What do you like best about SleekFlow?

I really appreciate SleekFlow for its effective collaboration tools, enabling multiple users on our customer service team to work seamlessly together. This feature allows team members to easily assign tasks and continue operations if someone is unavailable due to illness, ensuring workflow continuity. The user interface is intuitive, making it straightforward for the team to manage their tasks efficiently. Additionally, the WhatsApp communication support channel is a standout feature for us; it provides a more convenient and personalized communication method compared to traditional emails, enhancing our client interactions. The omni-channel integrations are particularly valuable, allowing us to have a single platform for responding to customers across Facebook, Instagram, and other channels, thereby increasing our operational efficiency. What do you dislike about SleekFlow?

I find the flow builder in SleekFlow lacking in certain quality of life features. For instance, I cannot easily copy and paste multiple nodes or branches, which is time-consuming when making similar workflows. Additionally, when I need to detach some nodes to rearrange them, it's not convenient. Deleting a node in the middle of the flow forces all subsequent child nodes to be deleted, which requires me to manually re-add them, further complicating the process. Moreover, the integration with our own CRM system through the SleekFlow API posed a medium difficulty level. It was challenging due to missing key functions in the SleekFlow API, leading to additional development time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
