. We particularly appreciate the Flow feature, which enables us to build complex automated responses, saving our customer service team time on frequently requested support topics. SleekFlow's user support team is helpful, effective, and friendly.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow's server performance is extremely slow, significantly hindering backend operations on a daily basis. The system lags even when navigating between pages, and the newer SleekFlow admin 2.0 has not improved this issue. Managing contacts and contact lists is also very slow, with importing contacts sometimes taking over 10 hours. While the Flow feature is useful, editing larger flows is extremely laggy, with scrolling and zooming being particularly problematic. Additionally, the features in SleekFlow 1.0 and 2.0 are inconsistent, with the important 'Broadcast Actions' feature missing from version 2.0. Template approval is another pain point, often taking at least 15 minutes, whereas other agencies can get templates approved in one minute. In summary, SleekFlow's server, backend operations, and UI performance are excruciatingly slow and inefficient.

SleekFlow significantly enhances our ability to use WhatsApp as a business tool by supporting multiple customer service agents to handle support requests simultaneously. It centralizes conversations, making it easy for our entire customer support team to follow and manage interactions. This saves us considerable time and improves our efficiency. Additionally, SleekFlow simplifies the process of broadcasting marketing materials to customers via WhatsApp, allowing us to execute marketing promotions more effectively and reach our audience with ease.

It is very logical. If a team is managing it, it would have been smooth-sailing. Easy to understand and use. 

The team. Daniel has been very helpful all throughout - from the onboarding down to the flowbuilders. They have been very patient in guiding me and answering all my queries.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Not being able to measure the flowcharts responses. It would be great if the flowcharts would have the same logs as the broadcasts (how many were delivered, read, replied to, etc)

The difficulty of messaging customers one by one when you have hundred of customer each day.

For now we are loving the AI Smart Summary function. It really eases the handover/takeover of enquiries from one officer to another.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

The set up phase is quite a challenge for us. We were unfortunate to experience a delay in running our WABA.

The Chatbots helps filter initial queries from leads before they reach us. The Auto Assign function let us have ownership of our respective sales.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

SleekFlow is easy to use for my operational shop staff, as it makes handling customer messages a breeze. It is also super intuitive to navigate within the inbox page, as we are able to view the customer’s profile directly in the inbox without going to another page. The automation builder is one of the best features that has been introduced; we were able to create certain automations based on triggered keywords. The automation builder is easy and intuitive. As I do not have any knowledge of IT, it was very manageable for myself.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

While SleekFlow offers a set of features for managing customer communication, we find the pricing structure to be a bit rigid or potentially prohibitive for smaller businesses or startups. Overall, while SleekFlow offers excellent value for its features, the pricing structure could be more accommodating to a wider range of businesses. Secondly, if  you are on monthly plan, be sure to pay on due otherwise you will not be able to access Sleekflow!

**What problems is SleekFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SleekFlow offers a solution for my optical shops by tackling various communication challenges. One benefit is its ability to send customer's reminder of their appointment from multiple platforms like WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.. This streamlines communication, ensuring no messages are overlooked and enhancing  our customer's  satisfaction. Previously, we often missed messages from our potential customer as there were too many enquiries in a day. 

Moreover, the  automation capabilities enable our business to automate routine tasks, such as appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer inquiries, significantly reducing our manual workload and freeing up our staff time!

Additionally, SleekFlow provides valuable insights into customer interactions, allowing our business to better understand our patient's preferences and behaviors through specific keywords trigger and SleekFlow automatically adds the customer's into the specified Label/List.

We were also able to segment different customers based on their assigned labels, therefore increasing our efficiency in re-targeting these customers in the future.

v1 & v2 still needs to switch to use often when using different fuctions

Whatsapp is the most popular messaging app in Indonesia overtaking the traditional SMS method. We are grateful that Sleekflow has solid integration with Whatsapp including API feature that helps us to share data between our back-end system and Sleekflow. This enables us to explore endless ideas to communicate and enhance the relation with our customers.

Sleekflow subscription fee is higher compared to peers.

Setting it up can be tricky, especially for advanced features. Not easy to configure the automation flow for beginners.

it is very easy to manage incoming chats from several social media, the user interface is also simple and easy to use, the automation bot is very helpful in replying to frequently asked questions, it is equipped with a very useful labeling feature which makes it easier to follow up leads, handling when there are complaints is also classified as fast.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Some things that need to be improved include:
The long loading speed is quite annoying, especially on mobile, the analytical features are still incomplete, we need to add filters for hours and minutes so that we know at what time chats are busiest, and a feature to see CS speed in replying to chats in certain hours. It is necessary to add a feature for dividing leads to CS based on percentage, so that we can give a small percentage of leads to CS who are interning or low performing, and vice versa.

Despite a bit of a bumpy start due to timing during a public holiday, the SleekFlow team jumped right in to tackle all our concerns as soon as we brought them up. Plus, their platform is super easy to use, even for those who aren't tech savvy.

Automations could be more optimized and IT team still made some rookies mistakes. However, there is workarounds and it worked so no biggie.

**What do you like best about SleekFlow?**

We are using WhatsApp as our main line of communication with our customers. Here are points that we think are super cool about SleekFlow.

- Super complex functions are dumbed-down to a clean, simple UI.
- Handy automation choices, minimizing direct human interactions and improving workflow significantly, especially in our case where hundreds of chats arrived on a daily basis, with only 2-3 people to handle them.
- Customer service is very prompt whenever there's a request or a problem occured.
- Convenience in pairing with multiple messaging channels, and integrating them into one, single inbox, completed with the already set up parameters.
- Their customer support's dedication is on another level! They even helps us set up the automations we need, making it the most programming novice-friendly enterprise business platform out there. (That's why we chose it!)
- Can be paired with third party programs and apps like magic! 

Overall a satisfying experience. We are currently using it for the local market only, but are now considering extending to use SleekFlow's service to our other offices around the world.

- UI response time and loading speed could be improved.
- Bugs and internal errors are found sometimes. (Although quite rare and most of the time can be solved quickly with their customer care team.)
- Minor (but essentials and available on regular WhatsApp apps) features such as multiple selections, etc. can be added.
- We need more display languages (since we are a Japanese company and there isn't any option for that eheh)

It's pretty easy, and straight forward to work with. Everything works as supposed to work. Their support is fast to respond, and will help you all the way. Overall everything works so far, and it's good to work with.

It's a bit more expensive for the monthly plan of $350 per month, but it comes with lots of functionalities. I just hoped they could increase the Maximum contacts without an extra monthly fee.

We mainly wanted to have the WhatsApp API to benefit from a greater reliability. It's worked out so far, but it's still not really easy with broadcasts sometimes. Besides that it does everything it needs to do, and integrates well with our overall Tech-Stack.

Sleekflow has a lot of resources on their site and on Youtube to guide new users as they onboard the product into their organisations. One of the cool features that they've recently implemented is Flow Builder which makes any chat automation with external parties much quickere and easier to build.

I also appreciated our account manager during the procurement process as she was able to answer many of our questions and helped us feel at easy in selecting Sleekflow.

**What do you dislike about SleekFlow?**

Because of our account type that we signed up on, we could not receive any hands-on support during our onboarding. We had to resort to their online resources (which were helpful) and contacting their support through Whatsapp. It would have been great to have an option to meet with an product enablement specialist to help guide us through not just the implementation process, but also the approval process to get the green tick for our Whatsapp account.
